In the works of most specialists, on sports training of swimmers, the technique and tactics of sports swimming, competitive activity, functional and psychological training of swimmers are described in detail. At the same time, only some issues of theoretical preparation are considered in separate papers. In addition, no information was found in the literature regarding the use of the latest information technologies in the theoretical training of swimmers. Therefore, this issue needs further study.

Spinal cord injury in 92% of cases is the cause of group I or II disability. Unfortunately, recently the prevalence of this disease among the population of our country has increased due to military operations. The results of many studies have established that spinal cord injury is characterized by disorders of the functions of the pelvic organs, disorders of the musculoskeletal system, and disorders of the cardiorespiratory system. Therefore, the process of physical therapy for people with this injury is long and difficult.

Taking into account the rapid increase on a global scale of viral diseases that cause complications of the respiratory system in patients, the increase in the number of such patients and, as a result, the overloading of medical institutions that provide full rehabilitation, there is a need to develop alternative rehabilitation programs for people with the consequences of bronchopulmonary diseases , which would contribute to the acceleration of adaptation and the return of all body systems to the physiological norm.

The high pace of social and political life, economic changes in the life of society, which have taken place in the last twenty years, have changed the place and role of a person in the structure of society, his motives and value orientations in the system of social relations. One of the current directions of modern scientific research in the field of physical education is the study of the entire spectrum of issues related to health. The health of office workers, the lion's share of whom are women, is affected by negative factors of the work environment. A composite complex of violations associated with the specifics of work in the office is called the office syndrome. Postural disorders and musculoskeletal pain are distinguished among the manifestations of office syndrome.

Timely detection of potentially dangerous causes of dizziness and selection of effective means of physical therapy is an urgent problem, for the solution of which it is necessary to use effective and reliable methods of diagnosis and intervention. Modern approaches to vestibular rehabilitation include methods affecting the mechanisms of central regulation of compensation processes in vestibular disorders. Among the rehabilitation measures, one of the main places is occupied by therapeutic exercises, which include various exercises for the movement of the eyes and head, as well as gait training. Vestibular rehabilitation is one of the most effective methods of restoring vestibular function in patients with diseases of the vestibular system.

Somatic health of the nation is currently a fairly established scientific thesis, but its support and development requires further multi-vector study and scientific understanding. Health is the most important component of economic security and general well-being of women. The problem of preserving the health of women of mature age is a global one. A decrease in the level of health and physical activity of women aged 30-50 deserves special attention. Age-related changes in the functioning of the body's functional systems lead to an increase in chronic diseases and a decrease in the level of motility.

In the course of historical development, various ideals of the components of the spatial organization of the human body are formed, and each social order made its contribution to the system of views regarding its canons. Canon (canonized knowledge) – scientific paradigms, worldview credo, a set of basic texts that make up the concept of the subject and the system of traditional knowledge. The symmetry of the relations of the biokinematic pairs of the human body for the maximum stability of the whole organism should, in our opinion, correspond to the ratio of harmony of the "golden section". Numerous studies conducted in recent years testify to the mass nature of functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system, including among women of the second mature age, postural disorders in the sagittal plane with an increase and decrease in the physiological curves of the vertebral column, scoliotic posture, violation of the support and spring properties of the foot is one of the most urgent problems of modern society.
