Changes in the use of technology are underway in the world of education. There are three main changes underway at the moment, namely (1), the emergence of extensive use of technology, (2), the transition of technology use in the High Desert, (3), the introduction of a national curriculum with the use of Information Communication and Technologies (ICT) systems. Organizational change can be thought of as having cycles with four phases: (1), the generation of ideas and inventions; (2), selection of ideas; (3), implementation of ideas; and (4), the diffusion of ideas. Organizational change offers benefits and can include the introduction of knowledge. Therefore, how do people see the word 'change' in higher education, Change means many new, and creative things for the development of education, so that the old way is no longer effective. The 2022 national curriculum has used the "Information Communication and Technologies" (ICT) system for all courses. The presence of technology makes lecturers and students required to learn to follow ongoing educational developments.

Bina Insani University is one of the leading private universities in Indonesia. The development of Bina Insani University's business project on the Cikarang campus requires a large investment, both in terms of financial and human resources. Therefore, careful strategic planning is needed to ensure the success of the business development. The purpose of this study is to examine the strategic planning and human capital plan in the business development project of Bina Insani University on the Cikarang campus. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this study used literature studies and observation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed thematically. The results showed that the strategic planning and human capital plan in Bina Insani University's business development project at the Cikarang campus had been carried out carefully. Strategic planning is done by establishing the long-term, input stage, the matching stage, the decision stage, the business level, and the lean business canvas model. The human capital plan is done with the stages of goals and objectives, corporate culture and values, organizational structure, human capital planning, and Human Resources Cost Projections.

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital intensity, inventory intensity, profitability, and political connection on tax aggressiveness with independent commissioners as variable moderation. The population of this research is listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021 and the samples tested in this study were 78 data taken based on the purposive sampling. Two formulations of problems in this study, namely: (1) What are the results of civil liability analysis in settling compensation for ship accidents in Indonesia. (2) How does the judge's judgment through the District Court Decision compare with the Shipping Court Decision on the case. The type of research raised is Normative Juridical Research (literature law research). The source of data in this study is secondary data. Secondary data are data obtained from literature studies. Secondary data in the field of law viewed from the point of binding strength can be divided into 3 (three), namely primary legal material, secondary legal material, and tertiary legal material This research uses a case approach (case appoarch) and a legal approach (statua appoarch). The analysis method used is a qualitative normative method, namely research by describing conditions and facts about the object of research. The results of this study, namely, the Perspective of Civil Responsibility in the Settlement of Compensation for Ship Accidents in Indonesia (Case Study of District Court Decisions and Shipping Court Decisions) can be concluded that the Shipping Court Decision is only limited, that is, it does not mention the compensation of Shipping Companies to the owner of the goods, because the competence and jurisdiction possessed by the Shipping Court is very limited.

Research Objectives: a) To find out and analyze the Legal Arrangements for Customer Personal Data Protection in banking mobile banking services are still happening to the detriment of customers. b) To find out and analyze the Bank's Responsibility for the Confidentiality of Customer Personal Data in accordance with Law no. 27 of 2022. The method applied in this legal research is the study of normative juridical research methods, which refers to substance research from laws and regulations, books, journals and papers as well as other jurisprudence. However, this research is also based on empirical research where the data is taken from field studies. As a result, the theory of legal protection and legal certainty has a close relationship in legal regulation to the protection of customer personal data in mobile banking services. Legal protection theory emphasizes the importance of protecting human rights, including the right to personal data protection. The right to personal data protection is a human right guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945 (UUD 1945) Article 28G Paragraph (1).
