This qualitative study explored the perspectives and practices of five Special Needs Education (SNED) teachers at Koronadal National Comprehensive High School - Junior High School Department, regarding inclusive learning environments for dyslexic learners. The research aimed to comprehend the teachers views on teaching and handling dyslexic students, individual teaching challenges encountered, ways for addressing these challenges, and strategies for fostering inclusive learning environments. Phenomenology guided the research design, utilizing in-depth interviews with a semi-structured approach. Thematic analysis revealed key perspectives: dyslexic learners struggle with reading and grasping new concepts, necessitating patience, understanding, and equal opportunities for academic and personal development. Challenges in fostering inclusivity included maintaining patience, time constraints, lack of training/resources, insufficient knowledge, discrimination, and inadequate funding. Teachers addressed these through self-directed learning, professional development, and promoting positive environments. Strategies for fostering inclusivity included differentiated instruction, Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), collaboration, training, and multisensory approaches. Insights highlighted the importance of accepting dyslexic learners, providing ongoing support, and prioritizing professional development. The study recommended utilizing these insights to enhance inclusive learning for dyslexic learners and conducting further research to meet the needs of all special education students to give them hope (handom) and achieve their dreams (pangandoy) in life.KEYWORDS: Dyslexia, Perspective, and Practices of SNED Teacher, Inclusive Education

IMPACT OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY ON THE FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF 4 MAJOR PUBLIC SECTOR BANKS IN INDIA 企业社会责任对印度 4 家主要公共部门银行财务业绩的影响

As we know India is the fastest-growing economy but socio-economic problems like illiteracy, Poverty, and lack of health care are still Ubiquitous and the government has limited resources to tackle these challenges. It is only possible through donations and charity events etc. As one of the important shloka (quote) from the Rigveda says “A businessman should benefit from the business like a honey-bee which suckles honey from the flower without affecting its charm and beauty”. Many Corporations in India are involved in CSR programs in diverse areas. Through this research, we try to find the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and the Financial Performance of Public Sector Banks. Financial Performance means various Financial Parameters such as EPS, ROA, ROE, etc. In this research, we also endeavour to express the CSR score card which shows the comparative analysis of the sectoral contribution of CSR funds but we took only 4 Public Sector Banks out of 12 for comprehensible research.KEYWORDS: CSR, RBI, SBI, PNB, ROE, ROA, EPS

The economic situation of rural residents has changed since economic liberalization, and they are no longer considered impoverished individuals. Rural residents income has increased significantly during the past few years. The information revolution and rural residents rising educational levels have made them aware of many of the newest product offerings. Cultural disparities with their urban counterparts began to fade in a market that was semi-homogeneous for many durable and non-durable businesses. Reduce and attitude had significantly shifted. Teenagers from rural areas try to act like their metropolitan counterparts. A significant shift in lifestyle has occurred, with a growing number of people becoming self-conscious. Social class lines become less distinct. Rural consumers could now easily get commodities thanks to the extensive distribution network of various businesses, which contributed to the rise of rural consumerism. In summary, the paper covers various psychographic and demographic studies as well as an analysis of rural customers demand throughout the post-liberalization era.KEY WORDS: Demand Analysis, Economic Liberalization, psychographic and demographic studies, Rural Consumer

It has been stated that the usage of the concept of iqtisas is common in the Arabic language. However, it is seen that this usage cannot find a place in the sources at the conceptual level. This leads to uncertainty about the framework and usage area of the concept of iqtisas. In our study, a more specific conclusion has been reached about the content and application of the concept of iqtisas and its application examples by examining it with the constructivist grounded theory method. Physical, psychological, and social changes are carried by the hormonal shifts resulting from menopause and the climacteric.OBJECTIVE: The research was to evaluate the effect of a Pilates based exercise program on the standard of living of climacteric women, as it is thought that the movements utilized in Pilates have an impact on mental as well as physical fitness. METHOD: The authors gathered reviews including of comprehensive randomised controlled trials, systematic reviews, and experimental research through looking PubMed and Google Scholar regarding the effectiveness of Mat Pilates exercises in menopausal women. RESULT: All the articles taken for the review has shown that Mat Pilates exercises had a significant effect in maintaining and increasing muscles strength in menopausal women. the whole text of the articles was gathered. A Twenty of the thirty identified articles were selected for review. The recent unprecedented levels of deployment of troops in operations in the Horn of Africa region has dramatically changed the Military families’ growth due to the large number of troops being deployed. Families get affected by deployment-related family separation, combat injury, and death. With continued involvement in operations, there is a deep concern over parental deployment and its impact on the well-being of military families. Parental absence or loss invokes emotional uncertainty and ambiguity in the family. Through Institutional Resilience programmes, family members can successfully adapt to the situation with significant adversity or trauma through interactions with environmental factors such as community environment, the population, and risk factors. This paper therefore reviews extant conceptual and theoretical literature on common resilience programmes, proposes a theoretical framework for transition and wellbeing of military personnel and their families, proposes a definition for the construct ‘social welfare’ and makes recommendations on resilience and welfare initiatives for adoption by the Disciplined Forces and other organizations with employees in conflict prone areas in the Horn of Africa.KEY WORDS: Peacekeeping, Resilience, Welfare, Wellbeing, Counselling, Communication.

EXPLORING HOME-BASED LEARNING: PERSPECTIVES AND EXPERIENCES OF GRADESCHOOLERS IN A PRIVATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 探索以家庭为基础的学习:私立小学年级学生的观点和经验

This qualitative study delved into the experiences of grade school students within a private elementary school setting during the period of home-based learning. Utilizing semi-structured and structured interview techniques, twelve participants were engaged to gather rich insights into their encounters. Thematic analysis served as the primary method for data interpretation. The research revealed that modular learning presented considerable hurdles for students. The shift to home-based learning appeared to diminish opportunities for socialization and peer interaction, given the limitations on direct engagement with teachers and classmates. Students encountered difficulties in managing time and maintaining focus without the direct supervision of teachers. Understanding modular learning materials proved to be challenging, particularly without timely clarification from educators. Moreover, restricted access to essential resources hindered students active engagement in the learning process. This study sheds light on the implications of home-based learning in the context of private elementary schools. It emphasizes the urgent necessity for educational institutions and educators to address these challenges effectively, thereby enhancing the overall learning experience for students during periods of home-based education.
