The article examines the features of the competitive activity of basketball players who are at the stage of preparation for higher achievements. Presented are model characteristics of implementation of technical and tactical actions by basketball players aged 18-20, taking into account their role in the game. The need to take playing time into account when building model characteristics of technical and tactical actions is well-founded. The players of the youth national teams (U 20) show a tendency to increase the quality of the implementation of various shots in the match (two-point, three-point, free throw) in comparison with the players of the youth national teams (U 18). Significant differences (p<0.05) in terms of these indicators were observed in basketball players playing the central player position (49,91±17,06 vs. 55,06±12,47). According to such technical and tactical actions as block shots and steals of the ball, the basketball players of the youth national teams (U 18) were reliably ahead of the players of the youth national teams (U 20) (0,18±0,30 vs. 0,10±0.21, 2,19±1, 24 vs. 1,87±1,07, respectively). Considered possible directions of using the developed models during the training of basketball players of youth teams and prospective methodical provisions for creating reference models of technical and tactical activity for the best basketball players within the framework of a specific game role.

Abstract. Starting from the moment of the birth of the modern sports movement, where women did not compete, and their participation was widely discussed, and until now, when women's sports are a generally accepted and everyday phenomenon, the place of women in sports has undergone tremendous transformations. In 1900, the participation of women in competitions on the world stage was officially allowed. Gradually, female athletes debunked the myths of the time, and the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics included 45% women and became the most gender-balanced games to date. Of course, daily training requires high physical and emotional effort from women. Emotional and physiological changes that occur in women in the process of playing sports are an actual direction of modern research, since the psycho-emotional component is an important component of building the training process. Despite the fact that many specialists are engaged in gender research in sports (Y. Shakhlina, 2006; 2010; Maers A. M., Lips H. M., 1978, C. S. Pawlowski, C. Ergler), psycho-emotional changes still remain an understudied area, which emphasizes the relevance of this work.
S. Pawlowski、C. Ergler),但心理情感变化仍然是一个研究不足的领域,这就强调了这项工作的相关性。

The aim of the study was to assess the influence of Pilates health classes on the indicators of psycho- emotional state and quality of life in middle-aged temporarily displaced persons. Methods: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, sociological (survey), anthropometric, and pedagogical methods (pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment), methods of assessing the quality of life, and methods of mathematical statistics. Subjects. The study was conducted on the basis of a family-type house in the city of Rome (Italy) and involved 12 middle-aged women and 6 Pilates trainers. Results. The results of the study confirmed that the proposed wellness program based on the use of the Pilates system in evacuation conditions had a positive effect on all components of the quality of life of middle-aged people, especially on their emotional state, as it was possible to achieve a specific increase in both physical and mental components of health status. Thus, the physical component increased by 1.3 times or by 34%, and the psychological component increased by 1.8 times or by 81%. Positive changes were observed in the indicators of physical condition (increased by 23%) and physical capacity (increased by 18%), and indicators of visual screening of posture (increases by 15.9%).

The presented work deals with a topical issue for the educational space of modern Ukraine. Considering the fact that Ukrainian society has been facing difficulties caused by the pandemic and the invasion of enemy forces on the territory of the Motherland for several years in a row, the issue of proper physical development of society is extremely important. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the approach to physical education at all levels of education in Ukraine. The authors of this publication propose developing a program component for physical education based on the sport discipline of boxing. An extremely important aspect of this sport was analyzed - its impact on human health. Both negative and positive effects of such an influence were taken into account. It is noted that in boxing, the most significant factor of negative impact on health is the risk of injuries. Cases of upper limb and head injuries are particularly common. Repeated head trauma is a separate problem. At the same time, the positive effects of boxing on the physical fitness of people were revealed, namely, the improvement of the functional capabilities of the musculoskeletal system and the respiratory system. In conclusion, the author's team formulated and proposed key principles based on which it is possible to successfully introduce boxing into the educational environment of Ukraine. It is assumed that by following these principles, it is possible to supplement the current system of physical education in general secondary education institutions with another promising component, which in turn can have a positive effect on the physical education system in higher education institutions. Provided that this program component is systematically used in schools, it will allow the preparation of a generation of physically developed and mentally stable young people with basic self-defense skills. It is also assumed that this component will generate interest among a significant number of students in becoming athlete-boxers, which will have a positive impact on personal growth.

The problem of researching the structure and content of the educational and training process of young football players is quite relevant at the current stage of football development which allows to optimize the training of athletes at various stages of long-term training. Effective management of sports training in football is inextricably linked with scientifically based system of conducting pedagogical control at all stages of multi-year training. The rational structure and content of the construction of the mesocycle of the educational and training process of young football players at the stage of preliminary basic training are justified in the research. The methodology for teaching technical techniques to young football players at the stage of preliminary basic training has been developed and experimentally tested. The use of control tests to evaluate the level of performance of technical techniques by young footballers at the stage of preliminary basic training is defined and characterized. The results of the research established that most players, namely 85.7% of young football players, improved the quality of performing technical techniques after the experiment. The obtained results of the study allow us to affirm the effectiveness of methodical approaches to training and improving the technical techniques of young football players at the stage of preliminary basic training.

The article analyzes scientific developments in the field of powerlifters' training. It points out that there are unexplored areas, especially in the use of digital technologies for monitoring athletes' nutrition. We have developed a mobile application for optimizing the nutrition of powerlifters. Assistance was provided to athletes in installing the developed application and conducting instructions on its use. A survey was conducted among participants regarding their overall impression of the application's use among powerlifters and identifying aspects such as interface convenience, data collection, perceived reliability, and validity. It is noted that most users highly rate the application's functionality and capabilities, although there are certain aspects that require attention and possible improvements. For the category «Suggestions for Interface Improvement» the following subcategories were created: «Displaying measurement units for each item», «User instructions, manuals, pop-up tips», «Additional information when grouping food», «Improving account settings», «Quick search for products and activities, product icons». For the category «Suggestions for Improving Program Functionality», the following subcategories were created: «Ability to add recipes, photos of dishes, diet planning, nutritional recommendations, diet templates», «Synchronization with other programs», «Choice of formula for basic metabolism, managing the thermal effect of food and activities», «Ability to download diagrams,' and «Ability to edit food and activities». Respondents highly appreciated the automatic calorie count, macronutrient settings, daily and weekly nutrition and activity tracking system, as well as the application's charts and their informativeness. This indicates the effectiveness of the developed functionality and the convenience of using the application. Two directions of proposed improvements that garnered the most interest among respondents were identified, such as «Ability to add recipes, photos of dishes, diet planning, nutritional recommendations, diet templates» and «User instructions, manuals, pop-up tips». Respondents noted that there is a certain reserve for improvements in the convenience and understandability of the application's interface, the completeness, diversity, and quality of functions, and the review of nutrition and activities for the week in the form of a list.

This article presents the results of a scientific study aimed at exploring theoretical narratives of health-preserving competence among future physical education teachers, as discussed in Ukrainian scientific research. The work marks the beginning of research in this direction, focusing on determining the possibilities of preparing future physical education teachers in higher education institutions to ensure the health preservation of students. Emphasis is placed on the importance of developing health-preserving competence as a key element among the professional competencies of future educators. The study highlights that current realities, such as the deterioration of children's health and prolonged stress due to war, make health preservation a necessary function not only for physical education teachers but also for all professionals working with children. The research indicates that the essence of health-preserving competence requires consideration through the prism of its component structure, which may be viewed differently by various scientific schools and researchers. Several approaches to understanding the structure of health-preserving competence are described, including its context in interacting with social, physical, and spiritual health, as well as different perspectives on its integrative nature and interaction with environmental conservation and self-realization. The authors stress the importance of clarifying the terms "competence" and its relation to "competency." The study also highlights a procedural approach to understanding competence based on the components of activity and associated with the formation of motivational-volitional, cognitive-value, practical- effective, and reflexive-adaptive components by future educators. As a result, two layers of competence are identified: external, which considers the integration of health preservation elements into the teacher's practical activities, and internal, reflecting the reconsideration of health values at the personal and professional levels.
