To measure the servitization level of the manufacturing industry in Shaanxi Province and reveal the current situation of the servitization input and output. Based on the input-output tables of the whole country, Shaanxi provinces from 2002 to 2017, the direct consumption coefficient and the complete consumption coefficient are calculated to measure the input servitization level of Shaanxi's manufacturing industry and its subsectors. 56 listed manufacturing companies in Shaanxi Province were selected to measure the servitization level of manufacturing output in Shaanxi Province. The results show that from 2002 to 2017, the manufacturing industry in Shaanxi Province presents a development trend of seeking improvement in stability, but the development of servitization is slow, and the overall input servitization level is not high. The development among manufacturing industry and its subsectors is not balanced, and the gap of the input servitization level is large. The service import rate of manufacturing enterprises is not high, and the servitization level of manufacturing output is in the primary and intermediate stage. Based on those above, from the four points of policy support, optimizing the industrial structure, accelerating the integration and application of internet technology in the manufacturing industry and changing the traditional manufacturing concept, the corresponding suggestions to improve the servitization level of manufacturing in Shaanxi Province is put forward.

Improving sandy soil by soil organic reconstruction technology can effectively reduce soil permeability and increase soil nutrient content. The results show that the artificial plough bottom layer of 1.7 g·cm-3and 5 cm thick and the tillage layer of 1.2 g·cm-3 and 25 cm thick can be constructed on sandy soil with loess as raw material, and the water infiltration rate is reduced to 12 cm·d-1, which is 89% lower than that of sandy soil. After reconstruction, the contents of organic matter, total nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium were all abundant, which increased by 1.06 times, 2.07 times, 8.54 times and 1.23 times compared with sandy soil, respectively.

Frequent natural disasters have put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive ability of disaster prevention and resilience in urban areas with a large number of people, and green space, as the most commonly used land for disaster prevention and risk avoidance, plays a key role in disaster prevention and risk avoidance. As a new development area in Chengdu, the central area of Chengdu has a long history and extensive population density, but there are still problems such as insufficient per capita park green space, imperfect road network structure, "misalignment" between the layout of green space for disaster prevention and risk avoidance and urban population density, and the hot spots of residents' production and life. Based on ArcGIS network analysis, Open Street Map traffic network analysis and existing Gaussian theory, this paper analyzes the rationality of the spatial layout of the existing green space for disaster prevention and risk avoidance in the central urban area of Chengdu by combining the four indicators of population ratio served, service area ratio, per capita avoidable area and population allocation gap. Based on Chengdu's "14th Five-Year Plan" for disaster prevention and mitigation, this project will first summarize the evaluation system of resilient cities at home and abroad, try to build a resilient city evaluation system suitable for Chinese cities, and then conduct a comprehensive analysis through satellite cloud data and POI point of interest crawling to preliminarily determine the reasons for the failure to meet the standard, and then conduct field research on the field feelings of residents around a certain part of the green belt around the city. It can be summarized as follows: (1) Combined with literature review, the theoretical and practical results of the existing research and evaluation on the accessibility of disaster prevention green space at home and abroad were fitted. Currently, China is vigorously promoting the construction of "Four Good Rural Roads", and the planning and construction layout of urban and rural transportation, especially rural roads, can effectively promote the rapid integration of urban and rural areas and the coordinated development of small towns. However, there are still problems in the current planning and construction of rural roads, such as large inventory, low level, and chaotic layout. Post evaluation of rural road renovation and upgrading, analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the plan, can provide strong support for the subsequent adjustment of regional comprehensive transportation system construction. Based on various national, provincial, and municipal transportation development guidelines, this article analyzes the factors related to the planning and evaluation of rural roads in low mountain and hilly areas. Based on the IF-VE method formed by intuitionistic fuzzy theory and value engineering theory, a post evaluation study is conducted on a rural road renovation and upgrading project plan. The application results indicate that the indicator system and model constructed in the article have certain feasibility and applicability.
