The study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of an educational program based on educational tasks in Islamic education social values among ninth grade students. To achieve the goal of the study, a scale was built to measure social values. The study population consisted of 80 ninth-grade students from Janaa Basic School affiliated with the Directorate of Education for the First Zarqa Region for the 2023/2024 academic year. They were chosen intentionally and divided into two groups: the control group, which was taught in the usual way described in the teacher’s guide, and the experimental group, which was taught according to the educational program based on educational tasks. The researcher used the quasi-experimental method. The results also showed that there was a statistically significant difference at the level of statistical significance (α = 0.05) between the two mean scores of the post-test performance of the study individuals on each of the areas of social values (cooperation, respect, honesty, freedom, altruism, and justice), and the areas of social values as a whole attributed to the teaching strategy variable in favor of the experimental group. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the need to train Islamic education supervisors and teachers to build educational programs based on educational tasks, employ them in the classroom, and pay attention to social values.

Experience is one of the methods of judicial proof. It is resorted to, if necessary, revealing or strengthening existing evidence. The increasing role of technical expertise in our modern era comes - due to the accuracy, complexity and often hidden nature of the facts presented to the judiciary - making the judge need help. With experienced and specialized people and benefit from their advice. Undoubtedly, experts are considered among the judicial assistants who cannot be dispensed with in the scientific or technical cases that the judge finds. He cannot consider some cases that require expertise outside his professional speciality. The judge’s goal is to reach the truth to make his ruling. Fair, and this is achieved by seeking the help of experienced people whose opinion is a means of proving the claim. One thing that no two people disagree about is that the judge, no matter how much knowledge and extensive knowledge he has, cannot comprehend all the different sciences and arts, especially the delicate cases, so there is no escape from referring to people of experience, knowledge, and specialization for the judge to issue his ruling based on reassurance and trust and to be closer to achieving the truth and resolving the dispute.

The Golden Treasure of Bakhtar is the most valuable historical treasure of Afghanistan and one of the souvenirs of the era of Western Greece. In 1978, Victor Sarianidi, the famous Soviet archaeologist, and his team started their excavations on top of Talatepe, Jawzjan province. As a result of this research, they found the world's biggest treasure after 2000 years of obscurity. The findings of this research show that this ancient and historical area is the legacy of the Western Greek and Kushan eras. Analyzes show that Afghanistan's security situation was in a very critical state during the Soviet archaeologists' research; Victor Sarianidi was able to, with this emergency, continue his research, which shows the commitment and good sense of an archaeologist. The purpose of this research is to investigate the current situation of the ancient and historical area of Talatpe, Jawzjan. The findings of this research show that atmospheric and climatic changes have caused the collapse of this historical area and if serious attention is not paid to it, we will witness the complete destruction of this historical area in the earliest time. It should be mentioned that the Tala Tepe area is located near the irrigated agricultural lands, and besides other problems of this area, it is also under the threat of flooding. In the research of this article, the methods of comparison, logical historical analysis, copying and field have been done.

This paper offers a psychoanalytical reading of the human memory’s dilemma as portrayed by Tan Twan Eng in The Garden of Evening Mists (2011) and Kazuo Ishiguro in The Remains of the Day (1989). Its objective is to analyze the role of memory in shaping the fragmented self, particularly in the context of the trauma from the world wars, employing a psychoanalytical perspective demonstrated through Michael Anderson’s memory inhibition techniques and Carl Jung’s theories on active imagination, which prioritize the unconscious mind. The study applies two methods of selective memory to the protagonists’ behaviors: retrieval-induced forgetting in Ishiguro’s The Remains of the Day and the think/no-think paradigms in Eng’s The Garden of Evening Mists. These approaches aim to explore the role of intention in these inhibition processes and investigate whether these experiences yield positive or negative outcomes. Through a close analysis of the main characters’ repressed memories, the study argues that the protagonists employ selective memory techniques differently. In The Garden of Evening Mists, intentional and positive utilization of these techniques helps overcome the horrors of war. Conversely, in The Remains of the Day, unintentional and negative application enhances the illusion of falsely representing oneself. This study’s primary contribution lies in exploring the mechanisms underlying the control of postcolonial/imperial traumatic memories. Additionally, it delves into the significance of the natural world in the protagonists’ healing and recovery revealing that gardens serve as a metaphor for recovery due to their profound impacts.

International trade is one of the essential pillars of the global economy. International trade can improve people's welfare through increased productivity, diversified production, and lower prices of goods and services. In international trade, it is not uncommon for disputes to occur between business actors from different countries. This study examines the international trade dispute settlement system in the World Trade Organization (WTO) and its benefits for Indonesia. This research uses normative legal research methods. The data collection technique used in this research is a literature study. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative analysis. The results show that the dispute settlement mechanism through the WTO is part of the WTO adjudication function as a world trade organization. The stages of dispute settlement involve consultations, panel formation, panel procedures, and ratification of panel reports, judicial review, and implementation. For Indonesia, participation in the WTO dispute settlement system brings several benefits, such as increasing legal certainty in international trade, protecting Indonesia's trade interests, and increasing the competitiveness of Indonesian products in the international market.
