The purpose of this article is to elucidate Ali Mustafa Yaqub's theory of Hadith science and how it influenced the formation of Islamic law in Indonesia. It is important to highlight the contribution of Hadith science to the creation of Islamic law to dispel the misconception that Hadith experts and Fiqh experts are incompatible. While Fiqh experts are thought to possess a contextual understanding of Hadith, Hadith experts are called textual experts. It is intriguing to look at Ali Mustafa Yaqub's attempts to solve this issue and his impact on Indonesia's Islamic legal system in this context. This study was carried out through literature research using qualitative research methods and the presentation was carried out descriptively-analytically. The research findings show that Ali Mustafa Yaqub was able to eliminate this dichotomization and prove that there is a close relationship between Hadith and Fiqh (Islamic Law) because the Imams of the Madhab are Fiqh experts as well as Hadith experts, and even have Hadith books. Ali Mustafa Yaqub's studies on Hadith and Law are written in a modern way. This claim is supported by his application of the well-established Istinbath procedure in Islamic jurisprudence. For example, his criticism of MUI Fatwa Number 5 of 2010 concerning determining the direction of the Qibla in Indonesia and the trend of Indonesian Muslims in wearing turbans in daily life shows that Ali Mustafa Yaqub is independent of the existing schools of fiqh, so the conclusions he makes do not tend to support certain groups.

With increasing attention to health service quality and patient satisfaction in recent times, the patient-physician relationship is rapidly growing in significance and attention. One substantial area of focus is reducing communication faults and saving patients from harm, which involves improving the patient experience during hospitalization. Enhancing health workers' skills and knowledge plays a substantial role in driving positive patient experiences. According to the Saudi Arabia National Quality of Health System Report, evidence-based, high-quality care and patient satisfaction are in focus, and training programs can help to develop health workers' necessary skills. In their willingness to adhere to medical advice, trust in healthcare providers, and healthcare intention, patient perceptions of relationship quality are positively associated with patient satisfaction. Healthcare workers with a better level of expertise demonstrate improved listening, compassion, and communication skills, resulting in stronger relationships with their patients and, hence, improved interpersonal measures such as patient satisfaction. Other attributes of health workers, such as enthusiasm, showing empathy and caring, have also shown to have a substantial effect on keeping or improving care and hospitalization. The performance of healthcare professionals in hospitals is vital to improve patients' outcomes. This is the reason why we have performed seven action research projects in seven different hospitals to prevent or minimize the impact of four areas, all of them claiming to the overall patients' experience: infections, wounds of the surgical wounds, noise and communication among healthcare professionals in the same shift. Regional governance refers to the system of rules, institutions, and processes that govern a specific geographic area, usually larger than a local municipality but smaller than a nation-state. It is essentially a middle layer of authority between the national and local levels. Regional management can be structurally included both within the state and with interstate organizations related to a certain geographical region. The article examines the general structures of regional administration, its specific functions, and the process of effective regional administration. Infrastructure base, competitiveness and other important factors of regional management are analyzed in modern times. The theoretical frameworks of regional management - multi-level management and post-functionalism, as well as issues of regional development and economic integration - are investigated in modern scientific research. At the same time, environmental management is also the subject of modern research. Multilevel management also occupies an important place in modern research. In one way or another, new forms and contents of regional administration are included in the economic and political studies, statistical data and reports of international organizations. The subject studied in the article is based on independent opinion and experts' opinions in this direction.

Concerning regular basic education in our country public schools after the pandemic, it has been observed that students have a low level in their academic performance, being reflected in the assessments made from the formative approach. The aim of the research was to demonstrate the influence of computer platforms in the assessment of significant learning to students in a public school in San Martín de Porres (SMP), 2023. It is an applied research, with experimental level and quasi-experimental design. The population was made up of 450 high school students, and the sample included 48 third grade students distributed in 2 groups, 24 for the control group and 24 for the experimental group. The survey technique and the Likert scale questionnaire instrument were used, applying the Mann-Whitney U statistic for data analysis. The hypothesis test yielded a significance of p=0.006; being the value lower than p<0.05 therefore the null hypothesis is rejected but the researcher’s is accepted, concluding that educational platforms influence the evaluation of learning in students of a public educational institution of SMP.

This research seeks to analyze the relationship between the export values of Indonesia’s palm cooking oil and their export competitiveness, and to predict Indonesia’s palm cooking oil export values for the future For this purpose, this research uses the Generalized Linear Mode, Poisson Regression Model, to examine the relationship between the competitiveness and export performance of Indonesia’s palm cooking oil and to predict Indonesia’s palm cooking oil exports for the future. Based on the research we find that the competitiveness of Indonesia’s palm cooking oil exports has a positive effect on the Indonesia’s palm cooking oil exports. In the future, exports of Indonesia’s palm cooking oil are expected to continue to increase and Indonesia will continue to dominate the world market. This occurs mainly due to the high and even increasing competitiveness of exports of Indonesian palm cooking oil products compared to its competitors.

Internal social capital helps create a friendly work environment through trust and mutual understanding among employees (Yang et al., 2011). Besides, internal social capital fosters strong internal cohesion (Tsai, 2000) that facilitates cooperation between employees and different departments within the enterprise (Adler and Kwon, 2002). This study was conducted with the aim of assessing the influence of internal social capital on the product innovation of plastic and food firms in Hanoi and neighboring provinces through survey results. The survey subjects are employees of food firms in Hanoi and neighboring provinces. We use both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Quantitative research methods were carried out to analyze the reliability of the scales through the Cronbach alpha coefficient, EFA analysis, and correlation analysis. Research results show that internal social capital has a positive effect on the product innovation of plastic and food firms in Hanoi and neighboring provinces. Based on this result, the study proposes some recommendations for food firms and employees.
