This study aims to determine the effect of digital culture on the performance of employees of PT Focus Retail Nusaprima. This study uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaire distribution. Sampling in this study using saturated sampling technique. The population in this study were 50 employees of PT Fokus Retail Nusaprima. The analytical tools used in this study are validity test, realibilats test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, t-test and hypothesis testing which are analyzed using the help of the SPSS version 27 program. The results of this study indicate that digital culture has a significant positive effect of 26.0%. This is evidenced by the t-count> t-table value, namely (4.102> 2.010) with a significance of 0.00 <0.05. Companies should be able to continue to maintain and optimize the quality of these two things. In order to continue to improve employee and company performance. The results of descriptive analysis show that what needs to be improved in digital culture is the components that must be considered, namely agility and flexibility.

This research aims to explore the importance of anti-corruption education among students as an effort to prevent and reduce corrupt practices in society. The research employs literature review and content analysis methods to construct a comprehensive overview of the impact of anti-corruption education on students. The research findings reveal several significant benefits of anti-corruption education. First, through this education, students can comprehend the root causes of corruption and its adverse effects on social and economic development. Second, anti-corruption education aids in enhancing moral awareness and ethics among students, thereby shaping them into responsible agents of change. Third, students who undergo anti-corruption education tend to be more vigilant against corrupt action and possess the ability to report such incidents to the authorities. The importance of anti-corruption education among students can also be viewed from the perspective of community empowerment. Students equipped with an understanding of corruption can actively participate in anti-corruption campaigns, engage in volunteer activities, and support initiatives for corruption prevention. Therefore, collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and community organization is essential to integrate anti-corruption curricula in universities and facilitate extracurricular activities that promote values of integrity. This research concludes that anti-corruption education among students is not just about imparting knowledge on corruption but also about shaping attitudes, values, and commitments to combat corrupt practices. The implementation of anti-corruption education in higher education institutions can significantly contribute to creating an anti-corruption culture ingrained in the behavior and actions of students, bringing positive impacts to overall anti-corruption endeavors. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pentingnya pendidikan anti korupsi di kalangan mahasiswa sebagai upaya mencegah dan mengurangi praktik korupsi di masyarakat. Using corporate governance as a moderating variable, this study attempts to examine the effects of firm size, institutional ownership, family ownership, and gender diversity on tax aggression. This study uses quantitative methods. The IDX-registered mining and CPO enterprises make up the study's population. Purposive sampling was the method employed by the researcher to choose the sample gathering strategy. Through documentation and a review of the literature, the researcher gathered data for this investigation. The data analysis approach employs hypothesis testing, data quality testing, and descriptive statistics based on the goals of the research. The study's findings provide important new information about the variables influencing tax aggressiveness in the corporate setting. First, the study shows that tax aggression is highly influenced by the size of the company. Second, corporate tax aggression is significantly shaped by institutional ownership. Furthermore, it has been demonstrated that family ownership affects tax aggression. Findings, however, indicate that management decisions about tax aggressiveness are not significantly impacted by gender diversity. It's interesting to note that the effects of corporate governance differ according to the independent variables that are measured. Corporate governance cannot increase the impact of gender diversity or family ownership on tax aggression, but it also cannot increase the impact of firm size. Corporate governance, however, has the power to amplify institutional ownership. These findings provide in-depth insight into the complexity of factors that influence tax aggressiveness practices in companies and can be a basis for developing management strategies and company policies in the future.

This research shows that culinary businesses, especially tanghulu strawberries, can increase business opportunities and the family economy in the application of the 4P marketing mix development strategy which includes strategies through products, namely producing products from local products, using traditional bamboo skewer equipment, not using food preservatives. Strategy through price, namely by setting prices according to the quality of the products produced and the market area. Furthermore, the promotion strategy is sales promotion by using banners, placing brand signs in front of the house, placing brand name stickers on the packaging, and selling directly to buyers. Furthermore, the distribution place strategy is to distribute culinary businesses directly to consumers. As for the obstacles faced by home-based entrepreneurs, where internally seen from the financial aspect, the capital used still comes from business owners, from the human resources aspect, namely the lack of knowledge about marketing methods and technology utilization. Furthermore, the infrastructure used is still very simple and traditional. While externally there is competition among home-based culinary business entrepreneurs.

The purpose of this study is to examine if burnout and self-efficacy have an impact on workers' job satisfaction and performance. All employees are included in the research population. A sample of 100 participants was chosen using purposive and non-probability sampling approaches. The researcher employed a questionnaire as the primary research tool, and SPSS was utilized to perform quantitative analysis procedures for data analysis. The analysis's findings indicate that, to start, self-efficacy significantly affects work satisfaction. Secondly, job satisfaction is significantly impacted by burnout as well. Third, burnout and self-efficacy both significantly affect job satisfaction at the same time. Fourth, employee performance is significantly impacted by self-efficacy. Fifth, staff performance is significantly impacted by burnout as well. Sixth, employee performance is highly influenced by job happiness. Lastly, job satisfaction acts as a mediator between self-efficacy and burnout, which has a considerable impact on employee performance. Overall, these findings provide a comprehensive picture of the complex relationships between these factors in the context of path analysis. This research provides valuable insights for human resource management to improve employee well-being and performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan brand image terhadap kepuasan konsumen Batik Iskandartex Surakarta, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 171 responden, dengan teknik probability sampling, menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan variabel kualitas produk, harga dan brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Batik Iskandartex Surakarta. Penelitian ini hasil Adjusted R Square dibuktikan sebesar 56,7% sementara sisanya 43,3% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain seperti promosi media sosial, kualitas pelayanan dan lain-lain. Penelitian uji simultan bahwa kualitas produk, harga dan brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Batik Iskandartex Surakarta.

This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, emotional intelligence, and job characteristics on employee performance at the Simpang Empat District Head Office, Asahan Regency. This research uses a survey method with a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. Respondents consisted of employees at the Simpang Empat Subdistrict Office who were chosen randomly. The sample in this study amounted to 33 people. The research results show that the work environment partially has a positive effect on employee performance; emotional intelligence partially has a positive effect on employee performance; job characteristics partially have a positive effect on employee performance; and the work environment, emotional intelligence and job characteristics simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance. Job characteristics have also been proven to have a significant effect on employee performance. Aspects such as job variety, responsibility, and autonomy at work have a positive correlation with employee performance. Pengaruh program flash sale dan diskon terhadap perilaku impulsive buying produk pakaian pria dan wanita pada PT JM group lemabang kota palembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh program flash sale dan diskon terhadap perilaku impulsive buying produk pakaian pria dan wanita pada PT JM group lemabang kota palembang. Dimana variabel flash sale (X1), diskon (X2) dan impulsive buying (Y). Dengan sampel berjumlah 96 orang. Hasil teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan menggunakan program spss versi 25. Data ini diolah dengan alat uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedasrisitas, uji auto korelasi dengan bantuan aplikasi spss versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan data dana analisis yang dilakukan, diperoleh persamaan regresi yaitu : Dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Flah Sale(X1), Diskon (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prilaku Impulse Buying (Y) dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 4.658 (X1) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, nilai t hitung sebesar 7.760 (X2) dan signifikan sebear 0,000 < 0,05. Karena nilai signifikan dibawah 0,05 membuktikan bahwa Flash sale, Diskon berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap prilaku impulse buying. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Flash Sale dan Diskon dibawah 0,05 , Menunjukan Flash sale dan Diskon memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulsive buying pada PT JM GROUP Cabang Lemabang Kota Palembang.

Pengaruh Kompensasi, D. Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Terhadap Kinerja, Karyawan Pt, Pln Persero, Unit Pelaksanaan, Transmisi Kota, Banda Aceh, M. Bakri
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Pelaksanaan Transmisi Kota Banda Aceh. Besar sampel penelitian ini adalah 40 responden dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan massal sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis, uji T dan uji F. Pada pembahasan pertama kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Karena jumlah kompensasinya adalah thitung 3,114 > ttabel 2,028. Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh 2,454 > ttabel 2,028. Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Karena lingkungan kerja mempunyai angka thitung 1,526 2,86 pada taraf 0,000 < α 0,05, hal ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh serta variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Sedangkan R-squared dapat diamati sebesar 62,1%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 37,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam demonstrate penelitian ini. Saran dari penelitian muncul dari uji t bahwa kompensasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan sebaiknya dijaga serta ditingkatkan untuk mendorong kinerja pegawai menjadi lebih baik.
