Total Quality Management is an organizational technique for continuous improvement that would improve and augment employee performance. The study explores the relationship between total quality management and employee performance. This paper helps fill a gap in the literature by measuring total quality management implementation and employee performance among motorcycle dealers. The study's dependent variable is employee performance with two sub-variables: task performance and contextual performance. While the independent variable is total quality management using ISO 9001:2015 standards, namely, customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, process approach, evidence-based decision making, continual improvement, and relationship management. The study utilized quantitative and descriptive research design. The study took 145 participants using a simple random sampling method. The study results have shown that the seven TQM elements significantly influence employee performance measures. The findings imply that total quality management plays a vital role in the performance and success of an organization. Hence, motorcycle dealers should continue implementing total quality management with all variables to improve performance. Motorcycle dealers should improve employees' involvement, commitment, and awareness of TQM, enhance the organizational structure, and provide resources to overcome the barriers that prevent effective implementation of TQM. Keywords: Total Quality Management, Employee Performance, Motorcycle Dealers

Electricity is generated by magnet as described in [1]. It produces heat and light which are the properties of fire. Thus, electricity is fire. Since electricity is generated by magnet [1], electricity is magnetic. Since electricity is fire, thus fire is also magnetic. The energy of the mass is fire as described in [2]. Since fire is magnetic (as described above) and is the energy of the mass [2], the strength of the material or mass lies in magnetism. The strength of the material is magnetism (a short-range force as evident by the magnetic force between two magnets), thus strength of the material lies in more magnitude of material in less volume. This is because, the material is joined by a short-range force (magnetism) as described in above statement that energy of the mass is magnetism. From previous statement, it could be seen that strength of mass/material lies in density. It is density since higher density means higher magnetic force in the mass for joining mass together.

Electricity is fire as electricity produces heat and light which are the properties of fire. Electricity has charge. Thus, charge is also fire or fire is charge. Stability of charge is given by temperature. This could be verified from applications in daily life such as making of bricks at high temperature, storage of heated water in thermos flask or simply for keeping the fire burning one needs temperature. Thus, it could be seen that stability of charge is given by temperature since fire is charge (as described above). As shown in [1] source of fire is mass, thus temperature could be used to make strong and stable mass since stability of charge contained inside the mass is temperature.

In this paper, I propose a dimension of user behaviour. This dimension could be seen from user behaviour itself. This dimension is like. This dimension of user behaviour could be seen from behaviour of people in everyday life. From smallest of the activities such as eating food to biggest of the activities such as pursuing professions like doctor, engineer and business, everyone’s behaviour is according to their likes.

This article critically examines the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into work environments, focusing on the ethical implications that arise. It seeks to underscore the need for balancing technological advancements with the protection of human dignity and fairness, exploring how AI's transformative potential can be harmonized with the core tenets of human rights. The article utilizes a comprehensive literature review to construct a theoretical framework that outlines AI's capabilities and ethical considerations. This framework encompasses the interdisciplinary foundations of AI, including its roots in cognitive psychology, decision theory, and computer engineering. It further delves into the ethical dilemmas presented by AI in the workplace, such as privacy concerns, the risk of bias, issues of accountability, and the broader impact on human rights. This exploration is aimed at understanding the complexities of AI's integration into the labor market and its implications for occupational safety and health. The findings of the article highlight the dual nature of AI as both a catalyst for efficiency and innovation and a source of ethical challenge. It's important to include a lot of different points of view and include everyone in the process of developing AI to make it more fair and respect human rights. Laws and policies need to keep changing to keep up with AI's progress and protect people legally from possible abuses. Strong moral guidelines and clear AI systems are also needed to protect privacy and reduce bias. The study's originality and value emphasize the need for AI ethical discussions in human rights contexts, contribute to technology governance and human rights discussions, and discuss theoretical debates on human dignity, fairness, and privacy in the face of technological advancement.

Local Tuo Banda institutions play an important role in irrigation water management to support the application of Salibu technology in rice farming. Data analysis was done quantitatively using the Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM) method. The result showed that Tuo Banda as a local institution in managing irrigation water is very instrumental in ensuring the availability of water for the application of Salibu technology in rice farming in Tanah Datar District, Indonesia. The failure of the implementation of Salibu rice technology so far in some places is due to the absence of local institutions to ensure the availability of irrigation water for Salibu rice farming. Rice business with Salibu technology has competitiveness based on the acquisition of private benefits and social benefits as well as a competitive advantage and comparative advantage.

Since January 2020, a new coronavirus has triggered a global outbreak. As the global economy has expanded outside China, it has grown increasingly unstable and unpredictable, making it challenging to find job and thrive economically and socially. As a result, graduates faced uncertainty in the employment market, particularly during the outbreak. "Employment" was used more than any other phrase in the government's 2020 strategy report. The study advocated for a concerted effort to sustain and grow employment, as well as a tried-and-true framework for stability, employment, and social security. Furthermore, employment was the main goal shared by the "six stable" and "six guaranteed" important works after the pandemic of 2021. The pandemic impacted students who had yet to apply to graduate school. Parallel to this, contemporary professional progression entailed some degree of uncertainty and unpredictability, making career changes necessary for personal development. Professional adaptation, defined as "the individual's preparedness and coping resources when confronting the uncertainty and complexity brought on by career transformation," has the potential to have a substantial influence on professional growth. Adaptability to changing situations and possibilities was essential for professional success. Academics provided proof that adaptability was necessary for professional achievement. Furthermore, to address the issue of employment, government and private sector job recruiting practices must be re-evaluated in order to tackle long-term unemployment problems. To fight unemployment, management must focus on job creation and vocational training, as well as enhancing the work environment, growing employment, and optimizing the economic structure. In addition, several research found that when respondents were categorized based on their profile, their estimate of the effect of adopting human resource management remained consistent. As a result, the researcher performed a study to better understand the issue and provide recommendations for potential remedies.
