Background: The Venkara Mathirai(VM) is a herbomineral formulation used for treating ulcer, anaemia and Arthritis. Objective: The objective of the present study is to detect heavy metals (arsenic, lead, cadmium, mercury) and other elements within the permissible limits as per WHO guidelines present in the Siddha herbo-mineral Formulation “Venkara Mathirai”. Materials and Methods: The ingredients were collected and purified and the drug was prepared as per Siddha literature “Siddha Vaithiya Thirattu”. Here, the drug was subjected to standardization by simultaneous ICP-OES analysis equipment (PERKIN ELMER OPTIMA 5300 DV). Result: This paper revealed the therapeutic safer level of heavy metals and other elements present in Venkara Mathirai, as per WHO guidelines with the help of simultaneous ICP- OES analysis equipment (PERKIN ELMER OPTIMA 5300 DV). Conclusion: From the ICP-OES analysis reveals that Venkara Mathirai are free from heavy metals there by proving the safety of its utilization in siddha system. This study forms the base for the pharmaceutical analysis of Venkara Mathirai (VM) which will be followed by safe and efficacy studies later. Keywords: Venkara Mathirai, Siddha medicine, ICP-OES, Ulcer.

This study aims to measure the effect of data quality, ethics of information, velocity, and ease of understanding moderated by availability on the successful implementation of an online queue accounting information system implementation with entity relationship diagram concepts in North Sumatra Provincial Type A Hospitals. This research was conducted based on the distribution of questionnaires and sample collection using the accidental sampling method. The population in this study were patients at North Sumatra Provincial Type A Hospital who were patients who performed outpatient services, paid bills, and took drugs via online queues either through the website or applications available from January to March 2024. The sample was 436 patients, as determined based on the Cohen table. The type of data used is primary data. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and PLS-SEM analysis with Microsoft Excel and SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that data quality, velocity, and ease of understanding have a positive and significant impact on the successful implementation of entity relationship diagram-based online queuing AIS. On the other hand, the ethics of information does not significantly affect the successful implementation of entity relationship diagram-based online queuing AIS. In addition, availability can only moderate data quality and ease of understanding, while ethics of information and velocity cannot be moderated by availability on the successful implementation of entity relationship diagram-based online queuing AIS. This research paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the share price performance of State Bank of India (SBI) over the last five years (2019-2024). SBI, being the largest public sector bank in India, serves as a bellwether for the country's banking sector. This study examines the trends, volatility, and key factors influencing SBI's share price, including macroeconomic variables and significant policy changes. The findings reveal notable patterns influenced by economic events such as the COVID-19 pandemic, government interventions, and market dynamics. Through statistical analysis and event study methodology, this paper aims to provide insights into the factors driving SBI's share price movements. Introduction: Bone metastasis is malignancy originates from other cancers and accounts for an estimated 70% of bone malignancy cases. Previous studies have found that the incidence of bone metastasis cases in lung cancer patients is approximately 16.89% of the total patients. In Indonesia, lung cancer ranks among the top three cancers with a 5-year prevalence rate reaching 13.77 per 100,000 population in 2018. Interleukin-6 (IL-6), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and B-cell lymphoma 2 (Bcl-2) have been extensively studied and potential as predictors of bone metastasis occurrence in lung cancer patients. Researcher aimed to determine whether high levels of IL-6, VEGF, and Bcl-2 expression are risk factors for bone metastasis in lung cancer patients. Methods: This study involved 40 lung cancer patients at Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah General Government Hospital. It included 20 patients lung cancer with metastatic bone disease as the case group and 20 patients lung cancer without metastatic bone disease as the control group. Data on IL-6, VEGF, and Bcl-2 expression levels were collected from patients in both groups and statistically analyzed to determine whether these parameters are risk factors for bone metastasis in lung cancer patients. Results: In bivariate analysis, this study shows that high levels of IL-6, high levels of VEGF, and high expression of Bcl-2 are statistically significant risk factors for bone metastasis in lung cancer patients (ORIL-6=107,67(10,21-1135,59); ORVEGF= 76,0(7,69-750,49); ORBcl-2=22,67(4,37-117,47), p=<0.001). Multivariate analysis showed that IL-6 levels and Bcl-2 expression were the most influential risk factors for bone metastases in lung cancer patients (AORIL-6=6,78, p=0,038; AORBcl-2=13,78, p=0,003). Discussion: This study proves that high levels of IL-6, high levels of VEGF, and high expression of Bcl-2 are risk factors for bone metastasis in lung cancer patients. This study showed minimal confounding factors as there were no differences in characteristics between the two groups. However, if all three factors are present in a patient at the same time, the most influential factors are the levels of IL-6 and Bcl-2. Conclusion: High levels of IL-6, high levels of VEGF, and high expression of Bcl-2 are risk factors for bone metastasis in lung cancer patients. Malaria infection is recognized as a severe public health problem linked to most cases of morbidity and mortality in malaria endemic areas. The study was used to determine the hematological derangement of plasmodium falciparum among sickle cell anaemia patients in Taraba state. The study employed a community and laboratory based cross sectional study. The findings shows that malaria infection was highest in the southern senatorial zone (29.1%) than in the north and central zones (p<0.05). Infection was high with the males (21.2%), age-related malaria infection was significant (p<0.05) with age 1-10yrs recording the highest infection (28.0%). No significant difference (p>0.00) was recorded in the marital status of the patient with the widows/widower having 23.4% while degree of infection was significant for education-related infection (p<0.05) with the non-educated subjects recording highest infection (34...4%). Occupational related prevalence was significant (p<0.05) with high infection among traders (162 (28.7%). Significant difference was recorded in the marital status with the widow/widower recording a high prevalence of malaria 112 (23.4%). Haematological parameters show no significant association in malaria parasitized packed cell volume (t=0.284, p>0.05) and monocytes (t=1.361, p>0.05). Significant association was recorded in total white blood count (t=3.647, p>0.05), neutrophil (t=20.794, p<0.05), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (t=30.017, p<0.05), eosinophil (t=4.847, p<0.0.07), basophil (t=11.35, p<0.05), platelet (t=30.378, p<0.05) and lymphocytes (t=21.369, p<0.03).Our finding for this current study confirm that malaria remains a major challenge and there is need for periodic prophylactic administration of malaria drugs in the treatment regime of sickle cell anaemia patients. Actants are generally accepted as words added to the verb. A verb expresses an action or state. Actants are entities or things that participate in the action, that is, the auxiliary means used when the verb performs any action can be considered as actants. A noun phrase that acts as an agent of the main verb of a sentence is called an actant. Any part of speech used in a sentence is an actant in linguistics (valency grammar). Actants are considered to be elements that help reveal the meaning of the action or situation represented by the verb. Keywords: actant, sentence, main, subordinate, action, state
