The work is devoted to the definition of anatomical and physiological features of the formation of the movement culture of schoolchildren. The relevance of the issue of increasing the effectiveness of physical exercise classes for primary school girls with postural disorders is substantiated and is the formation of a culture of movements. It has been established that postural disorders are a prerequisite for the appearance of accompanying diseases and abnormalities in physical development and negatively affect the culture of movements, distorting the physique, plasticity of movements, gait, impair motor achievements during physical exercises, lead to a decrease in motivation for motor activity, negatively affect well-being children, lead to the emergence of psychological complexes and complicate socialization in the student body. According to the index method, which included the determination of the shoulder index, which characterizes the level of stooping (kyphotic posture), and the index of vertical curvature of the spine, which indicates the presence of scoliotic posture, it was found that 26.3% of schoolgirls have various posture disorders, while 82 of them .8% of girls have slouching (kyphotic posture), the other 17.2% of schoolgirls have scoliotic posture in various variants of vertical curvature of the spine. Since the level of some motor indicators indirectly determines the culture of girls' movements and affects the formation of a posture stereotype, pedagogical testing of various types of strength, coordination abilities and flexibility of elementary school students was conducted. At the same time, a significant difference was recorded between the motor development of schoolgirls with various postural disorders in the indicators of strength endurance of the muscles of the abdomen, back, flexibility, plasticity and static balance of healthy girls and schoolgirls with postural disorders. The conducted linear correlation analysis using the Pearson method between posture indicators and movement indicators showed a reliable relationship of moderate strength between the posture indicator and some movement indicators, which justifies the need to develop a methodology for teaching the movement culture of elementary school students with posture disorders in the process of physical education.

The paper is devoted to determining biological (anatomical and physiological) prerequisites for the formation of schoolchildren's movement culture. The motor activity of schoolchildren and their physical performance is a component of the concept of health and is determined by the anatomical and physiological features of the body, its anthropometric indicators, the state of the musculoskeletal system, the state of the cardiorespiratory system, the degree of maturity of the nervous system, and the mental state. Purpose: to substantiate the dependence of pupils' movement culture formation on anatomical and physiological features of pupils' organism. Research methods: theoretical - analysis and generalization of literary sources. It has been determined that motor culture is a component of the general culture of the personality, its mental activity and behavior and is unique as it can reveal the personal potential of the child. Movement culture is formed as a complex of components: motor (physical qualities and coordination abilities); aesthetic (expressiveness, artistry, plasticity, correct posture); personal (temperament, attention, memory). It is scientifically proven that the mental and physical health of schoolchildren depends on the formation of skills for a healthy physically active lifestyle, education of personal physical culture, culture of physical activity, sports culture with the obligatory consideration of age and individual characteristics of schoolchildren; properly organized physical education and sports, taking into account the individual anatomical and physiological characteristics of the child, should have a positive impact on the growing body of schoolchildren, promote harmonization of physical and mental development.

Psychological preparation of swimmers for competitions. One of the specific features of sports activity is that it is well known to the athlete and studied by him in advance. In few sports, the athlete encounters completely unexpected, sudden stimuli. But even in such cases, he tries to predict the course of sports wrestling. Often, in all types of sports, at competitions, athletes cannot show their best results: they cannot lift a weight that was easily lifted in training; mistakes are made in the technique of gymnastic exercises; cannot run as fast as possible, etc. And all this is because the athlete cannot always demonstrate and mobilize his mental functions at the level necessary to achieve the maximum result. In this regard, psychological training acquires special importance, the purpose of which is the formation and improvement of personal properties significant for sports by changing the system of the athlete's relationship to the process of activity, to himself and others. The formation and consolidation of appropriate relations is created through the integral influence on the athlete of the family, university, sports team, organizations that perform educational functions, the coach, and other persons, as well as through self-education. Of particular interest are fluctuations in the level of qualities characteristic of everyone during different periods of preparation. For example, we observe that with appropriate psychological preparation on the eve of a competition, it is possible to reduce the level of anxiety, increase the level of competitiveness, and volitional control, thereby facilitating successful performance.

The Ukraine-Russia war has shown that physical training is closely related to the nature and method of warfare, which. The combat missions of artillery reconnaissance units' personnel involve tasks that vary in terms of physical exertion, nervous tension and accuracy of solutions, which are performed in any weather, terrain and time conditions, as well as provide close interaction and continuous support with missile strikes and artillery fire to general military units and subunits. In the current training programs for cadets of military higher education institutions (HEIs) that train specialists in artillery reconnaissance units, physical training classes are planned by sections and do not have a special focus, which does not fully prepare servicemen to perform assigned tasks. To determine the real state of physical fitness of cadets studying in the specialty of artillery intelligence, we conducted a cross-section of physical exercise performance. The study involved 128 cadets of different years of study (first year - 31 cadets, second year - 29 cadets; third year - 34 cadets, fourth year - 34 cadets). The research was conducted in 2020 at the Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi National Army Academy at the beginning of the academic year. It has been determined that the level of development of general physical qualities of cadets studying in the specialty of artillery intelligence during their studies in higher education institutions significantly improves (p<0.01), but does not meet the standards of physical education; the level of special physical fitness of cadets in the senior years of study in higher education institutions does not significantly change relative to the indicators at the beginning of the second year of study (p>0.05); the subjective opinion of the respondents determines that the level of development of their physical fitness largely depends on the initial level of development of physical qualities of servicemen (43.2-2.9%) and the availability of means of stimulation (46.1- 18.6%).

The article presents a study on determining the level of technical and technical-tactical preparedness of young female boxers from the "boxing school", direct blows and defense against them. The level of preparedness was carried out according to control tests, which were determined by boxing coaches and given in the previous studies of V.G. Savchenko, N.G. Dolbysheva, A.V. Chernokolenko, O.V. Shevchenko (2022). The obtained results indicate the "average" level of training of female boxers according to 5-level assessment criteria, which are developed on the basis of the use of the arithmetic mean and sigma deviation. The results of the study proved the insufficient level of technical and technical-tactical preparation of young female athletes who are engaged in boxing at the stage of preliminary basic training. . This can be explained by the fact that, firstly, the coaches do not carry out concentrated control over technical and technical-tactical preparation, secondly, in the educational and training sessions in the process of learning and improving the technique of performing strikes, defensive and attacking actions, they use standard physical exercises and methodological approaches. Therefore, a systematic correction of preparation for the selection of blocks of physical exercises is necessary to improve the technique of performing various types of movements, direct blows and protection against them, taking into account the anthropometric data of female athletes, their level of preparation, detection of errors during control tests and combat distance.

One of the urgent issues of training specialists in the specialty "Human health and physical recreation" is the formation of skills to carry out valeodiagnosis and valeocorrection according to the blood group indicator. The author's rehabilitation program requires individualization using personality parameters. One of the parameters of individualization is the indicator of a person's blood group. The purpose of the presented research was to create a methodical set of laboratory works for the disciplines "Sports biology with the basics of sports genetics", "Diagnostics and health monitoring", "Fundamentals of sports pharmacology and phytology". A chemical model of blood group determination and hemagglutination reaction has been created, which allows you to visualize the mechanism of blood group determination using monoclonal antibodies without the use of human blood. The presented model also demonstrates multiple allelism, the law of purity of gametes, the process of inheritance of blood groups. The paper also presents the results of an experiment on determining blood groups using plant lectins and an algorithm for determining blood groups using lectin-containing extracts of the four-winged licorice, mouse pea, Japanese sophora, and meadowsweet. Laboratory works "Blood groups and personal portrait of a person" and "Individualization of lifestyle according to the map of blood groups" were developed based on literary data. The work also presents the results of a pedagogical experiment. Data processing statistics show that the laboratory method increases the level of students' knowledge by 24.7%.

The scientific publication analyzed the literature related to: identification of scientific works on the categories of «health» – value for рuрils and students of higher education and «combat horting»; theoretical study of the concept of «values». Three stages of the pedagogical experiment are described (1st stage: summarization of data from literary sources from a specific research direction; 2nd stage: description of theoretical training; 3rd stage: determination of the sequence of value orientations and the place of health as a value in students and students of higher education education: the ratio of levels between respondents regarding values-goals). Table 1 presents the generalized results of the respondents regarding the values-goals: рuрils-athletes of Combat horting (9th grades (n=807) and students of higher education (n=67). And in Table 2 and Figure 1 – the generalized results of the ratio of levels between respondents regarding values-goals: рuрils-athletes of Combat Horting and students of higher education – future coaches (author: Z. Dikhtiarenko). The purpose of the study is to prove the expediency of timely teaching of theoretical material on preserving and strengthening health as a value in рuрils-athletes of Combat Horting and and students of higher education - an object for forming an active life position of Combat Horting athletes. Research methods: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observation, calculation of the arithmetic mean, establishment of the percentage ratio between groups, M. Rokych's method «Value orientations». The experiment was supplemented with two more values-goals: a successful sports career / achieving high sports results; active life position (author: Z. Dikhtyarenko). Therefore, the defined goal of the publication was achieved, and these research results are proof of the feasibility of timely teaching of theoretical material on preserving and strengthening health as a value for pupils and students.

The sufficient level of general physical fitness of freestyle wrestlers allows them to form the foundation of versatile and proportional development of the physiological systems and organs of children and adolescents. To properly build the educational and training process, it is necessary to regularly and timely control and analyze the general physical, special physical, and psychophysiological fitness of wrestlers. This requires improving the system of sports training in freestyle wrestling through scientific substantiation of more effective methods of improving the athlete's preparedness. Solving this problem is possible only after enriching existing and developing new training programs for wrestlers. The research and practical experience of leading specialists is aimed at modernizing and improving the training process of highly qualified athletes, while the problem of improving the physical and special training of athletes at the initial stages remains relevant today and requires in-depth study. The purpose of the study was to determine the indicators of general physical fitness of young wrestlers at the stage of initial training during training according to the generally accepted program and when the coach involves additional functional sets of exercises. The research was conducted among children 8-10 years old engaged in freestyle wrestling in groups of primary training: the I-group of children trained according to a standard generally accepted training program, the II-group athletes trained according to the coach’s author’s methodology, which included additional performance of functional sets of exercises for improvement of both general and special physical training using a large number of exercises, games and game tasks of varying coordination complexity. In the work, a comparative analysis of the indicators of physical fitness of young wrestlers of both groups of initial training, obtained as a result of control standards, was carried out. The nature of positive changes in these indicators during control tests among wrestlers of the II group was determined. According to the results of the experiment, it can be stated that the training effect should be aimed at improving all components of physical and technical training.

The purpose of the study was to study the characteristics of physical fitness and develop model characteristics of taekwondo athletes at the stage of basic training. The results. The analysis of the physical fitness of taekwondo athletes showed that the average indicators of physical fitness of taekwondo athletes at the stage of basic training of the 2nd year of training are better than those of athletes of the 1st year from 3.39 to 14.28%. The largest differences between the groups of 14.28% are observed in the pistol test for 30 s on the left leg and 11.56% - swing with the right leg forward for 15 s, and the smallest 3.51% in the 20 m s gait test. Statistically significant differences were established according to the Student's test t=2.25–2.68 at p <0.05, in tests: speed-power index (ratio of jump length to height) t=2.25; left leg swing forward in 15 s, t=2.33; swing with the right leg forward in 15 seconds, t=2.68. The model performance characteristics of flexibility tend to decrease in the range between the ideal and minimum values by 21.75% and 20.92% in the transverse split and longitudinal split tests for the left leg, respectively, but it is found that the indicators for the longitudinal split for the right leg differ by 0.29%

The article considers the possibility of using a multimodal cardiorehabilitation program for post-myocardial infarction people in accordance with the updated Regulations of the European Society of Cardiology. It is noted that myocardial infarction is the main cause of limitation of physical activity, loss of working capacity, disability and sudden death among the population. The purpose of the study is to develop of a multimodal cardiorehabilitation program for post-myocardial infarction people and to evaluate its effectiveness. Research material and methods are: analysis of scientific and methodological literature by the research topic; analysis of medical documentation; methods of researching the functional state of the cardiovascular system; bicycle ergometric test with intermittently increasing load; Borg Rating of Perceived Exertion Scale; Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS); methods of mathematical statistics. The results. It is shown that under the impact of multimodal cardiorehabilitation, in the main group of patients at the end of the intervention, there is a significant increase in almost all the investigated indicators. An increase in the traveled distance (m) in the 6-minute test according to the classification of the New York Heart Association (NYHA) made it possible to transfer the majority of patients to the II functional class of cardiac insufficiency. A bicycle ergometric test with an intermittently increasing load showed an increase in the overall endurance of the organism of the main group of tested people and correlated with the 6MWT indicators. The subjective feelings of post-myocardial infarction patients during exercise, which were evaluated by the 10-point Borg Rating of Perceived Exertion Scale, improved, and a significant decrease in anxiety, emotional disorders, and depression according to the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) was noted. In the control group, there was a significant increase only in the 6MWT indicator, which indicates an increase in the adaptive capabilities of the cardiovascular system, and not an increase in the overall endurance of the organism of the tested people. Conclusions. A multimodal approach to cardiorehabilitation in the light of updated intervention protocols for patients with myocardial infarction will significantly contribute to the optimization of the cardiovascular system and the faster return of patients to a full life.
