The role of dance as a transformative medium for women’s emancipation, tracing its evolution from the Renaissance period to contemporary times. is a topic that necessitates a broad, multidisciplinary analysis. Dance is presented not only as a form of artistic expression but also as a powerful instrument for social change and gender equality. Through historical analysis, the study highlights how dance has facilitated women’s ability to express their identities, challenge patriarchal norms, and advocate for their rights across various epochs. The research underscores significant contributions by key figures and movements that have used dance as a platform for signalling shifts in societal attitudes towards women’s roles and freedoms. By drawing on the works of scholars such as Goldman (2010) on improvisational dance, Hahn (2013) on the role of creative arts in education and social change, Camp (2002) on dance as a form of resistance among enslaved women, and Åhäll (2016) on feminist security studies, the paper elucidates dance’s multifaceted impact on women’s liberation. From the sophisticated court dances of the Renaissance that reflected societal and cultural shifts to the expressive and boundary-pushing performances of the 19th and 20th centuries, dance emerged as a dynamic force in advocating for women’s emancipation. The conclusion reaffirms dance’s ongoing relevance as a medium through which contemporary women continue to explore their identities, challenge existing norms, and promote feminist values, thereby contributing to the broader discourse on gender equality and empowerment.

In recent years, there has been a surge in information and communications technology, propelled by the pandemic’s emphasis on remote learning. Interactive technologies like computers, tablets, and mobile phones hold promise for digitizing work and education, fostering creativity and immersion. Educators are increasingly exploring the integration of interactive and game-based tools into learning, inspired by the widespread popularity of gaming across age groups. Immersive game-based platforms, capable of integrating curricula and functioning in multiplayer settings, are emerging as a new trend in online learning, offering enhanced engagement for both students and teachers and improving test results. However, integrating games still presents challenges for teachers and students. Understanding the correlation between students’ grades and their performance in educational games is a significant challenge. While research suggests that game-based learning can positively impact academic achievement, further exploration is needed to grasp the nuanced relationship between in-game performance and traditional assessment metrics. Formative assessments through game-based solutions have gained popularity, but there is a lack of multiplayer classroom tools offering varied gameplay mechanics and content integration for creative learning. Research into the motivational aspects of multiplayer gaming, the impact of different gameplay dynamics on learning outcomes, and a comparison of multiplayer versus traditional approaches are areas for further exploration. Our study introduces a novel multiplayer game-based platform (Multiplayer Team Training Platform or MTT) addressing the challenges of uniform gameplay, offering a variety of gameplay dynamics and automated tracking of student performance in both single and multiplayer modes. A comparison between traditional assessment and game-based assessment in similar settings was undertaken with different classes, subjects, and age groups, and a comparative study was done to analyze the results of both experiments. The investigations showed that the Control Groups consistently outperformed, suggesting potential benefits of traditional teaching methods, especially under teacher’s supervision. However, it was also observed that repeated testing in the control groups did not necessarily result in enhanced retention of knowledge. Conversely, the game-based environment showed gradual improvement with gameplay repetition and reduced concerns about cheating among students. Strong positive correlations between subject grades and performance were found, indicating that higher-graded students excel in both environments, with lower-grade students showing a trend of better and continuous improvement, particularly in the game-based environment.

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF ECO-INNOVATIONS USING THE CIRCULAR ECONOMY PERSPECTIVE IN EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES 从循环经济角度对欧盟国家的生态创新进行比较分析

This paper aims to examine the crucial role of eco-innovations in driving the transition towards a circular economy model, with a focus on the development of patents related to recycling and secondary raw materials. The purpose is to fill the research gap on this topic, internationally and domestically, with a specific focus on the European Union and its member states. The research utilized secondary data obtained from the Eurostat website, specifically in the field of Competitiveness and Innovation within the circular economy model. Patents related to recycling and secondary raw materials used as the indicators for eco-innovation. The statistical analysis included descriptive statistics, trend analysis, and forecasting. The research results show that Germany is the leader, followed by France and Poland, while all other countries have the significantly lower rankings. The trend analysis for European Union countries and Germany shows that the maximum result was achieved in a year 2019, with a significant decline in a year 2020. Predictions indicate a trend of increasing the number of patents for recycling and secondary raw materials in the year 2021, for both the European Union countries and Germany, followed by downward to the year 2024. All things considered, this research presented new and significant results, considering it analyzes the situation in EU countries. The recommendation would be to intensify efforts in creating new patents for recycling and secondary raw materials in order to increase eco-innovation

EMPLOYER BRAND PROMOTION: DOES IT REALLY MATTER IN TRANSITION COUNTRIES? 雇主品牌推广:在转型国家真的重要吗?

The employer brand refers to the reputation that an organisation has as an employer. The employer brand can be influenced by all the information that the organisation puts out about itself, as well as by all the actions it takes. A positive and strong employer brand has a direct impact on the attraction of quality candidates, their engagement, and retention of current employees. That is why contemporary organisations use all available communication channels to promote their employer brand, i.e. their values and unique culture. In contemporary business environment, the internet and social media represents the primary channel of communication with stakeholders, including job candidates. Additionally, continuous use of the organisation’s website can enhance employer attractiveness, support the recruitment process, deliver job-related information, and strengthen their image. The main purpose of this research is to explore the level of employer brand promotion via company websites in the context of transition countries. The aim of the conducted empirical research is to acquire new empirical insights in the fields of human resource management and employer branding. A total of 303 large companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina were included in the empirical research. The analysis was performed through a targeted search of the official websites of the observed companies. The collected data were analysed using descriptive statistics and analysis of variance. As expected, the data analysis indicated that organisations operating in Bosnia and Herzegovina do not recognize the importance of the organisation’s website in promoting the employer brand and establishing two-way communication with potential job candidates. Regardless of the fact that in the structure of large companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina dominated companies that require lower-skilled labour, employer branding is a useful management tool that contemporary organisations use in the labour market competition. In this context, the use of all available means of communication, including the company website, is the right approach that can attract quality job candidates.

THE CONNECTION BETWEEN SCHOOL AND CLASS CLIMATE 学校和班级氛围之间的联系

Although there is no generally accepted definition of school climate and a single position on its dimensions, most authors agree that school climate is a multidimensional and complex construct, which refers to the quality and character of school life. Educational reforms that want to improve the quality of learning, but also improve the educational effect of the school, should not ignore that the school climate is one of the most researched school phenomena that affects the behavior and life of all participants in school life. In addition to the definition of school climate and other terms that conceptually overlap with school climate or other aspects of school life, it is necessary to define school climate and classroom climate. In contrast to school climate, classroom climate refers to social interactions in the classroom, student expectations for behavior, and school performance, but also to the physical characteristics of the classroom or the “intellectual, social, emotional, and physical environment in which students learn”. Classroom climate refers to the perception of the classroom environment, and school climate refers to the perception of the entire school. Classroom climate affects the perception of school climate as a more comprehensive phenomenon. The school climate’s perception depends on individual factors and the classroom climate. Teachers are the ones who represent one of the main factors in shaping students school experiences. A study conducted by Hallinan (2008) indicated that the teacher-student relationship predicts student commitment to school. Two special dimensions of that relationship are social and emotional support for students and teachers expectations of students. Students and teachers perceive the school climate more favorably when they feel safe and when aggression and victimization are not frequent. Students who feel safe at school are better adjusted, exhibit less delinquent and aggressive behavior, and report higher self-esteem. By improving the school climate, and especially the relationship between teachers and students, by establishing fair rules in the school and respecting diversity, the students behavioral, cognitive, and emotional engagement in school is affected, which further affects various areas of the student’s life, such as student well-being or and their academic achievement.

In contrast to school climate, classroom climate refers to social interactions in the classroom, student expectations for behavior, and school performance, but also to the physical characteristics of the classroom or the “intellectual, social, emotional, and physical environment in which students learn”. Classroom climate refers to the perception of the classroom environment, and school climate refers to the perception of the entire school. Classroom climate affects the perception of school climate as a more comprehensive phenomenon. The school climate’s perception depends on individual factors and the classroom climate. Teachers are the ones who represent one of the main factors in shaping students school experiences. A study conducted by Hallinan (2008) indicated that the teacher-student relationship predicts student commitment to school. Two special dimensions of that relationship are social and emotional support for students and teachers expectations of students. Students and teachers perceive the school climate more favorably when they feel safe and when aggression and victimization are not frequent. Students who feel safe at school are better adjusted, exhibit less delinquent and aggressive behavior, and report higher self-esteem. SCHOOL SYSTEMS OF BAVARIA AND THE REPUBLIC OF SRPSKA – SIMILARITIES AND DIFFERENCES 巴伐利亚州和塞族共和国的学校制度--相似之处和不同之处

Education is a requirement for the development and existence of every modern state. This paper will discuss the structure of school systems in the German province of Bavaria and the Republic of Srpska for the level of primary and secondary education. What possible options are available to students aged six to nineteen can be seen in the schematic representations of the Bavarian school system and the same in the Republic of Srpska (Bosnia and Herzegovina). Knowing that the economic progress of the country is also reflected in the education of the young generation, the organization of education should be one of the key issues of the government of each country. Comparing the similarities and differences of our school system with the system of other countries, we encourage those in charge to constantly revise the existing system, thereby contributing to reducing its deficiencies and improving teaching practice, and thus the quality of education. In this regard, it is always good to follow trends in the development of school systems in economically developed countries. The teaching organization system is similar, but at the same time different in each country. This can also be seen in the conclusions of this paper. The Western countries school models, especially SR Germany, attract the public attention due to the outflow of the population of the Republic of Srpska to those countries. If we want to prevent or reduce this phenomenon, we must become attractive to our own population and be competitive on the market. This paper points to the need for constant monitoring and modification of the existing school system, as well as its adaptation to global trends. Given that the Balkan countries are ranked far worse than the Western Europe countries in international tests, it would be interesting to deal with the school systems of the Scandinavian countries in some future work.

The paper analyzes the texts of Danica Krstić (1873–1966) in the magazine Muzički glasnik, published in 1922 in Belgrade. Danica Krstić is known to the professional public as one of the first piano teachers at the Serbian Music School (from 1903 to 1940) and as the author of the first piano textbook in the Serbian language, Piano School (1911). However, few people know the fact that she was also a music critic in the magazine Muzički glasnik. Namely, she gave two critical reviews of the concerts of young pianists - Ćiril Ličar and Vera Lotar. In both articles, the author used the same method - it is an analytical presentation of the works that are in the repertoire, while the emphasis is on the performing skills of the mentioned artists. This fact is not surprising, given that the author was professionally oriented towards performing. The paper will also discuss the historical development and importance of music criticism in Serbia in the period between the two World Wars. The historical processes through which music criticism in our region went through, as well as the methods of changes in the critical model in the period between the two World Wars, will be pointed out. It will also be discussed about the magazine Muzički glasnik in the context of selected articles, but also the entire magazine as one of the most important in the domestic area in the mentioned time frame. The goal is to highlight the diverse professional involvement of Danica Krstić and her role in the process of developing musical culture and education in Belgrade and Serbia at the beginning of the 20th century. The paper uses the method of theoretical analysis as well as an analytical-musicological view of the concert life of the Serbian capital.

It underscores the Court’s insistence on comprehensive investigations into forcerelated deaths, emphasizing accountability and proactive investigation initiation by state authorities. Highlighted cases illustrate systemic investigation failures, including premature closure, lack of thorough victim and witness identification, and procedural neglect. The paper critiques delayed and inadequate investigation efforts, underscoring the Court’s evolving jurisprudence towards more detailed investigative obligations under Article 2, reflecting a balance between upholding the right to life and addressing states’ operational challenges.

The managerial triad of the modern era consists of communication, leadership, and coordination; therefore, communication emerges as an imperative when studying management. Communication is a complex process and represents one of the fundamental competencies of successful individuals. The functioning of each part of an organization is largely conditioned by the nature and system of the communication process. There is a very close connection between the management process and communication activities. It is of paramount importance that there are good communications within the organization, as well as between the organization and its environment, enabling the organization to act as a unified entity directed towards common goals. The effectiveness of communication is of great significance because communication is a condition for directing and influencing employees towards achieving organizational interests, implementing changes, and generating good ideas. Adapting to a turbulent environment requires continuous development and improvement, which is a prerequisite for successful communication in the management process. The goal of this paper is to highlight the role and importance of communication and negotiation for successful business operations.

Financialization is a global phenomenon. This paper studies how this phenomenon has reflected upon the urban areas and the emergence of accelerated “production of space”. These relationships are considered for the period from the beginning of the 21st century till present. Also, research is aimed to identification of one of characteristic urban typologies - “ghosts towns”, which are subject of the comparative analysis. Analyzed examples are developed at various locations within approximate time context, while social, economic, political, cultural, and many other contexts are different. However, the phenomenon of financialization also occurs in developed and underdeveloped countries. Meaning, impact and consequences of the described process, and thus the identification of the causes, present possibilities to prevent possible negative consequences or to point them out in order to improve quality of urban life.
