The final result in team game sports does not reflect complete information of the strengths and weaknesses of the players. Therefore, the control of competitive activities in sports games will provide objective information for improving of team management. The purpose of the research is to establish the structure and dynamics of technical and tactical actions of highly skilled opposite hitters of women's Superleague of Ukraine in the process of competitive activity. Material and methods of research. The study was conducted during the competition period of the 2017-2018 season and provided for pedagogical observation and video shooting of the official games of the Ukrainian Volleyball Championship among women's Superleague teams. The study involved 9 highly qualified opposite hitters the masters of sports of Ukraine. Results and conclusions. The structure of the technical and tactical actions of opposite hitters in the process of competitive activity is consisted of large part of blocks (34,0±2,9 %) and spikes (28,1±2,0 %). Opposite hitters perform the spikes (42,3±4,5 %) and blocks (33,8±3,2 %) most effectively among all technical and tactical actions. The game of defense and passes are a "weak spot" of the opposite hitters, as the ratio of inefficient technical and tactical actions are 42,2±5,9 and 56,1±9,0 %, respectively. There is a gradual decrease in the effectiveness of technical and tactical actions by the opposite hitters during the game. Thus, the part of effective serves decreased from 19,8 % in the first set to 10,4 % in the fourth, effective defense actions – from 35,0 to 23,3 %, spikes – from 36,1 to 25,6 %, blocks – from 28,7 to 28,5 %. The analysis of the results allows to recommend in the training process of the opposite hitters to pay special attention to the implementation of the attack potential of serves, increase the effectiveness of the defense, expanding the stock of tactical combinations and game models, improving general and special endurance

The article analyzes the peculiarities of building the training process of the Finnish training system and the training system of Ukrainian athletes. The analysis of the curriculum has shown that the Finnish system of training skiers is based on the creation of clubs, since this is the basic system of organizing the training process. A ski club is an attractive and stimulating environment for creating a solid foundation for a lifelong passion. The ski training system is developed in accordance with the recommendations of the Finnish Olympic Committee. The curriculum for children's and youth sports schools in Ukraine is based on many years of experience of coaches and specialists in winter Olympic and non-Olympic sports. The training program for Ukrainian skiers is aimed at systematizing the training process from initial training groups to groups of higher sports skills, providing coaches with a unified planning structure, a system of means and methods of physical education. The curricula envisage adherence to the same principles of ski training. The methods and means of training differ between schools. The requirements stipulated in the training programs for skiers in both countries are mandatory for all clubs and youth sports schools and must be implemented in accordance with training locations, climatic conditions, material and technical facilities, etc.

The relevance of the research topic. Comprehensive control of the physical fitness of athletes involves an accurate quantitative assessment of all its components and indicators. Solving the problem of improving the training process of qualified sprinters on the basis of a comprehensive assessment of physical fitness, various approaches to its study, and the diversity of its aspects is an actual direction that requires its further study. The purpose of the study is to develop and experimentally test the method of comprehensive control of the physical fitness of qualified sprinters in the annual cycle of training. Research methods: analysis, generalization and systematization of scientific literature data, pedagogical research methods (pedagogical observation, pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiment), mathematical methods of processing the obtained results. Research results. The use of staged, operational and ongoing control of the physical training process made it possible to effectively make adjustments to the volume and intensity of training work in order to improve the necessary indicators of physical fitness and bring them closer to the model values for each period of training. At the end of the one-year training cycle, the athletes of the experimental group in the running test exercises increased their performance from 2.52 to 10.4%; in jumping exercises, the increase in results was from 2.82 to 4.05%; in exercises for demonstrating strength abilities, the increase in results was from 5 to 5.14% (p<0.05), and in the test for demonstrating flexibility - 5.71%. Conclusions. The analysis of the data obtained during the experiment shows that the proposed method of monitoring the physical fitness of track and field athletessprinters is quite acceptable for practice, is effective and can be recommended for use in the training process of short-distance runners.

Currently, the task of preserving and strengthening the health of young people is an important one, and higher pedagogical education can play a crucial role in achieving this goal. The development of health-saving technologies must take into account the characteristics and initial state of the population group in order to ensure that these technologies are effective, appropriate, and accepted by the target population. By doing so, we can improve the health outcomes of populations and promote greater equity in healthcare. The analysis of estimation of component body composition is a useful tool for assessing various aspects of health and fitness. The purpose of the study is to determine the component composition of the body as an indicator of the health of female students of higher education at the Faculty of Physical Education.

Effective management of training load components is the key to further professionalization of powerlifting. However, in literary sources and in practical activities, there are disagreements regarding the number and sequence of competitive exercises, the frequency of classes in the micro cycle, the duration of rest intervals, etc. Therefore, the training process requires clarification and correction of the use of individual load components.

Specialists in the field of physical culture and sports stratify the long-term process of sports training of boxers, from beginners to high-class masters, into several stages. First of all, let's focus on the subject of the proposed study namely the stage of initial training of boxers. According to scientists, the stage of initial training of young athletes involves the use of the most effective means of training influences, such as: gymnastic exercises, mobile games and relay races, etc. The list of effective influences is complemented by general training and special training exercises, training models of competitive exercises, means of mental preparation, means of personality education, etc.

The current state of health of the population of Ukraine as a whole, children and youth in particular, is a significant challenge to society and the state and, without exaggeration, poses a real threat to humanitarian security. Numerous studies conducted in recent years testify: the mass nature of functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system is one of the most urgent problems of modern society. Functional posture disorders are among the most common abnormalities in the musculoskeletal system in children and young people.

Competitions in sports of higher achievements are safe if a number of conditions are observed in the process of training activities, precompetition and pre-start preparation. The high intensity and load in modern sports requires adaptation to them at the initial stage of training athletes, which is not always possible for coaches to do in the absence of a specially organized recovery process and programs for the prevention of injuries of the musculoskeletal system. Unfortunately, the number of injuries in adult and children's sports is not decreasing. Existing external and internal injury risk factors require special attention from the administration of sports schools and clubs, coaching staff to training and competition venues, as well as to the selection and application of special means of injury prevention for athletes. Injuries received by an athlete in the process of training or competitive activities require the presence of appropriate training of trainers in first aid.
