Relevance of the research topic. A specialist will be able to compete effectively on the labor market only when he is ready for a specific type of activity and will have a sufficient supply of reserve capabilities of the body. Studying the ways of psychoregulation and increasing the level of development of psychophysiological abilities of students is an important problem of the organization of physical education in higher education institutions. The purpose of the research is to experimentally substantiate the effectiveness of the use of means from sports games on the development of psychophysiological abilities of students. Research methods: analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature, dynamometry, spatial orientation test, computer program "Psychodiagnostics", methods of mathematical statistics. Research results. During the year, a set of specific exercises aimed at the development of psychophysiological abilities was implemented in the training of students of optional groups in sports games. In order to determine the differences in the impact of various sports in the pedagogical study, optional control groups from power sports and athletics were selected. The indicators of muscle differentiation, spatial orientation, simple visual-motor reaction and reactions of distinction and choice were studied. In the experimental groups, an increase was obtained in all the mentioned tests, but it differed both in terms of indicators and in different game sports, which corresponded to the features of competitive activity. In the control groups, according to some indicators, there were also positive shifts in the development of psychophysiological abilities, but they were not statistically reliable. Conclusions. The specifics of the impact of various sports on students muscular, spatial sensations and psychomotor skills have been determined. The developed complexes of special means for sports games have shown their effectiveness and can be recommended for their use in the physical education of students for a purposeful effect on psychophysiological abilities.

Relevance of the research topic. Only thanks to versatile technical preparation, a wrestler can achieve high sports results. Therefore, it is important to perfectly master all the basic techniques of qualifying groups, as well as protection against them and counter techniques, to be able to connect the action in a combination. Further increase in the effectiveness of the training process in freestyle wrestling is largely connected with the improvement of the technique of teaching technical and tactical actions. However, the lack of consensus on many issues regarding the choice and effectiveness of various applied teaching methods and techniques indicates that this issue has not yet been sufficiently studied. The purpose of the research is to improve the level of the technical and tactical preparation of freestyle wrestlers based on the improvement of the individual manner of entering the match. Research methods: analysis and generalization of data from scientific and methodological literature, questionnaires of freestyle wrestling coaches (in order to identify the specifics of individual technical and tactical training of freestyle wrestlers), expert evaluation (of technical and tactical combinations), pedagogical observation (initial indicators of evaluation of modules of technical and tactical actions were registered), pedagogical experiment, pedagogical testing, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. Formed modules (directions) of technical and tactical actions of wrestlers for each manner of entering the match. Each module contained individual technical and tactical actions, which were evaluated on the basis of expert evaluation, in order to determine the effectiveness of the study. Means of individual training have been developed, aimed at improving one's own manner of fighting. Individual tasks were selected to improve the level of technical and tactical preparation of wrestlers of different fighting styles. Conclusions. According to the results of the application of the technology, it was found that EG (A) wrestlers compared to KG (A) had a difference of 35 points in the indicators of effective combinations, and EG (K) wrestlers had a difference of 30 points.

The relevance of the research topic lies in the challenges faced by mature individuals today in terms of professional and physical development, as well as the preservation and formation of their own health in conditions of socio-economic and political instability, and constant psychological stress. The spatial organization of the body should be defined as an external manifestation of the morphological and functional unity of the human body. The formation of the spatial organization of the human body occurs within the framework of an individual development program and is biologically and socially determined; however, its disruption can lead to a number of illnesses. The aim of the article is to determine the morphological characteristics of women with different body types. Methods included theoretical analysis of specialized scientific-methodical literature, anthropometry, and methods of mathematical statistics. Results and key conclusions. The anthropometric characteristics of women in the early stages of mature age vary depending on body type. For instance, in women with an asthenic body type, body weight (actual and ideal), body mass index, and Rohrer’s index are significantly lower than in picnics and normosthenic body types, body length is greater than in other types, and the deviation of actual body weight from ideal is considerably lower compared to women of picnic type, but similar to those with normosthenic body type. Women with a picnic body type statistically exceeded the other types of women in terms of weight, body mass index, Rohrer’s index, ideal body weight and deviation of actual weight from ideal weight. Their body length was much shorter than that of women with other body types. Women with normosthenic body type in terms of actual and ideal body weight, body mass index and Rohrer's index significantly exceeded the corresponding parameters in asthenic individuals, and at the same time they were much smaller than women with picnic body type. Body length, on the contrary, was greater than in picnic type and less than in asthenic women. The deviation of the actual weight from the ideal weight was significantly lower compared to women of the picnic type, but did not significantly differ from those with the asthenic body type.

Introduction. Correcting the physical development of students with hearing impairments requires an individual approach and the use of specialized methods and tools. Each student with hearing loss may have unique needs and capabilities. Therefore, it is important to create individualized physical education programs that take into account the specific limitations and capabilities of each student. It is important to develop and implement innovative approaches for children with hearing impairments that would have an impact on the physical development of schoolchildren along with the correctional and health-improving orientation of the entire process of adaptive physical education. The purpose of the study is to substantiate and implement an innovative methodology of adaptive physical culture for the correction of physical development of children with hearing impairments in the process of adaptive physical education. Research methods: theoretical analysis and generalisation of scientific literature data, sociological research methods, somatometric and physiometric research methods, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. The developed algorithm consisted of comparing two groups of 15-year- old schoolchildren with hearing impairment (boys (n=14), girls (n=12)) (control and experimental groups). Difference of content of classes in two groups of pupils was in means and methodical approaches to solution of correctional tasks in the process of physical education. In the first group, all training sessions were conducted in accordance with the physical education programme. In the second group, the methodology of correction of physical development included the following forms of training: exercises of different structure and focus to improve physical development indicators; increasing the level of functional capabilities of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems; balancing the psycho-emotional state (correctional games, tourist training skills, various types of health and recreational physical activity, improving the development of fine motor skills, exercises aimed at correcting and lagging behind in physical development), as well as an innovative program developed taking into account the needs and capabilities of children with hearing impairments. Correcting the physical development of students with hearing impairments requires an individual approach and the use of specialized methods and tools. Each student with hearing loss may have unique needs and capabilities. Therefore, it is important to create individualized physical education programs that take into account the specific limitations and capabilities of each student. It is important to develop and implement innovative approaches for children with hearing impairments that would have an impact on the physical development of schoolchildren along with the correctional and health-improving orientation of the entire process of adaptive physical education. The purpose of the study is to substantiate and implement an innovative methodology of adaptive physical culture for the correction of physical development of children with hearing impairments in the process of adaptive physical education. Research methods: theoretical analysis and generalisation of scientific literature data, sociological research methods, somatometric and physiometric research methods, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. The developed algorithm consisted of comparing two groups of 15-year- old schoolchildren with hearing impairment (boys (n=14), girls (n=12)) (control and experimental groups). Difference of content of classes in two groups of pupils was in means and methodical approaches to solution of correctional tasks in the process of physical education. In the first group, all training sessions were conducted in accordance with the physical education programme. In the second group, the methodology of correction of physical development included the following forms of training: exercises of different structure and focus to improve physical development indicators; increasing the level of functional capabilities of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems; balancing the psycho-emotional state (correctional games, tourist training skills, various types of health and recreational physical activity, improving the development of fine motor skills, exercises aimed at correcting and lagging behind in physical development), as well as an innovative program developed taking into account the needs and capabilities of children with hearing impairments. The innovative programme contained interactive exercises, included video tutorials with subtitles, games and tasks that can stimulate physical development, coordination and joint interaction.Conclusions. As a result, the implementation of the proposed methodology is confirmed by positive changes in the level of physical activity, improvement of general health and correction of physical development in the process of adaptive physical education of schoolchildren with hearing impairments.","PeriodicalId":507223,"journal":{"name":"Physical culture sports and health of the nation","volume":"22 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141685147","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The relevance of the research topic. Numerous studies have stated that abnormal child development is always accompanied by motor function disorders and deficits in motor activity. The combination of sensory and motor deprivation causes extraordinary difficulties in the perception, assimilation, retention and reproduction of educational material, and also significantly complicates the life of a child with a disability. The purpose of the article is to determine the effectiveness of the author's technology aimed at the development of static and dynamic body balance of primary school children with hearing deprivation in the process of adaptive physical education. Matherial and Methods. The study involved 8 boys and 11 girls with hearing impairment aged 8 years, who were randomly divided into main groups (GG1, GG2) and control groups (CG1, CG2). The following research methods were used to accomplish the tasks: analysis of scientific literature, pedagogical experiment, stabilography. Mathematical and statistical processing and analysis of data were carried out using the computational and graphical capabilities of the application software packages "Statistica" (StatSoft, version 10.0) and Microsoft Excel 2010. Results. The results obtained during the formative experiment prove the positive influence of the means and methods of the author's technology on the indicators of steady- state body balance (in the Romberg test with open eyes) in girls of 8 years old with hearing impairment GG2the amplitude of oscillations of the total body mass centre (TBC) in the frontal plane of girls of GG2 statistically significantly improved (Т=0; Z=2.20; p=0.028); the amplitude of oscillations of TBC in the sagittal plane of girls of GG2 statistically significantly decreased (Т=0; Z=2.02; p=0.043); there was a statistically significant improvement in the length of the trajectory of the TBC in the frontal and sagittal planes (Т=0; Z=2.20; p=0.028); statistically significant increase in the assessment of the speed of TBC movement of the examined girls (Т=0; Z=2.20; p=0.028); also revealed a statistically significant difference in the indicators of the area of oscillations of the TBC after the experiment of girls of CG2 (T=0; Z=2.02; p=0.043) and girls of GG2 (T=0; Z=2.20; p=0.028); among boys with hearing impairment (GG1) there was a tendency to improve the indicators of steady-state body balance. Calculations were performed by applying the nonparametric Wilcoxon signed rank test for dependent samples.

Statement of the problem. Insufficient motor regime is caused by prolonged staying at home during classes and a large volume of academic subjects has a direct impact on the state of the student's body. Prevention and overcoming of these consequences is possible only through the introduction of a sufficient amount of physical exercises in the educational process of students. The study of various aspects of health has shown that each component is an important on the way to strengthening and improving the performance of college students. The purpose of the study is to analyze the physical activity of first and second year students of different pedagogical specialties. Research methods: pedagogical observation, questionnaire, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. The study established the concept of a healthy lifestyle and its main components. It has been found that physical activity is the most important indicator of a healthy lifestyle, and the lifestyle of student youth is a way to integrate the needs of the student. A questionnaire was conducted to assess the lifestyle of students of pedagogical specialties. The preferences and priorities, motives and factors that motivate students to be active were identified. According to the survey, students assess their health status differently: 33.4 % believe they have no health problems, 36.1 % of students believe they have minor health problems, and 30.5 % of respondents consider their health to be unsatisfactory. Instead, only 25.2 % of all students surveyed engage in health activities outside of class time, while 74.2 % prefer additional tutoring sessions with tutors. Conclusions. It has been established that different sources of information and the environment in which students live directly affect the formation of a healthy lifestyle. That is why it is necessary to reorganize and improve the system of physical education in educational institutions by forming motor activity models of student youth.

Relevance of the research topic. The systematization and generalization of a wide layer of both theoretical developments and practical achievements in the field of physical culture and sports serve as a basis for stating that maturity is the longest period of ontogenesis, characterized by the tendency for a person to achieve the optimal level of development of his spiritual, intellectual and physical potential. Against this background, the age of maturity in women, according to numerous data from representatives of the scientific community, is a period of motor deficit. The consequences of the latter include, first of all, the gradual unfolding of involutional processes, negative changes in the hormonal background, the appearance of excess weight, a decrease in the elasticity of connective tissue, the appearance of the first signs of structural and functional disorders of the spine and joints. The purpose of the article is to determine the level of physical fitness of women aged 36-40 with different types of posture. Methods. Theoretical analysis of special scientific and methodical literature, pedagogical testing, methods of mathematical statistics. The results of the work. The assessment of physical fitness of women in the second half of mature age showed the following. Firstly, it was found that according to tests of strength, endurance and flexibility, women aged 36-38 were more physically fit, performing pull-ups in a lying position mainly at an average level, tilting the torso forward from a sitting position and lifting the torso in a sitting position at a sufficient level. In contrast, the physical fitness of women aged 39-40 years was much worse, in particular, most of them performed lying pull-ups at a low level, torso bending forward from a sitting position and lifting the torso in a sitting position at an average level. Secondly, the comparison of groups of women aged 36-38 and 39-40 years, taking into account the type of their posture, did not reveal any differences in pairs of different ages of each type. At the same time, it was found that women with normal posture performed much better than the other groups in exercises such as flexion and extension of the arms in a lying position, pull-ups in a lying position, and women aged 36-38 years were superior in the test of lifting the torso into a seated position. Accordingly, women with a round, flat back and scoliotic posture were less physically prepared to perform these exercises.
