DIAGNOSTICS OF POSTURAL DISORDERS IN CHILDREN USING COMPUTER PHOTOMETRY 利用计算机光度测量诊断儿童姿势失调症

Actuality of the research. Literary and statistical data show that the level of morbidity among children in Ukraine remains high. Important to note that musculoskeletal system and connective tissue diseases take the fifth place among the morbidity structure, while the postural disorders and scoliosis remain the most urgent problem in school­age children. The aim of study is to check the computer photometry method efficiency for postural disorders diagnostics in school­age children with different levels of motor activity. Research methodology. In order to improve the dynamic control over the posture state, to increase the study objectification, to reduce the examination time and simplify the statistical material processing, a software complex for diagnosing posture disorders using the computer photometry method was used. Results. It was found that 25% of examined school­age children had postural disorders. Most often, postural disorders were observed within the age of 10­13 years, while in girls, postural disorders were registered 10% more often than in boys. Systematic exercise does not automatically guarantee the correct posture formation. In children­athletes, more pronounced indicators of angular anthropometric parameters asymmetry were registered, as a result of asymmetric back muscles load distribution. Children who did not exercise were more prone to kyphotic posture developing. Conclusions. As instrumental diagnostics, the computer photometry method has high level of informativeness and reliability, helps to maximize the data objectification and is effective in postural disorders detecting during as screening and as mass examinations.

USE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE TRAINING OF PHYSICAL THERAPISTS IN THE CONDITIONS OF A MIXED FORM OF EDUCATION 在混合教育形式条件下,在理疗师培训中使用数字技术

Actuality of the research. The authors present their own experience of implementing digital technologies during the teaching of professional training disciplines. The article substantiates the relevance of the implementation of digital technologies during the teaching of professional training disciplines for students of higher education in the specialty "Therapy and rehabilitation", namely: "Ergotherapy in psychiatry", "Massage", "Physical therapy and occupational therapy for injuries and diseases of the nervous system" , "Bioethics and deontology", "Physical therapy in gerontology and geriatrics" in conditions of mixed education. The aim of the study is to demonstrate one's own pedagogical experience regarding the effectiveness of the implementation of digital technologies during the teaching of professional training disciplines in the specialty "Physical therapy, occupational therapy / Therapy and rehabilitation". Research methodology. The educational process in a mixed format included classes in offline and online form using digital technologies of the Blogger educational blog, Mindomo mental maps, interactive exercises of the LearningApps service, and Google Form. 116 higher education graduates and 9 teachers providing teaching of professional training disciplines were involved in the survey process. Results. The obtained results prove the effectiveness of using the developed technology with the use of digital resources in the study of special training disciplines. Conclusions. The introduction of digital technologies is one of the progressive ways of modernizing higher education in modern conditions. A rational combination of classroom and remote classes with the use of digital technologies has a positive effect among students and allows for better learning of the material

FEATURES OF POSTURE OF YOUNG ATHLETES SPECIALISING IN HAND-TO-HAND COMBAT 徒手搏击特长青少年运动员的姿势特点

In the scientific community, the generally accepted vision of indicators of physical development of children and adolescents as indicators of the health of the whole population has gained a dimension. The current relevance of the problem of non-fixed disorders of the musculoskeletal system of athletes is revealed by the results of scientific research devoted to the determination of the peculiarities of disorders of the biomechanics of posture and foot of young athletes representing various sports. The purpose of the article is to determine the peculiarities of posture of young athletes specializing in hand-to-hand combat. Methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of special scientific and methodological literature, photography and posture analysis, visual screening of the biogeometric posture profile of young athletes were used in the study. Results. It has been shown that postural disorders of various types are a common phenomenon among athletes aged 8-14 years who specialize in hand-to-hand combat covering a contingent of 46.7% to 60% in different age groups. In addition, a significant proportion of young martial artists with normal posture (62.9% of them) can be classified as at risk of postural disorders, primarily due to a marked deviation from the norm in the position of the pelvic bones, waist triangles, symmetry of the lower angles of the scapulae in the frontal plane, as well as deviations in the lumbar lordosis in the sagittal plane. Differences (at the level of trends) between athletes of different ages have been identified, which indicate a certain deterioration in the state of the biogeometric profile of posture with increasing age, but such differences have not been statistically confirmed. On the basis of systematisation and generalisation of professional sources it seems possible to state that today the theory of sport has in its arsenal a significant layer of scientific data that make it possible to carry out sports training of young sportsmen, taking into account morpho- biomechanical properties of organism development during its growth. The theoretical and practical aspects of the above scientific work will be the basis for theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the effectiveness of the author's technology for the correction of postural disorders of young athletes specializing in hand-to-hand combat.

IMPROVING THE SPEED-POWER CAPACITY OF FEMALE SPRINTERS IN THE PREPARATORY PERIOD OF THEANNUAL MACROCYCLE 提高女子短跑运动员在年度大循环准备阶段的速度-力量能力

Summary. The relevance of the research topic. Improving the training process of short-distance runners is an urgent problem, due to the fierce competition on the world stage, which requires further study. The result in sprint athletics is provided by a whole complex of highly developed qualities and functions of the athlete's body, but the leading place in ensuring high motor capqualities is occupied by speed and power qualities. The purpose of the study is to investigate the effectiveness of the experimental program for improving the speed and strength training of female sprinters in the preparatory period of the annual training cycle. Research methods: analysis, generalization and systematization of scientific literature data, pedagogical research methods (pedagogical observation, pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiment), mathematical methods of processing the obtained results. Research results. In the training process of female athletes of the experimental group, an experimental program for improving speed and strength qualities was used, which is based on the use of 2 sets of exercises that contribute to the improvement of actual strength qualities and explosive and speed strength of female sprinters, in accordance with the requirements of the specifics of the sport. Various exercises were included in the content of the complexes, the selection of which was primarily based on their focus on improving certain types of strength. At the end of the preparatory period, the athletes of the experimental group in the control exercises for the manifestation of speed and strength qualities increased their performance from 3,17 to 6,75%. Conclusions. The analysis of the data obtained during the experiment shows that the experimental program for improving the speed and strength qualities of female track and field athletes is effective and can be applied in the training process of short-distance runners in the preparatory periods of the annual macrocycle.

Relevance. The question of improvement of the training process of sportsmen is important at different stages of preparation. The construction of the training process of sportsmen specialising in middle-distance running, taking into account the importance of high-speed and power loads, is not properly reflected in the theory and methods of sports training. In modern conditions experts discuss the correlation and efficiency of general and special physical training. A small number of works, which mainly analyse physical training, relate only to the training of highly qualified athletes. Therefore, the optimal construction of the training process of athletes, taking into account their functional state, is becoming increasingly important. The study of this problem is of practical and scientific interest. The purpose of the research is to develop and theoretically substantiate the content of training work of 800 m runners with qualification of I adult category in different types of microcycles of the preparatory period. Research methods: the analysis of scientific and methodical literature, pedagogical supervision. Results. The theoretical and methodological aspects of physical training of athletes specialising in middle distance running are considered. The physical training of middle distance runners is a determining factor in the training process aimed at developing the necessary physical qualities. The article analyses the system of training middle distance runners in modern conditions. The content of microcycles of middle distance runners at different stages of training is described. It is emphasised that strength and speed-power qualities (increase in muscle mass and strength, increase in explosive power and speed), development of aerobic and anaerobic endurance, flexibility and coordination abilities are the leading qualities for middle distance runners. This discipline synthesises speed characteristics and endurance, because it requires both maximum speed and a significant resource of special endurance. Conclusions. The scientific sources on the training of athletes specialising in 800m run were analysed in order to determine the differences in the training systems of specialists from different countries. It is determined that with the effective implementation of the means of improving high- speed endurance in the training process, it is possible to improve sportsmanship.

The theoretical and methodological aspects of physical training of athletes specialising in middle distance running are considered. The physical training of middle distance runners is a determining factor in the training process aimed at developing the necessary physical qualities. The article analyses the system of training middle distance runners in modern conditions. The content of microcycles of middle distance runners at different stages of training is described. It is emphasised that strength and speed-power qualities (increase in muscle mass and strength, increase in explosive power and speed), development of aerobic and anaerobic endurance, flexibility and coordination abilities are the leading qualities for middle distance runners. This discipline synthesises speed characteristics and endurance, because it requires both maximum speed and a significant resource of special endurance. Conclusions. The scientific sources on the training of athletes specialising in 800m run were analysed in order to determine the differences in the training systems of specialists from different countries. Topicality. The modern development of field hockey requires a more detailed analysis of individual aspects of the game, the study of quantitative and qualitative indicators of technical and tactical actions performed in different game zones of the hockey field is relevant. The purpose of the study is to determine qualitative and quantitative model indicators of technical and tactical competitive actions in different zones of the playing field of highly qualified field hockey players. Material and methods. The following methods of scientific research were used to implement the research goal: analysis of literary sources, pedagogical observation and analysis of competitive activity, methods of mathematical statistics. Technical and tactical actions (TTA) in field hockey were studied in the process of observing the games of highly qualified teams during the World League, World Universiade, and Euroleague competitions. Results. According to the conclusions of our research, the quantitative indicators of the protection zone "A" should be greater than 40 TTA, the qualitative indicators should be higher than 88%, zone "B" respectively 54 TTA and 82 %; in the zone of action of halfbacks "V", the number of performed actions must be higher than 48 TTA with an efficiency of at least 79 %; in zone "G" the quantitative indicator should exceed 38 TTA, their efficiency is higher than 68 %. According to the direction of the attack (from the left side, from the center, from the right side), the quantitative indicators should be distributed almost evenly and fluctuate within 50-70 TTA, the average efficiency indicator along these lines should not be lower than78 %. In general, the team's game should be characterized by the following indicators of technical and tactical actions: their sum should be at least 686 TTA, the efficiency should be higher than 78 %. Conclusions. The method of researching competitive activity by zones and lines of attack is quite informative, and therefore can be an effective tool for improving the educational and training process of qualified field hockey players.

Relevance of the research topic. Studying the state of support-spring properties of the foot of primary school-aged children is an important indicator of their physical development. Particularly relevant is the study of the state of support-spring properties of the foot for children who are systematically engaged in physical exercises. Exploring the possible influence of physical exercises and other factors on the state of support-spring properties of the foot expands the scope of approaches for preventing their disorders. The purpose of the research is to assess the state of the support-spring properties of the foot of primary school-aged children who are engaged in hand-to-hand combat. Material and methods. 81 children of primary school age who systematically attend hand-to-hand combat classes participated in the study. The children's and parents' consent to participate in the study was obtained. Research methods included: analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, Internet sources, anthropometric research methods, pedagogical research methods, mathematical statistics methods. To study the support-spring properties of children, the length, width of the foot, the height of the longitudinal arch of the foot, the Dahle angle were measured, the Weisflog Index, the Chizhyn Index were calculated, and the Ocheret method was carried out. Results. The overall number of deviations in the support-spring properties of the foot among primary school-aged children tends to decrease with age. The highest number of deviations was observed among 7-year- old children (77.78 % in girls and 75 % in boys). Regarding the nature of deviations in individual indicators of the support-spring properties of the foot, the highest number was found in the spring properties of the foot, specifically in the height of the longitudinal arch of the foot in a relaxed state and under load, according to the Ocheret method.The influence of body mass on the indicators of the support-spring properties of the foot was investigated. Conclusions. The cohort of primary school-aged children is characterized by a significant number of deviations in the basic structural elements as well as in their performance of the spring function. Studying the state of the support-spring properties of the foot allows for the elucidation of strategies for preventing their disorders.

Relevance of the research topic. Competitive activity is the main component in the general system of training athletes. Control and analysis of the competitive activity of athletes of team game sports should be carried out on the basis of scientific and methodical approaches. Such a methodical approach is a combination of integral and expert evaluations of competitive activity. The purpose of the study is to determine the indicators of the competitive performance of highly qualified field hockey players in various playing roles on the basis of integral and expert evaluations. Material and methods. The study was conducted during the 2021 sports season. Players of the national field hockey team of Ukraine participated in the study (n=24). Sports qualification of sportsmen - master of sports of Ukraine. Research methods: analysis of literary sources, pedagogical observation, video recording of competitive activities, methods of mathematical statistics. Research results and conclusions . The indicators of the integral assessment of the competitive activity of highly qualified field hockey players in various playing roles have been determined. In particular, for all field players, the value of the intensity coefficient ranges from 0.45 to 1.4 points, mobility coefficient - from 0.90 to 2.54 points, aggressiveness coefficient - from 0.49 to 1.85 points, efficiency coefficient - from 0.66 to 0.93 points, martial arts efficiency coefficient - from 0.25 to 0.84 points, creativity coefficient - from 0.09 to 1.04 points. The average values of the expert evaluation range from 5.1 to 8.1 points.

Relevance of the research topic. In the scientific community, the generally accepted vision of indicators of physical development of children and adolescents as indicators of health has gained a dimension. Timely detection of functional disorders and initial forms of diseases of the musculoskeletal system in young athletes, as well as their prevention and correction, are of primary importance. Today's relevance of the problem of unfixed violations of the musculoskeletal system of athletes is revealed by the results of scientific research devoted to the determination of the peculiarities of violations of the biomechanics of the posture and foot of young athletes, representatives of various sports. The purpose of the article is to determine the goniometric indicators of the body and develop averaged models of the state of the biogeometric profile of the posture of young basketball players. Research methods: analysis and generalization of special scientific literature, pedagogical testing, methods of mathematical statistics. Work results. The use of reference data for basketball players with normal posture as one of the possible strategies for comparing the physical development of young basketball players due to the lack of access to normative values was carried out according to a sequential procedure which consists of 3 steps. The first step is comparison with the standard, when the results of young basketball players with normal posture were compared with standard data for those indicators which have standards. This made it possible to evaluate the differences of this group from the commonly used norms in isolation for three angular indicators. The second step is to compare the results of sportsmen with distorted posture of different types with the results of basketball players with normal posture for indicators which have no normative values. This made it possible to assess whether there are significant differences between  different  typological  groups  for indicators that do not have normative values. The third step is the generalization of the results of comparisons regarding the physical development of basketball players based on somatoscopic indicators. This strategy will help to use the available data and draw valid conclusions without having access to normative values for all indicators. Of course, one should take into account its limitations and understand that the results could have been influenced by any other factors including measurement methods.

In the scientific community, the generally accepted vision of indicators of physical development of children and adolescents as indicators of health has gained a dimension. Timely detection of functional disorders and initial forms of diseases of the musculoskeletal system in young athletes, as well as their prevention and correction, are of primary importance. Today's relevance of the problem of unfixed violations of the musculoskeletal system of athletes is revealed by the results of scientific research devoted to the determination of the peculiarities of violations of the biomechanics of the posture and foot of young athletes, representatives of various sports. The purpose of the article is to determine the goniometric indicators of the body and develop averaged models of the state of the biogeometric profile of the posture of young basketball players. Research methods: analysis and generalization of special scientific literature, pedagogical testing, methods of mathematical statistics. Work results. The use of reference data for basketball players with normal posture as one of the possible strategies for comparing the physical development of young basketball players due to the lack of access to normative values was carried out according to a sequential procedure which consists of 3 steps. The first step is comparison with the standard, when the results of young basketball players with normal posture were compared with standard data for those indicators which have standards. This made it possible to evaluate the differences of this group from the commonly used norms in isolation for three angular indicators. The second step is to compare the results of sportsmen with distorted posture of different types with the results of basketball players with normal posture for indicators which have no normative values. This made it possible to assess whether there are significant differences between  different  typological  groups  for indicators that do not have normative values. The third step is the generalization of the results of comparisons regarding the physical development of basketball players based on somatoscopic indicators. This strategy will help to use the available data and draw valid conclusions without having access to normative values for all indicators. IMPROVEMENT OF THE TRAINING PROCESS IN SPORTS ACROBATICS IN WOMEN'S GROUPS BASED ON THE ANALYSIS OF COMPETITIVE ACTIVITY 根据对竞技活动的分析,改进女子团体体育杂技的培训过程

Actuality of theme. The progress of sports acrobatics is constantly moving along the ladder of complexity, technicality and artistry. The current level of sports achievements in acrobatics puts forward increased requirements for the training of athletes and the realization in competitive conditions of functional capabilities, physical qualities, psychological stability, showing a high level of technical, musical and choreographic, rhythmic preparation and artistry. The purpose of the study is to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of the complex training methodology in women's group in sports acrobatics based on the analysis of competitive activity and the level of their physical and artistic preparation. The research was organized and conducted on the basis of the Communal Institution "Vinnytsia Regional Children's and Youth Sports School for Complex and Coordination Sports". Athletes of the National Team of Ukraine in sports acrobatics took part in the research. Research methods: theoretical: analysis and generalization of data from scientific and methodical literature and Internet data; empirical: diagnostic (interviews, testing), method of expert evaluations. The results of the study. The 9-week experimental program showed a positive effect on the dynamics of physical fitness in the tests of "raising legs in a vertical position", "flexing and extending arms in a lying position", "sag of twine with right and left", "handstand", "long jump with places" and artistic preparation according to the criteria of "partnership", "performance", "expressiveness", "creativity" and "musicality". Conclusions. The results of the study allowed us to trace and analyze the changes that occurred after the experiment of physical fitness and artistic fitness of acrobats.
