Peningkatan Ekonomi Lokal melalui Pemberdayaan Budaya Grebeg Suro Ponorogo 通过增强 Grebeg Suro Ponorogo 的文化权能改善地方经济

The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement of the local economy in Indonesia, especially in the ponorogo district and the empowerment of the grebeg suro culture with the community's economy. The research method applied in this research is a case study with a focus on improving the local economy through the empowerment of Grebeg Suro culture in Ponorogo. The research approach used involves two main dimensions, namely qualitative and quantitative approaches. The qualitative approach aims to deeply understand the impact of cultural empowerment on the local economy, using in-depth interview methods, participatory observation, and documentation studies related to government policies and cultural empowerment programs. Meanwhile, the quantitative approach is used to statistically measure variables related to the local economy, with data analysis using statistical techniques such as regression analysis and t-test. The results show that the government's efforts in overcoming poverty in the Ponorogo community through economic empowerment, especially in the development of the cultural sector such as the annual Grebeg Suro event, have a positive and relevant impact. Grebeg Suro, as a cultural activity with a series of events, successfully attracts visitors from various regions in Indonesia.

Perubahan Teknologi Pembelajaran 学习技术的变化

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of the development of information and communication technology on individual awareness of their identity, focusing on shifts in the way they think, behave, the language used, and the values held. The spread of the Covid-19 virus has changed life in the Land of Papua, including education. Although evenly distributed, this virus forced a paradigm shift in learning from face-to-face to online. While this leap has been easier for generations growing up in the digital age, older teachers have had to adjust. Primary education, especially in rural areas, faces extra challenges with the operational needs of networks and the lack of teaching online pedagogy. Parents at the elementary level helped, but not all were able to provide good support, some even made poems so that the pandemic would soon pass. Middle and high school teachers find it difficult to transform affective aspects through online learning, pointing to intergenerational challenges and significant changes in the education system. This research uses qualitative methods with phenomenological research types. Phenomenon study is a data collection technique by collecting and analyzing phenomena that occur. Phenomena are observed, interviewed then analyzed, compared and combined (synthesis) to form a systematic, integrated and complete study.

Implementasi Reward Asyik dalam Meningkatkan Rasa Percaya Diri Anak Kelompok B TKIT Almarjan Bekasi 实施趣味奖励以增强 B 组 TKIT Almarjan Bekasi 儿童的自信心

Early Childhood Education is an effort to provide stimulus for children from birth to six years of age. Education during the golden age is carried out to help children's growth and development, both physically and spiritually, so that children are ready to enter further education. One aspect of development is social emotional development, including self-confidence. This research aims to increase the self-confidence of children aged 5-6 years through "Reward ASYIK" at TKIT Almarjan Bekasi. This research uses qualitative descriptive with observation, interviews and documentation of children's self-confidence. This research was conducted from 10 October to 28 November. The results of the research show that there is a significant increase in children's self-confidence by giving fun rewards, namely by shouting "I can, I'm great, I'm successful, yes!!!" spoken well by all children with a total of 17 children, 3 children had high self-confidence. 11 are as expected, 2 children are starting to develop and 1 child is not yet developing. This research concludes that "Reward ASYIK" is effective in increasing the self-confidence of group B children at TKIT AlMarjan Bekasi.

Implementasi Model Atik dalam Mengembangkan Kecerdasan Kinestetik di Pos PAUD Sedap Malam 16 在 Sedap Malam PAUD 发展运动智能的 Atik 模式实施情况 16

There are a number of intelligences within children those if developed can become special potentials and talents, one of which is kinesthetic intelligence. One of the efforts to improve kinesthetic intelligence in children can be done with fun activities, one of which is with a well-known early childhood learning model, namely the ATIK model (Observe, Imitate and Do). This study aims to develop an ATIK model in improving children's ability to observe, imitate, and be able to perform movements with the hope and purpose of improving kinesthetic intelligence. The study used descriptive qualitative methods. The data source came from group B students of PAUD Sedap Malam 16 Post Students totaling 15 students. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the ATIK model was effective in developing children's kinesthetic intelligence through foot pattern motoric play activities. The ATIK model in the game imitating foot patterns provides an increase in children's curiosity by observing, imitating and working so that children's kinesthetic development activities are carried out happily, purposefully and meaningfully.

Implementasi Reward Asyik dalam Meningkatkan Rasa Percaya Diri Anak Kelompok B TKIT Almarjan Bekasi 实施趣味奖励以增强 B 组 TKIT Almarjan Bekasi 儿童的自信心

Early Childhood Education is an effort to provide stimulus for children from birth to six years of age. Education during the golden age is carried out to help children's growth and development, both physically and spiritually, so that children are ready to enter further education. One aspect of development is social emotional development, including self-confidence. This research aims to increase the self-confidence of children aged 5-6 years through "Reward ASYIK" at TKIT Almarjan Bekasi. This research uses qualitative descriptive with observation, interviews and documentation of children's self-confidence. This research was conducted from 10 October to 28 November. The results of the research show that there is a significant increase in children's self-confidence by giving fun rewards, namely by shouting "I can, I'm great, I'm successful, yes!!!" spoken well by all children with a total of 17 children, 3 children had high self-confidence. 11 are as expected, 2 children are starting to develop and 1 child is not yet developing. This research concludes that "Reward ASYIK" is effective in increasing the self-confidence of group B children at TKIT AlMarjan Bekasi.

This study examines the strategy for the revitalization of the Asta Tinggi religious tourism area by utilizing the cultural identity and creative industries in Madura, Indonesia. More specifically, the revitalization strategy considers the active-collaborative involvement of the stakeholders. This study used a qualitative approach, with a phenomenological method. The primary data were obtained through field observations and in-depth interviews. Secondary data were obtained through literature references, news media, scientific documentation, pictures, and photos. This study found that the best model for the revitalization strategy of the Asta Tinggi religious tourism area must involve the Sumenep Palace family, the Asta Tinggi management unit, the private sectors, local communities, and local governments. The role of the Sumenep Palace family and the management of Asta Tinggi is very important because they have the rights and authority to manage the Asta Tinggi. The revitalization of this religious tourism area should be pursued by prioritizing the cultural identity of Madurese and the potential of digital-based creative industries. With this revitalization strategy model, it is hoped that the Asta Tinggi can be developed as a leading religious tourism destination in Madura, Indonesia.
