Aim of this study is to identify the role of avoidance procrastination towards academic achievement of university student. This research is quantitative research by using correlation methods involving 400 undergraduate male and female university students’ classes of 2014 until 2017 in Indonesia. Two Instruments used for this research are: variable of avoidance procrastination is measured by using McCown & Johnson’s (1989) Adult Inventory of Procrastination (AIP) scale, and academic achievement variable is measured by using the Grade-point Average (GPA). We use Simple Linear Regression Analysis as our data analysis methods by using IBM SPSS Ver.22 software. Results of our study is that avoidance procrastination produces negative influence towards academic achievement, such that university students who has higher avoidance procrastination have lower rates of academic achievement, while university students who has lower avoidance procrastination achieve higher rates of academic achievement. This study is proven by regression coefficient value of –0,81 and significancy value 0,000 < 0,05 (p – value < 0,05).

This study aims to determine the improvement of passing learning outcomes on volleyball in grade VIII-1 students of SMP PGRI 1 Klirong for the 2022/2023 Academic Year, through Learning Variations. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK). Research is carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The source of data in this study is in the form of tests to students in the form of application of basic passing techniques for volleyball. Data collection techniques with assessment of volleyball passing learning outcomes. Data analysis techniques used descriptively based on qualitative analysis with percentages. The results obtained from observations were 7 students declared complete (21%) while 25 other students were declared incomplete (79%). In the first cycle, results were obtained where 25 students were declared complete (78%) while 7 other students were declared incomplete (22%). And in cycle II results were obtained where 29 students were declared complete (90%) while 3 other students were declared incomplete (10%).

The purpose of this study is to determine the parenting style applied by parents, especially Single Parents mothers in overcoming juvenile delinquency, the causes of juvenile delinquency, solutions to juvenile delinquency aged 12-18 years in Karang Maritim Village, Panjang District, Bandar Lampung City. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method, which aims to describe and explain the state of the object under study as it occurs in the field. This research was conducted in Kelurahan Karang Maritim, Panjang District, Bandar Lampung. The subjects and informants in this study were mothers (single parents) and their teenage children aged 12-18 years. Data collection is carried out by observation to the field, interviews with informants, and documentation related to research. The results showed (1) Parenting styles in overcoming juvenile delinquency can be said to be less than optimal, due to parenting that is too restrictive (Authoritarian), as well as parenting that is too liberating (Permissive) so as to cause deviant behavior changes in the form of delinquency such as smoking, skipping school, brawling, returning home late at night for no apparent reason, saying dirty, and playing mobile phones until they forget the time, And there are few parents who use democratic parenting in educating children.

This research aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy competency and intensive communication on the performance of civil servants using the teamwork system as an intervening variable. The independent variables in this research are Digital Literacy and Intensive Communication Competence, the dependent variable is Employee Performance and the mediating variable is Teamwork System. This research uses quantitative methods with the help of questionnaires for data collection. The research was conducted at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Central Java Province, with a population of 156 people. The sample was carried out using a survey method. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with a Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. It was concluded that the intensive Digital Literacy and Communication Competency variables had a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. The Teamwork System mediates Digital Literacy Competency and Intensive Communication on Employee Performance through the help of technology. This reflects that Digital Literacy Competence and intensive communication between employees are important in completing all work. Agencies must encourage employees to improve their competence both personally and through regular training mechanisms held by the agency. So that all employees are able to complete the work they are responsible for well without having to rely or rely on other parties.

The purpose of this research is to ascertain how the influence of perceptions of convenience, trust, social environment and hedonic motivation on the intention to use e-money in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study uses primary data collection in the form of questionnaires which are distributed via WhatsApp and Instagram media. The data analysis tool for this research is to use multiple regression analysis, which is to find out how much influence perceptions of convenience, trust, social environment, and hedonic motivation have on the interest in using e-money in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. These results indicate that perceived convenience and trust have a negative effect on the intention to use e-money in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, while the social environment and hedonic motivation have a positive effect on the intention to use e-money in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.

In today's business landscape, technology plays a pivotal role, enabling a shift from traditional to digital marketing practices. Augmented reality (AR) technology has emerged as a promising tool to enhance consumer experiences and influence purchase decisions. This study examines the impact of aesthetics, entertainment, education, escapism, AR marketing satisfaction, shared social experiences, and purchase intention on AR mobile applications in Indonesia. Data collected through online questionnaires were analyzed using SEM-PLS, revealing significant effects across all variables. Aesthetic elements positively influenced entertainment, education, and escapism, subsequently enhancing AR marketing satisfaction. Furthermore, AR marketing satisfaction positively affected shared social experiences and purchase intention.

Method: research using pyrolysis method with temperature 450-621°C without using catalyst, and quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis using the GC-MS method. Result: Pyrolysis of 5 Kg HDPE waste produces 3.25 liters of naphtha, 0.85 liters of gasoline; diesel 0.325 liters; and activated carbon 18.06 grams. 5 Kg LDPE waste produces 500 mL naphtha, 2.9 liters of gasoline; diesel 0.1 liters; and 19 grams of activated carbon. Conclusion: Pyrolysis of 5 Kg HDPE waste produces 3.25 liters of naphtha; gasoline 0.85 liters; diesel 0.325 liters (88.86% total fuel), and activated carbon 18.06 grams; and 5 Kg LDPE waste produces 2.9 liters of gasoline; 0.1 liters of diesel (70.38% of total fuel), and 19 grams of activated carbon. This research aims to determine the planning, implementation, inhibiting and supporting factors of the central method in learning Arabic, especially maharah istima. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that (1) There are 2 central method planning for learning Arabic, namely: Teacher mental preparation, Teacher administration, APE/Learning Tools (2) Implementation of the Arabic language learning process using the central method, there are 3, namely: Opening Activities, Activities core, and final activities. (3) There are 3 factors inhibiting the application of the central method in maharah istima' learning, namely: time effectiveness, lack of teacher creativity and student adjustment. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) often face severe challenges during the global economic crisis, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. MSMEs are encouraged to have strategies and innovations in order to face the crisis. This study aims to analyze catering business model strategies and innovations in improving post-pandemic competitiveness. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection through observation, literature review and in-depth interviews. Observations were made on three MSMEs engaged in catering. In-depth interviews were conducted with five MSMEs who were willing to be asked for information directly. This data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study highlight several streams of catering business strategies and innovations carried out by MSMEs after the post COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, MSMEs can also turn challenges into opportunities through product innovation. MSMEs are encouraged to have strategies and innovations in order to face the crisis. This study aims to analyze catering business model strategies and innovations in improving post-pandemic competitiveness. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection through observation, literature review and in-depth interviews. Observations were made on three MSMEs engaged in catering. In-depth interviews were conducted with five MSMEs who were willing to be asked for information directly. This data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study highlight several streams of catering business strategies and innovations carried out by MSMEs after the post COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, MSMEs can also turn challenges into opportunities through product innovation. This research has implications for adequate preparation and understanding of strategies and business model innovations that can be done to reduce the negative impact of the global crisis. The purpose of this study is to discuss morals in the perspective of Islamic education. The type of research used in this study is a descriptive method with a research approach using qualitative methods. As for this research method, it uses the method of literature review or library research on books, scientific journals, the Qur'an and Hadith and other sources. The results of this study explain that morals have a very important role to learn and to be applied in everyday life. Morals have such a high position and are considered to be the key determinants in educational success. The role of morals according to the perspective of Islamic education refers to human behavior, attitudes and morals which include aspects such as ethics, morals and manners regulated in Islamic religious teachings. Morals in Islamic education are useful to prepare humans towards a prosperous life both in the world and in the hereafter.
