This study aims to: (1) analyze the effect of the teaching factory learning process on the job readiness of SMK Muhammadiyah Majenang students; (2) analyze the effect of learning motivation on the job readiness of SMK Muhammadiyah Majenang students. This study used quantitative methods. Hypothesis test using multiple liner regression analysis processed using SPSS program with data tabulation stages, classical assumption test (multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, normal P-P plot), model feasibility test (simultaneous significance test F test, significance test of individual parameters t test, determination coefficient test), and interpretation of linear regression models. The results of the study are as follows: (1) student involvement in Teaching Factory Learning has a significant effect on Work Readiness. (2) Student learning motivation has a significant effect on job readiness. (3) Industrial work practices have a significant effect on students' job readiness. (4) Teaching Factory learning, learning motivation and industrial work practices have a significant effect on student job readiness. The factors forming teaching factory learning are curriculum, content standards, process standards, facilities, infrastructure, human resources, personnel management, operational management, and partnerships. Factors forming learning motivation, instrumental, social, achievement and intrinsic motivation. While the factors forming industrial work practices are training management skills, solving problems, applying conceptual domains, discipline, orderly industrial culture, responsibility, occupational safety and health.

Dynastic politic is the biggest challangein building a valuable democracy in a government order. Which the dynastic politic can be seen from the occurrence of a power held by family and kinship group. This phenomenon can be a material for common thoughts, especially the elites and stakeholders by putting forward alternative solution that refer to the rules. In the persvective of democracy, general election and local election are one of the answer that will be able to give birth to people’s desire to get qualified candidates for leaders. The dynasty’s political strategy was used as a tool to secure power by placing family or relative in certain posts in the formal (government) or informal (projects or business) fields. If this continues, the dynastic politic will develop rapidly and the pros contras will emerge in the midst of implementing a government based on Pancasila democracy. this study aims to determine the influence of political dynasties on the development of Pancasila in Indonesia.

The main challenge after COVID-19 is the implementation of the new normal era in education, where schools are faced with a choice of three curricula: the 2013 Curriculum, the Emergency Curriculum (simplified from the 2013 Curriculum), and the Prototype Curriculum. The research focuses on post-Covid-19 pandemic curriculum analysis at MI Nurussalam, Ngawi, and supports and inhibits factors for its implementation. This research uses qualitative research methods and a case study approach. Data collection techniques involve observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The research results show that MI Nurussalam, Ngawi chose to implement the 2013 Curriculum, considering that the curriculum had been implemented before the pandemic. Supporting factors for implementing the 2013 Curriculum during the recovery period include the role of teachers as indicators of learning implementation, the use of online learning tools, and exciting learning methods. However, the inhibiting factors involve a need for more cooperation between teachers and guardians, a lack of facilities and infrastructure to support learning, and student motivation at the madrasah and at home.

This study aims to analyze the difference between numeracy, critical thinking and communication skills in classes that apply OK-LCD with classes that apply the lecture method. The subjects of the study were grade I elementary school students in Bekasi totaling 28 people for the control class and 27 people for the experimental class. The study period was conducted for four weeks starting October 2 to October 20, 2023. This study used a weak experimental design method with a static-group pretest-posttest design model. Research data are obtained through written tests and rubrics that have been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the analysis and statistical tests showed the difference in control class pretest scores with control class post test, experimental class pretest scores with experimental class post test, and control class nGain with experimental class nGain on numeracy skills, critical thinking rubrics, and student communication rubrics. The data were expressed in the average nGain in the experimental class for numeracy, critical thinking and communication skills with consecutive scores of 0.56; 0,57; and 0.66. On average nGain in the control class for numeracy, critical thinking, and communication skills with consecutive scores of 0.40; 0,42; and 0.59. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an increase in numeracy, critical thinking and communication skills in the control class and experimental class.

The presence of multinational companies entering Indonesia has both positive and negative impacts on the communities around the company. The positive impacts that arise include the emergence of new jobs, new economic growth. The negative impacts that arise include environmental damage, pockets of poverty, crime and others. Efforts made by the company to reduce the negative impacts resulting from company activities through CSR programs. The CSR program run by the company adheres to a sustainable development approach where the company's activities do not interfere with the continuity of life for the next generation. A popular approach is the triple bottom line, namely a balance between people, planet and profit. In reality, the activities carried out through the CSR program have not had a positive impact on society, in fact there are still many negative impacts. This article attempts to examine why the implementation of CSR carried out by companies has not been able to provide positive results to society, especially in sustainable development efforts, what factors are behind sustainable development not being realized. The research method usesSystematic Literature Review (SLR). The results and discussion are that the existence of multinational companies in Indonesia in processing natural resource wealth does have big implications. The CSR concept that is developing with the idea of sustainable development is a breath of fresh air in the development of this nation. But in reality, the CSR program that was implemented then fell short of expectations. The sustainable development campaign promoted by the company in the form of CSR is still limited to perpetuating the company's interests. The idea of strong capitalism by multinational companies must be controlled by this country, especially the role of government and civil society.
