Taking into account aspects of the social being of students as a key form of pedagogical control in the organization of the educational process in the extreme conditions of the state of war 在战争状态的极端条件下,考虑到学生的社会存在是组织教育过程中的一种重要的教学控制形式

The purpose of the study was to clarify the results of the first stage of the system of research on the peculiarities of the organization of the educational process in extreme conditions of military rule. The main tasks were: to carry out an analysis of pedagogical and psychological scientific sources regarding the main characteristics of research on the control of educational activities in conditions of psychological stress; present the first stage of empirical research and present for discussion the problematic issues of studying the social conditions of students and their influence on the educational process in situations of martial law and remote and extreme forms of education. The work sheds light on the authors' interpretation of the meaning of the concepts "extreme situation", "state of emergency" and points out their views on the study of psychological states in such conditions. The novelty of the study should be considered the forms and methods of research and methodical implementation proposed by the authors regarding taking into account the psychological states of students and their influence on the educational process with the further use of their results in pedagogical control and the process of developing methodological recommendations. The conclusions indicate the expediency of taking into account the social conditions and psychological states of the subjects of the educational process in various formats and methods of pedagogical control. It is emphasized that such aspects create the effect of psychological support, the formation of trust in the teacher, which in turn affects the quality of the educational process.

Directions of modernization of professional training of future specialists in physical culture and sports in conditions of martial law 戒严条件下未来体育运动专家专业培训的现代化方向

The professional training of future specialists in physical education and sports in institutions of higher education (hereinafter referred to as higher education institutions) in the conditions of martial law is an urgent problem today. Despite the large number of works devoted to the study of various aspects of the training of future specialists, it is worth stating that the study of the professional training of future specialists in physical culture and sports in the conditions of martial law requires special attention of scientists and practitioners. The purpose of the work: revealing the peculiarities of the professional training of future specialists in physical culture and sports in the conditions of martial law, highlighting the main directions of modernization of this process. Research has proven that modern requirements for physical culture and sports specialists are significantly different from those that existed a few years ago. Curricula as well as work programs for educational disciplines need to be updated in the aspect of increased attention to modern health systems, various innovative forms of physical activity, in particular, national-patriotic sports and folk games among schoolchildren and students. The article reveals the conceptual apparatus of the researched topic, the structure and content of the professional training of future specialists in physical culture and sports, identifies and characterizes the directions of its modernization. It has been established that the process of training future specialists in physical culture and sports under martial law needs not only renewal, but also modernization. The areas of modernization of the professional training of future teachers of physical education are highlighted and characterized: conducting effective career orientation work; update of educational and methodical literature on educational disciplines for higher education applicants in specialty 017 Physical culture and sport; introduction of innovative forms and methods of education into the educational process.

The purpose of the work: to determine ways of using computer technologies to optimize the process of training chess players. Methodology: analysis and generalization of data from scientific and methodical literature, programmatic and normative documents, pedagogical observation. Scientific novelty: computer technology has become an integral part of the chess game. Computer programs for playing chess have become more modern and professional, and can be used to prepare for matches, analyze games and improve the level of play. Computer databases of chess games, such as "Chess Base" and "Chess Assistant" accumulate all the accumulated practical experience of the sport and currently contain millions of games, being supplemented with new items every week, allowing searching by many parameters. The mover reports the best moves in each position and scores each move. These engines are perfect enough that even beginners can immediately tell when world-class players are making mistakes. Conclusions: Technology has changed the game of chess, improving the process of learning, training and improvement. At this time, there is chess software that is available for students of all levels, from beginners to masters. Programs allow you to effectively implement many functions of collection, systematization, storage of chess information, tactical analysis of selected positions of the highest quality at a level inaccessible to humans. The intensity of classes with the solution of training and control tasks, with the verification of various branches and options, with an emphasis on the most important subtleties in these branches, has increased. The possibilities of submitting educational material, selection according to the level of complexity and thematic focus have expanded. Computer programs in chess allow you to train skills and analyze games, which makes it possible to improve your game and achieve better results.

Unity of physical and military-patriotic education of pupils of basic and senior schools 统一基础教育和高中学生的体育和军事爱国主义教育

The article examines the content of the unity of physical and military-patriotic education of primary and high school students. It is noted that the relevance of the study is due to the need of society for a decisive, self- sufficient, self-confident, responsible personality who is able to participate in public life and is ready to defend Ukraine with arms. It is noted that general secondary education institutions do not pay enough attention to the physical and military-patriotic education of primary and high school students under martial law. In many general secondary education institutions, military-patriotic and physical education is organized and conducted at a low scientific and methodological level. In the course of the study, we found out that, given the age characteristics of primary and high school students, teachers should develop their physical fitness and foster readiness to defend Ukraine as a value and motivational fitness for military and patriotic activities.We believe that teachers should adhere to the following tasks and recommendations during educational activities: to conduct lectures, trainings on physical and military-patriotic education aimed at forming the basic components of patriotism, physical and military-patriotic education in students; to involve students in intellectual competitions; to involve students in physical education and sports activities, sports competitions with military- patriotic themes; to involve students in creative games-quests aimed at physical and military-patriotic education. Based on the generalization of the achievements of scientists and practitioners on the problem of physical and military-patriotic education of students, we have identified criteria and indicators of physical and military-patriotic education of primary and high school students, which should be used to determine the levels and more.

The purpose of the study was to clarify the views of the authors on the peculiarities of the formation of skills to use methods of psychophysical training in the educational preparation of students in the conditions of martial law and an extreme situation of education. Formation of students' skills in understanding the means of physical culture and their impact on the physical and mental state of a person as regulators of emotional states and training processes to resist stressful conditions. Methodology. The work sheds light on the views of the authors of scientific literature on the technology of regulating the psychological states of a person with the help of physical exercises; a review of the theoretical justifications of the interdependence of physical and mental states was carried out; references to the historical sources of the theoretical study of stress are presented. The authors presented the introductory part of the study of the psychological states of first-year students during the period of the military invasion and emphasized the need for empirical research in order to develop methodological recommendations for the formation of the ability to independently use the means of psychophysical training. The novelty of the study should be considered the forms and methods of research and methodical implementation proposed by the authors regarding taking into account the psychological states of students and their influence on the educational process with the further use of their results in pedagogical control and the process of developing methodological recommendations. The conclusions indicate that the use of psychophysical training methods can be an effective way to solve the problems of organizing the educational process. It is emphasized that the regulation of the consciousness of those who study with the help of psychophysical training is an effective opportunity to direct attention to the fulfillment of educational tasks, reduce emotional tension, and increase efficiency in achieving the planned results.

Gymnastics is one of the leading Olympic sports. One of the most developed sports in the Kirovohrad region. It has great traditions and notable successes on the international arena, including the Olympic one. Achieving high sports results at the Olympics is quite prestigious. The development of the issue related to the analysis of the achievements of athletes and gymnastics coaches of Kirovohrad Oblast in the Olympic arena is quite interesting and, in our opinion, relevant. The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the sports achievements of athletes and coaches - representatives of gymnastics from the Kirovohrad Region at the modern Olympic Games. A complex of methods was used: analysis and generalization of special literature, documentary and informational sources and Internet materials. The literary sources of domestic and foreign specialists are analyzed. Identified gymnastic specialists of the Kirovohrad region who took part in the Olympic training system and participants of the Olympic Games: 6 athletes, 13 coaches. G. Misyutin is the most successful Olympic athlete of Kirovohrad region, who won a full set of Olympic medals. In the Olympic treasury of sports gymnastics of the Kirovohrad region: 1 gold, 5 silver and 1 bronze medals. Categories of trainers participating in the Olympic training system: personal trainers - S. Kutsenko, O. Sirenko, N. Timofeeva, O. Yarovinskyi, O. Mashchenko, S. Skrypchuk; national team coaches - E. Yashchuk, T. Radchenko, O. Yarovinskyi, N. Panteleeva (Berehova); trainers for types of training - T. Radchenko, O. Andriychuk; the first coaches - I. Bakarzhiev, V. Furlet, O. Mashchenko, O. Dudnyk. Research and promotion of the achievements of athletes and coaches is of great importance for the education of new outstanding Olympic gymnasts and coaches, the spread of Olympic ideals, and the determination of the effectiveness of the educational and training activities of gymnastics departments in sports institutions of the region.

Main scientific approaches to teaching special physical training of future security officers of Ukraine 对乌克兰未来安全官员进行特殊体能训练的主要科学教学方法

The article substantiates the system of basic scientific approaches to teaching special physical training to future SSU officers, highlights the theoretical foundations and examines the state and formation of the content of special physical training of future SSU operational officers, and suggests ways to improve this area of work in the agency's higher education institutions. The current stage of the SSU reform is aimed at intensifying the process of training of servicemen. One of its priority areas is to strengthen the applied orientation of physical education, which will contribute to the development and improvement of special physical qualities of future officers, the formation of skills for effective actions in combat groups and individually in conditions of increased risk and difficult operational environment. The physical fitness of officers allows them to maintain their performance and skills of effective management of subordinates in stressful situations encountered in the performance of operational and service tasks. Therefore, it is becoming increasingly important to optimize the process of cadets' physical training and to form their readiness to perform complex professional tasks. One of the most important areas of the SSU's development is the formation of an operative's personality and physical qualities, which affects the level of professionalism of the entire agency. In the course of combat missions, it is the physical fitness of servicemen that helps to maintain health and increase resistance to dangerous factors. It is no coincidence that in recent years, physical culture has been increasingly referred to not only as an independent social phenomenon, but also as a stable quality of personality. The ways to improve the system of special physical training through standardization of learning outcomes, integration of combat training elements into a single integrated training system are identified.

THE EFFECT OF FITNESS TRAINING ON THE MOTION PREPAREDNESS OF WOMEN 23-33 YEARS OLD 健身训练对 23-33 岁女性运动准备能力的影响

Modern fitness programs require a special individual load as an optimal health-promoting preventive effect of physical activity. At the same time, the interaction of training effects from loads that differ in their nature can be negative. In this connection, a problem arises when an individual wants to develop several different physical qualities as much as possible at the same time. The research objective: to substantiate the effectiveness of fitness exercises on the motor readiness of women aged 23-33. Research methods: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observation, pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. 40 women aged 23-33, average age 28±1.3 years, took part in the study. The discussed issues of systematic fitness exerciseses contribute not only to increasing the level of muscle training and improving the condition of the cardiovascular system, but also help to gain confidence in one's own strength, improve the emotional background, and also gain good physical shape. In the training process, strength abilities, flexibility, and endurance were improved; the performance of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems increased. An effective training combination was considered to be two aerobic trainings and two statodynamic trainings per week. The duration of aerobic training should be 30-45 minutes, provided that ones are held on different days. A comfortable and effective training regimen that takes place on the threshold of comfort is when women feel the load, but at the same time breathe deeply through the nose and without shortness of breath. Fitness training can improve: health and mental state (minimize the risk of many diseases, increase the level of work capacity and activity); physical abilities (increase endurance, strength, flexibility) of women aged 23-33.

Current issues of research on special physical and psychological training of law enforcement forces in extreme conditions 极端条件下执法部队特殊生理和心理训练的当前研究问题

To ensure the protection of the population of Ukraine and counteract these negative phenomena, it is necessary to continuously improve the system of training law enforcement forces and the readiness of the entire security sector to act in extreme situations. The analysis of special scientific and methodological literature showed that insufficient attention was paid to some aspects of the problem of improving the special physical, functional and psychological preparedness of law enforcement forces, in connection with which we consider the chosen direction of research to be relevant. The goal is to research the current state and study the features and importance of special physical and psychological training of law enforcement forces under the influence of extreme situations. We have developed and planned the implementation of a science-based training program (with additions and expansions of the existing program) to improve the special, functional and psychological training of law enforcement forces, taking into account extreme situations.

To the article the features of serve and their basic variety are driven in detail. It is noted that flat serve, slider, topspin service are mainly used. Their characteristics and features of their implementation are presented. Found out errors at their application, arising up for sportsmen in the process of training and playing tennis. The different manners of implementation of serve are examined. It is marked that a serve practically is an only moment in tennis that a player controls fully. A value over and advantage of powerful serve, that consists in psychological pressure on a rival, are brought. The cinematic process of transferring the energy of the force of an impact to parts of the body is shown. Percent correlation of influence of separate parts of body is presented on speed of bearing-out of racket at a serve. It is found out that the most advantageous method of serve will be that, at that to the ball buffeted in the highest point accessible for a player. Three basic types of serve are distinguished: flat serve, slide, topspin service, their features in application. Advice is provided for beginning players in mastering the serve. It is marked that at a serve a blow has no value to ascending flight of ball(throwing up) or descending flight of ball, a ball changes its trajectory perpendicular to the line of toss. The special attention is spared on completion of bearing-out of hand with a racket on a ball for the different type of serves. Basic errors over, that assume students at implementation of serve, are brought.
