The article examines the subjective characteristics of the psycho-emotional state of high school students using psychological questionnaires. So, in general, 45.0% of students have a high level of well-being, activity - 35.0% of schoolchildren, mood - 25.0% of student youth. It was found that the resistance to stress in extreme situations of the vast majority of high school age boys is in the range from below average to average levels. The study of anxiety showed that, in general, high school students have a slightly increased level of reactive (situational) and personal anxiety (45.4±9.7 points and 44.1±10.1 points, respectively, at p<0.05). According to the results of the assessment of willpower, it was established that this indicator of willpower in high school students is on average 18.1±4.5 points and corresponds to the average level. As for determination, on average, 52.5% of the studied 10-11 graders can be called determined. The results of determining the level of stress made it possible to establish a certain single trend at this age, namely: a low level of resistance to stress is characteristic of 12.01% of the examinees, an average level - 59.42%, and a high level - 28.57%.

The introduction of the competency-based approach in physical education marks a shift from traditional subject-based training to a focus on competency-based training. This approach aims to cultivate a dynamic integration of knowledge, skills, and attitudes through educational subjects or integrated courses. The primary objective is to design pedagogical situations, methodical approaches, and methods that foster the development of entrepreneurship and financial literacy among students during physical education lessons. This article presents the findings of a survey involving 341 physical education teachers from seven regions of Ukraine, exploring the feasibility of instilling the key competency of "Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy" within the framework of physical education. The survey encompassed teachers of all qualification categories, including 227 men (66,2%) and 114 women (33,8%). Results revealed that 55,1% of respondents find it challenging to develop this key competence through physical education, with 8,6% considering it impossible. Only 31,1% of teachers feel equipped to foster entrepreneurship and financial literacy in students through physical education. However, the surveyed teachers faced difficulties in simulating pedagogical situations and methodical techniques for competence formation during physical education lessons. This identified challenge underscores the need for innovative pedagogical situations, methodical approaches, and techniques. These should be crafted through various modular components, empowering physical education teachers to effectively instill entrepreneurship and financial literacy in schoolchildren’s. The research identified crucial pathways for developing students' entrepreneurship, including creating pedagogical situations and employing methodical approaches focused on developing leadership qualities, fostering fair play, and instilling goal- setting and achievement. Emphasis was placed on overcoming challenges with dignity, honing leadership skills applicable both in sports and daily life. In terms of financial literacy, physical education teachers can encourage students to plan competitions, formulate estimates, organize charitable activities, utilize online fundraising platforms, and regularly assess financial costs associated with physical activity, contributing to a well-rounded education.

The article analyzes the problem of finding psychological properties that determine high sports results in various types of sports activities, far from unequivocal conclusions. The analysis of literary data and the results of one's own research provide grounds for asserting that the endogenous factors of influence on mental states are the properties of nervous processes and temperament, and the exogenous factors of influence can be, in the case of a transactional process, the process of the subject's interaction with the environment. In the structure of the transactional process of a stressful episode, several elements can be distinguished: awareness of the stressor and its assessment; disruption of homeostasis, stress-related emotions and cognitive processes; coping reaction; the result of coping and a new assessment of the situation; personal factors. The analysis of the results of the own research of groups of athletes from various sports provides a basis for asserting that statistically significant differences in indicators of the state of mental tension, as well as reactive and personal anxiety, were not found in athletes - relievers. Research into the study of psychological mechanisms that determine the performance of top-level athletes and their evaluation criteria is considered promising in the future.

The prerequisite for success in any business is the formation of a motivational sphere, the development of which requires targeted pedagogical influence. At the current stage, a number of issues related to the physical development and physical fitness of the younger generation deserve attention. Regardless of who the child will become, where he will work, teachers must always show a high civic sense of responsibility for the fate of the younger generation. The article analyzes the main motivational factors that will increase the interest and interest of schoolchildren in completing tasks in physical education classes. A survey of schoolchildren was carried out in order to determine the motives that motivate them to attend distance physical education classes, as well as being a motivating factor for active motor activity of schoolchildren. The obtained results show that 58% of schoolchildren like to attend remote classes, 24% do not want to attend online classes, and 18% noted that attendance is largely influenced by other factors, including mood. Analyzing the obtained results, it was established that 17% of schoolchildren like the fact that they can conduct classes while being at home, in danger and do not need to spend time traveling to school; 14% of children noted authority and respect for the teacher; 12% indicated that communication with friends is an attractive factor; 18% - like to perform exercises independently without external supervision; 11% - interested in the possibility of combining theoretical tasks with practical ones; 28% of students highlighted the possibility of using various IT technologies during the educational process. In the course of the work, it was experimentally proven that the majority of students have a persistent interest in physical education in an offline format. During distance learning, students need interesting and modern educational material with mandatory feedback from the teacher with options for certain incentives for the work done. The effectiveness of the work of a teacher-student largely depends on social factors, the opinion and support of the family, as well as quality communication between the participants of the educational process.

The research paper discusses the peculiarities of the educational process in elementary school during physical education lessons. It was found that the development of physical qualities of 8-9 years-old schoolchildren depends on the complex influence on them through the use of various fitness-technologies. The purpose of the work is to improve the educational process of physical education based on the development and implementation of fitness technologies in elementary school. Research results. Our work showed the search of optimal ways of improving the physical qualities of younger schoolchildren in the educational process of physical education. The pedagogical experiment showed that the fitness-complexes reliably affect at the physical qualities of 8-9-year-old schoolchildren during physical education lessons using fitness equipment (Р˂0.05). In the experimental group, the result in the speed running (30 m) improved by 0.5 s for boys and 0.4 s for girls at the end of the experiment. The result improved by 0.7s for boys and by 0.6s for girls during the control exercise – running 4x9m. The result of the incline indicated an improvement of 0.65 cm for boys and 1.6 cm for girls during the use of fitness equipment. Due to the improvement of the result during the control exercise – wring in 1 minute (quantity) – after the experiment in the experimental group, the result increased in 5 times for boys, and in 4 times for girls. Comparative results of the test exercise – long jump is following: the results show that after the experiment in the experimental group: the result improved for boys for 7 cm, for girls for 4 cm. So, we see an improvement in the results of all control exercises that determine physical qualities of elementary school students, which indicates the effectiveness of the chosen methodology. The scientific originality of the work lies in the systematization of fitness-exercises which help to develop all physical qualities at primary school in the process of physical education. The practical value lies in the development of complexes of fitness exercises, the system of their use which help to increase the physical qualities of young schoolchildren in the process of physical education.

Computers have swiftly integrated into people's daily lives, and their utilization continues to surge. The role of an IT support specialist encompasses expertise in network analysis, system administration, information security and assurance, IT audits, database administration, and web administration. The overarching objective is to cultivate a professionally adept and competitive specialist, whose attributes are shaped not only by professional aptitude but also by their personal lifestyle. Pursuing a career in IT necessitates adherence to several criteria, including possessing relevant education, intellectual acumen, teamwork capabilities, self-educational proficiency, a commitment to skill enhancement, and the ability to work autonomously. It is evident that the significance of this industry is growing each year. It is crucial to highlight that, without the implementation of occupational health and safety regulations, there is a substantial risk of a considerable decline in health protection, potentially leading to irreversible impacts on the overall functioning of the body. Adopting a healthy lif estyle involves establishing a self-designed system that safeguards an individual from risks encountered in an active life. To address this, we have developed a sequence of exercises aimed at providing psychological and physical relief for IT workers. The objective is to safeguard the health of employees in this category, incorporating exercises such as tapping biologically active zones, "Crane wings," and "Snake rings." The experimentally verified complex of measures designed for mental and physical relief for IT workers has demonstrated its effectiveness. Additionally, the execution of the exercise routine results in the alignment of morning and evening indicators, indicating an overall improvement in well-being and stable psycho-emotional state. The acquired results highlight a considerable decrease in fatigue indicators and the normalization of mood after completing the exercise routine.

The article discusses the question of determining whether athletes with mental and physical disabilities belong to a certain classification group which determines the athlete's right to participate in the Paralympic Games. It has been established that sports classification is a necessary condition for the participation in competitions of athletes sanctioned by the International Paralympic Committee. It has been proven that in Paralympic sports the result depends not only on the abilities of the athlete, the professionalism of the coach, material and technical support, but also on the preserved movement capabilities of the disabled person. The purpose of the article is to study the peculiarities of the classification of athletes with mental and physical disabilities for participation in the Paralympic Games and Special Olympics. The status of an athlete with mental and physical disabilities in a certain classification group ІІ1, ІІ2, ІІ3 indicates whether the athlete at the national level must undergo an assessment in the future or whether it is permanent. The status of an athlete in a certain classification group II1, II2, II3 at the national level which is determined by a psychologist/classifier after the evaluation procedure, will be one of the following: 1) new: the athlete is given the status of “new” until he visits the first psychological assessment procedure held by a psychologist/ classifier; 2) under observation (review): if the psychologist/classifier believes that additional psychological assessment procedures are needed, or all primary documents were not provided or the athlete demonstrated a lack of cooperation during the classification; 3) permanent: a) in the case of already passed and approved international classification; b) in the event that the classification group (psychologist/classifier, doctor) is satisfied that the specified impairment of intelligence or other deviations of adaptive behavior, additional impairments of the athlete, his ability to perform certain tasks and actions fundamental for athletics, swimming and table tennis remain stable; 4) inadequate: a) in case of non-compliance with the specified criteria of any classification group; b) in the case of diagnosed atlantoaxial instability in athletes with Down syndrome.

The article reveals the theoretical foundations of the development of methodological competence of future physical education teachers during their studies at higher education institutions. The essence and structure of the concept of ”methodical competence of a physical education teacher” was identified as one of the factors of proficiency which provides the teacher with knowledge, abilities and skills of organizing physical education and health activities, health methods and technologies for providing students with motor activity, skills and conducting the educational process on the subject “Physical education”. The purpose of the article is to study the structure of the methodical competence of the physical education teacher and to establish the components that must be developed during the training of students. The analysis of scientific and methodical literature shows a large number of different approaches to determining the structure of a teacher's methodical competence. We have identified the following structural components of the physical education teacher's methodological competence: motivational-targeted, organizational-contentual, procedural-active, reflective-creative. To ensure the development of each of the components of the methodological competence of the future physical education teacher, it is necessary to: 1) to create scientifically based planning of the educational process consisting of mandatory and optional educational components at the higher education institution; 2) to ensure unity and interconnection of theoretical, methodical and practical training of students; 3) to create a high but accessible level of difficulty in training classes, quick and high- quality mastery of the technique of performing exercises and mastering the method of their improvement; 4) to create maximum activity and independence of the students during classes; 5) to combine individual and collective physical culture and health activities of the students; 6) ensure the educational process with a sufficient quantity and quality of technical and sports equipment; 7) to ensure wide use of innovative technologies of physical culture, health and sports activities. The methodical competence of a physical education teacher depends on his professional preparation while studying at a higher education institution, namely: methodical, professional-pedagogical, psychological-pedagogical knowledge as well as knowledge in the fields of physical culture, health and sports, abilities and skills, motivational and valuable attitude towards his profession. The uniqueness of the methodical competence of a physical education teacher is determined by the specifics of solving training, educational and health-improving tasks regarding the formation of physical, psychological, spiritual and social health of student youth.

The article examines the factor structure of the psychological readiness of highly qualified wrestlers. 24 highly qualified athletes specializing in women's wrestling and 33 highly qualified athletes specializing in freestyle wrestling were examined. All athletes are members of national teams of Ukraine. Consent was obtained from all athletes to participate in research and to use the results for scientific purposes. The psycho-emotional state (according to Lüscher's color test), the state of neurodynamic functions (balance and mobility of nervous processes) and the state of cognitive functions (assessment of non-verbal and verbal intelligence, working memory, logical and analytical thinking and the level of manifestation of stress resistance) were investigated using hardware- software computer complex "Multipsychometer - 05". It is shown that the psychological readiness of highly qualified wrestlers consists of five factors: perception of external information; mental state; the quality and speed of processing non-verbal information and making an optimal decision. Among highly qualified wrestlers, five factors ensuring psychological readiness were also found: perception of external information; mental state; making the optimal decision; speed of perception and level of stress resistance. According to the research results, it can be concluded that in order to optimize the psychological readiness of highly qualified wrestlers, it is necessary to have an appropriate level of the state of the system of perception, processing of external information and making an optimal decision. Accordingly, the optimization of psychological readiness in highly qualified wrestlers is ensured by the ability to make optimal decisions with different types of perception and a high level of stress resistance.

Features of selection of Military Special Operations Forces personnel of foreign countries by the criterion of physical preparedness are considered. Scientific, methodological literature on the research topic was studied, specialists were interviewed. Selection of candidates for special operations forces is consists of several stages. It has been established that the physical fitness of candidates is checked at all stages of selection. Determining the aerobic and strength endurance of candidates is a mandatory element of testing their physical preparedness. Tests are selected based on the requirements of the future professional activity of the fighters. Also take into account how these tests correlate to injury risk or professional tasks performance. The main tests for determining strength endurance choose exercises with local load distribution. Long-distance running is the main exercise for determining the level of aerobic endurance of military personnel. Swimming exercises is included in the selection programmes for most special operations units. The speed and coordination abilities of servicemen are tested with the help of various variants of the shuttle run. There is no gender or age differentiation when assessing candidates. The selection of candidates is made from several phases and involves complication of standards. The selection program also includes applied physical exercises that are performed in uniform, namely: swimming, marching, overcoming an obstacle course, etc. The system of selection is based on the motivation of servicemen. They tend to score more points than their competitors.
