Role of Waste Picker Wives as Recipients of Social Welfare Services in Household Income Enhancement in South Banjarmasin District, South Kalimantan 南加里曼丹南班加罗尔马辛县拾荒者妻子作为社会福利服务接受者在增加家庭收入中的作用

Scavenger families have long been known to be classified as poor and in need of Social Welfare Services. Based on the facts in the field, women (mothers) often become the saviors of the family's economy. Women (mothers) who participate become additional breadwinners for economically disadvantaged families. The aim of this research is to analyze the social welfare services received by scavengers and to analyze the role of scavengers' wives in increasing household income. The sample in this research was carried out using purposive sampling with the criteria of women working as scavengers, having husbands who also worked as scavengers and receiving social welfare services. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the majority of scavengers are satisfied with the social welfare services they receive. The contribution of a scavenger's wife's income to total household income is categorized as high as indicated by a percentage value of >30%.Keywords: Household Income; Recipient of Social Welfare Services; Scavenger; Wife’s role

Scientists can use the depth of earthquake starting points (hypocenters) to pinpoint earthquake zones and track earthquake patterns. This method was applied to volcanic earthquakes (Volcano-Tectonic) to find the hypocenter distribution under Sinabung Volcano. By analyzing earthquake depths with a special technique (Geiger's method with Adaptive Damping) found the hypocenter distribution to be 2-5 kilometers down.Keywords: Hypocenter, GAD method, Sinabung Volcano, seismic.

Students' Cognition of the Character Education in the Tolaki’s Kalosara Values in Konawe Regency, Indonesia 印度尼西亚科纳维地区学生对托拉基的卡洛萨拉价值观中品德教育的认识

This research is classified as qualitative research and aimed at knowing junior high school students’ perception on the values of character education living in Tolaki’s kalosara values. The informants might include school principals, teachers, and students who were selected by purposive sampling technique. To obtain accurate data during data collection, researchers used non-participant observation techniques, unstructured interview technique, and documentation. Data analysis was based on the points of view from Miles, Huberman, and Arcana consisting of data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions/verification. To test the validity of data in this research, the extended observation, triangulation, negative case analysis, and checking were applied. The results of this research indicate that students’ cognition on the values of character education in kalosaramedia during Tolaki’s wedding ceremony was quite good, since the values were integrated in the learning process and implemented in their daily lives through positive habituation at school and at homes.Keywords: value of character education, kalosara, learning media

This research focuses on the development of an e-book of description text assisted by artificial intelligence for Indonesian language learning. This research will explore the use of e-books in the context of learning descriptive texts, with the content of Pancasila student profiles and global diversity. This study uses a Research and Development (R&D) research design. The use of R&D research design is because the researcher will develop an e-book of descriptive text assisted by Artificial Intelligence (AI). The results of the research presented in this chapter include 4 things including; (1) the need for an e-book of artificial intelligence (AI) assisted description text containing Pancasila student profiles in the global dimension of diversity, (2) a prototype of an e-book of artificial intelligence (AI) assisted description text containing a profile of Pancasila students in the global dimension of diversity, (3) validation of an e-book of artificial intelligence (AI) assisted description text containing a profile of Pancasila students in the global dimension of diversity, (4) the effectiveness of an e-book of artificial intelligence (AI) assisted description text Contains the Pancasila Student Profile of the Global Diversity Dimension. recommendations in the form of suggestions to several parties, including for other researchers can continue to develop e-books of description texts assisted by artificial intelligence (AI) with the content of Pancasila student profiles in the dimension of global diversity. Expanded research and development can improve the quality and benefits of the e-book. Surprise research in the development of descriptive text e-books with more advanced and innovative AI technology to improve the quality of learning. A Study to Assess Women’s Autonomy in Household Decision Making Under Field Areas of Medical College Health Unit, Pangappara 在 Pangappara 医学院保健单位实地评估妇女在家庭决策中的自主权的研究

Background: Women play a central role as the primary caregivers for both children and the elderly, globally. Indian culture attaches great importance to women, who comprise the half of world’s population. In sustainable development, goal 5 advocates gender equality and women empowerment. When women empowerment is hindered, they lack the ability to make choices regarding their own health care, education and career, they are restricted from moving freely without family permission, leading to a state of neglect and dependency.Aim: The aim of this study was to assess Women’s autonomy in household decision making under field areas of Medical College Health Unit, Pangappara, Thiruvananthapuram and the secondary objective was to find out the factors associated with women’s autonomy in household decision making.Methodology: The design adopted for the study was cross sectional survey. The study was conducted in a community setting. The data was collected from 330 women who met the eligibility criteria and they were selected by cluster sampling method. Data collected includes socio demographic data of women and women’s autonomy was assessed using Women’s autonomy Measurement scale.Results: The result showed that 31.8% of women had poor autonomy, 6.1% of women had average autonomy and 62.1% of women had good autonomy in household decision making. The factors associated with women’s autonomy were age, marital status, independence in handling financial matters, living pattern and involvement in monthly household expenditure preparation. This study concludes that women’s autonomy in Kerala is better than other states of India.Keywords: Women’s autonomy, Household decision making, Married women

The growth of sharia banking in Indonesia over the last four years continues to show a positive trend, in the 2023 report the Financial Services Authority stated that the market share growth of sharia banking in Indonesia was 10.9 percent of national banking. However, sharia banking has a problem where financial literacy in sharia banking in Indonesia is only 8.9 percent, while conventional banking is at 37.7 percent. The aim of this research is to find out the role of Islamic advertising ethics and word of mouth in building brand awareness. This research uses the SEM analysis method in processing data. The sample selection technique in this research used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The respondents in this research were 100 people who were customers of Indonesian sharia banks. The results of this research show that Islamic advertising ethics and word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on brand awareness.Keywords: brand awareness, Islamic advertising ethics, word of mouth

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze effect of talent management, work commitment, and readiness to change on the performance of state civil apparatus at the Deli Serdang Regency Land Office with work stress as an intervening variable. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. In this study, the population was state civil apparatus at the Deli Serdang Regency Land Office, totaling 114 employees. By using a saturated sample, the sample in this study was 114 employees. Data analysis in this research uses path analysis. The research results show that Talent management has a positive and significant effect on the work stress of state civil apparatus at the Deli Serdang Regency Land Office. Work commitment has a positive and significant effect on the work stress of state civil apparatus at the Deli Serdang Regency Land Office. Readiness to change has a positive and significant effect on the work stress of state civil apparatus at the Deli Serdang Regency Land Office. A Study of Skill Development Program in India with Special Reference to Rural India 印度技能发展计划研究,特别关注印度农村地区

With a population size of over 1.2 billion, India is considered one of the fastest-growing countries in the world. Its working-age population is expected to grow significantly by 2030. This demographic dividend could provide India with an advantage over affluent countries in the future, but "this should not be taken for granted because" the majority of the working populations are still unemployed. If the majority of the working-age population continues to be unemployed due to a lack of skills, the demographic dividend may quickly turn into a disaster. Therefore, considering the unemployment scenario in the country and the need for a skilled workforce as required by the different industries, it is imperative to work to create a method to produce a skilled workforce so that it can be absorbed by the industry. This method to produce a skilled workforce is termed a skill development program launched through National Skill Development Policy in 2009. In this study we have investigated the implementation of skill development program in the Indian with special reference to rural India by analyzing secondary data, which has been collected from the different government reports and literature review. Saran district of Bihar is taken as a case study which acts as a proxy for the rural India. The study revealed that Skill development training center in rural India are skewed towards a particular industry. The majority of the Skill development training centers in the district are oriented to IT education. There is a mismatch between the industrial requirement and the outcome of the training center in the country. In order to meet the industrial need for trained labor, district needs to expand its training infrastructure as per their actual requirement.Keywords: Skill Development, Rural India, Domain Skill

This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance (X1) and employee engagement (X2) on employee performance (Y) through job satisfaction (Z) in type A branch offices and type B of PT ASABRI (Persero). This study uses quantitative methods with data sources obtained through questionnaires distributed to 162 employees, with 116 respondents using simple random sampling. Data analysis in this research uses the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique with SmartPLS version 4.1.0.2. The results of the analysis show that the work-life balance does not significantly affect employee performance, both directly and through job satisfaction. Conversely, employee engagement positively and significantly influences employee performance, both directly and indirectly, through job satisfaction. In addition, work-life balance and employee engagement have proven to have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, which has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Thus, although the work-life balance does not affect performance, employee engagement, and job satisfaction are essential in improving employee performance in type A branch offices and type B PT ASABRI (Persero).Keywords: work-life balance, employee engagement, employee performance, job satisfaction.

The rapid advancement of financial technology (fintech) is playing a pivotal role in transforming retailers from the informal financial sector to the formal financial sector. This paper explores the transformative role of financial technology (fintech) in promoting financial inclusion among retailers, particularly those operating within the informal financial sector. The study highlights key fintech innovations such as mobile payments, digital wallets, online banking, microfinancing platforms, Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, and digital bookkeeping. These technologies provide enhanced access to credit and financial services, improve transparency and record-keeping, reduce transaction costs, increase operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The research emphasizes the significant impact of fintech on business operations and growth for retailers, fostering a shift from informal to formal financial sectors and contributing to long-term economic growth and stability. The study also identifies challenges and barriers to fintech adoption, including technological literacy, initial investment costs, regulatory compliance, and trust and security concerns. Policy recommendations include stronger government and regulatory support for fintech adoption, targeted financial literacy and education programs, incentives for informal retailers to transition to the formal sector, and the establishment of public-private partnerships to foster innovation.
