The effect of human resource development and leadership on employee performance with organizational commitment 人力资源开发和领导力对员工绩效与组织承诺的影响

Employee development greatly affects the development of the organization. Professionally developed employees can bring various benefits to the organization. This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource development and leadership on employee performance with organizational commitment as a moderation variable in Batamindo Industrial Park companies. Human resource development aims to increase employee knowledge in terms of knowledge and practice skills through education, training, non-training and learning tasks. Furthermore, employee performance is the quality of work results, quantity of work, attendance and teamwork ability. This study uses a qualitative approach with a correlational associative research method by distributing questionnaires to employees June-July 2023 using a google form. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling involving 100 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis and data was processed using Smart PLS 3. The results of this study show that leadership variables and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. Human resource development does not have a significant effect on employee performance, this is due to HR development that is not implemented properly or without a mature plan so that it does not have a significant impact. Poor execution and lack of support from management. Organizational commitment is proven to be able to strengthen the influence of leadership and human resource development on employee performance.

Penilaian kinerja merupakan upaya yang digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk mengevaluasi dan menilai kinerja dan perilaku karyawan seperti gambaran yang sistematis, formal, dan evaluatif terhadap kualitas kerja individu. Sistem atau proses penilaian kinerja memiliki fungsi yang sangat penting bagi divisi manajemen sumber daya manusia untuk mengukur sistem tata kelola manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam rangka mencapai tujuan, visi dan misi perusahaan. Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Tirta Kerta Raharja merupakan perusahaan yang memiliki kinerja baik dari segi keuangan, pelayanan dan sumber daya manusia dengan predikat PDAM nasional pertama dengan kinerja terbaik tahun 2019 dan 2020, dengan menggunakan manajemen kinerja individu (MUKI) sebagai panduan dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai manajemen kinerja individu yang diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi pihak yang berkepentingan dalam menilai kinerja individu karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi serta mencari studi referensi. Kesimpulannya, manajemen kinerja individu dianggap penting dalam sebuah perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan. Kinerja perusahaan tidak terlepas dari peran individu dalam menjalankan tugas pekerjaannya sebagai motor penggerak jalannya perusahaan, seorang pemimpin dapat menilai karyawannya ketika mengetahui apa yang dikerjakan dan dihasilkan oleh karyawan tersebut, hal ini diperoleh dari keberhasilan individu karyawan dalam melaksanakan suatu pekerjaan. The Influence of Growth Sales, Capital Structure and Corporate Governance on Financial Performance of Consumer Non-Cyclical Firms In Indonesia 销售增长、资本结构和公司治理对印尼非周期性消费品公司财务绩效的影响

This study aims to discover the relationship between growth sales, capital structure, and corporate governance on financial performance of consumer consumer non-cyclical firms in Indonesia. Financial performance is observed from market performance (Tobin's Q) and profitability performance (ROA). The population in this study is firms in consumer consumer non-cyclical on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The total population is 113 firms. 39 firms were selected as samples. The data is obtained from the annual report which starts from the period 2018 to 2022. A total of the population was determined as samples by purposive sampling method. Data analysis using panel data regression. The result shows: 1) Growth Sales have a significant influence on market performance; however, it does not have a significant effect on profitability performance. 2) Capital Structure significantly influences market and profitability performance 3) Corporate governance significantly influences market and profitability performance. Suggestions for companies that must strive to increase sales, maintain good corporate governance and pay attention to the company's capital structure in a balanced manner.

This study aims to determine the influence of the internal control system, the use of information technology, and organizational commitment to the performance of Jayapura City government agencies. This type of research is quantitative research using a causal associative design. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 22. The population in the study was 23 OPDs within the jayapura city offices and agencies, the research samples were the Head of the Office / Agency / Secretary, the Head of the Planning and Reporting Program Subdivision, as well as staff with data sources obtained through the results of filling out questionnaires. Based on the results of the partial research conducted, it can be seen that the internal control system, the use of information technology and organizational commitment have a significant effect on the performance of government agencies. And simultaneously the internal control system, the use of information technology, and organizational commitment have a significant effect on the performance of government agencies.

The purpose of this research is to examine and find out the principles of the concept of "Ulun Tagom," which means "Son of the Region," in employee performance management at the Lumbis Pansiangan District Office as a performance appraisal. This study uses a qualitative discrete approach to describe the Ulun Tagom (Son of the Region) phenomenon in employee performance management in Lumbis Pansiangan District by gathering as much information as possible and integrating valid data obtained from interviews, documents, and observations. The results can be concluded: 1) The principle of Ulun Masiog, which in ancient times during the mengayau era meant "knight," is a code of ethics for a group of people who uphold adat and have the determination to protect and look after their people. 2) Amod's Principle Amod can mean creative, innovative, and productive based on honesty and sincerity in carrying out a job. 3) The Atulikas Principle the Atulikas principle emphasizes timeliness in completing work. That is, in carrying out work, the Dayak Agabag indigenous people do a thorough job, must focus, must not procrastinate on work, and do not take work lightly, so that this principle morally influences Ulun Tagom employees in completing work.

This study uses a qualitative discrete approach to describe the Ulun Tagom (Son of the Region) phenomenon in employee performance management in Lumbis Pansiangan District by gathering as much information as possible and integrating valid data obtained from interviews, documents, and observations. The results can be concluded: 1) The principle of Ulun Masiog, which in ancient times during the mengayau era meant \"knight,\" is a code of ethics for a group of people who uphold adat and have the determination to protect and look after their people. 2) Amod's Principle Amod can mean creative, innovative, and productive based on honesty and sincerity in carrying out a job. 3) The Atulikas Principle the Atulikas principle emphasizes timeliness in completing work. DEVELOPMENT COMMUNICATION IN THE CILIWUNG BERSIH MOVEMENT Ciliwung Bersih 运动中的发展传播

This study identifies the role of the Clean Ciliwung Movement (GCB) in the management of the Ciliwung river and how the communication model is built in driving community participation. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews with selected informants, namely from GCB administrators and communities that are members ofciliwung community activists spread across the upstream, middle, and downstream areas of the Ciliwung river. Out of a total of 36 communities that are partners of the GCB, this study took 9 communities representing the three segments of the Ciliwung river. Based on the data obtained, this study found that the role of GCB in managing the Ciliwung river was carried out by focusing on programs that involved partnership programs with stakeholder elements including: government, private sector, community communities, academics, non-governmental organizations, and international institutions. In implementing this program, GCB develops a development communication strategy with an emphasis on community empowerment, namely through network development, competency development, advocacy, and community organizing.

Tree HR Model of Human Resource Development in Higher Education 高等教育人力资源开发的树状人力资源模式

Research related to human resource development models in the world of education is very important, because the world of education is one of the determinants of the quality of HR assets. This research aims to find the HR model that best suits the development of Human Resources (HR) in higher education. The research uses qualitative methods. The type of research used is R&D (Research & Development). In the first year using the Analysis and Design approach from the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Data collection was carried out through a literature review study of 90 articles indexed by Scopus, Sinta 1, Sinta 2, and interviews with 15 experts from the academic and professional world. This research was analyzed using the SWOT Analysis and FGD approach. The results of this research found a prototype tree-based HR model and important variables that were mapped to the tree structure, namely root variables, stem variables, and fruit/leaf variables. This research is used to improve the quality of higher education human resources. This has implications for improving the quality of lecturers both in self-development and teaching in higher education, which has an impact on the quality of students and Indonesia's human resource assets.

This study aims to find out "what are the factors that influence community satisfaction with services at the Belawang District office, Barito Kuala Regency, seen from the aspects of Tangible (touchable), Realible (reliable), Responsiveness (responsiveness), Assurance (guarantee), and Empathy (empathy).” This research uses a descriptive type with quantitative methods. The data sources used are population and sample. Data collection techniques use literature, observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The results obtained in this study were (1) Tangible Aspects, namely as many as 53% of respondents stated that services at the Belawang District Office based on the assessment criteria were included in the quite satisfied category. (2) Realistic Aspect, namely as many as 40% of respondents said the service at the Belawang District Office based on the assessment criteria was included in the dissatisfied category. (3) Responsiveness aspect, namely as many as 39% of respondents said the service at the Belawang District Office based on the assessment criteria was included in the dissatisfied category. (4) assurance, namely that as many as 57% of respondents said the service at the Belawang District Office based on the assessment criteria was included in the quite satisfied category. (5) The Empathy aspect, namely, as many as 49% of respondents said the service at the Belawang District Office based on the assessment criteria was included in the quite satisfied category.

DIVERSION IN THE SETTLEMENT OF THE CRIMINAL ACT OF DISPOSAL OF INFANTS 解决处置婴儿犯罪行为中的转送问题

The rise of promiscuity among children, resulted in children getting pregnant out of wedlock and then giving birth. Not mentally strong and afraid of not being able to support the child born, have the heart to throw away the baby. This act is a criminal offense of child neglect. Perpetrators of child neglect who are under 18 years old are of course handled differently from adults. Children who face the law will go through the Juvenile Criminal Justice System (SPPA), where the process must go through diversion, then What is the form of diversion in solving the crime of child neglect. This research method uses empirical juridical, where the actions committed by the perpetrators (parents) of the disposal of babies under 18 years old, are not under the Child Protection Law, so they must account for it and the settlement must be used diversion as a form of protection for living babies. This study intends to find out how the reasons for babies being dumped as well as what sanctions will be imposed and the form of diversion carried out by the police. The results of this study show that child criminals throwing away their babies have violated Article 78 B of Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law No. 11 of 2012 concerning Child Protection, and can be subject to sanctions for babies who are discarded as victims taken over their authority by the police because the perpetrators. The perpetrator is married off and is required to take care of the discarded baby until adulthood. then it has violated the Article... Law on Child Protection. The perpetrator is still a child and the child born also needs protection and care, so the solution to the case is through diversion by bringing together the perpetrator's parents, community, and religious leaders. and mediated by the police. The two perpetrators, namely the parents of the baby who were discarded, were married to the two, and then they were both released from prison and only subject to mandatory reporting.
