The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain the effect of work discipline, work motivation, education and training on performance. analyze and explain whether education and training mediate work discipline and motivation on the performance of Salatiga City Education Office employees. The approach in the research here is a quantitative inferential type approach. The sampling technique used was the census technique, meaning that all members of the population were taken as samples, while the total sample was taken as many as 89 subjects, while the data collection technique used a questionnaire technique with a Likert scale of 5 options, while data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis, as well as testing mediation/path analysis is used to determine the direct or indirect effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The research results obtained the following results: 1. There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on education and training. 2. There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on education and training. 3. There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance, 4. There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on employee performance 5. There is a positive and significant influence of education and training on employee performance. 6. This research was carried out with the aim of developing Prose Appreciation teaching materials based on an experiential learning approach and to determine the validity and practicality of Prose Appreciation teaching materials based on an experiential learning approach. This research uses an R&D (research and development) approach, namely the Dick and Carey model. The data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used were interviews and questionnaires conducted qualitatively and quantitatively. The linguistic validation results show that the Prose Appreciation teaching material is very valid for use with a score of 0.89. The validation results of the presentation and graphics obtained a figure of 0.77 in the valid category. Meanwhile, the content/material expert assessment obtained a figure of 0.87, which is in the valid category. Furthermore, the small group trial showed that the Prose Appreciation teaching material was practical to use with a percentage of 71.66% and the large group trial showed that the Prose Appreciation teaching material was very practical to use with a percentage of 89.70%. The conclusion obtained from this research is that the design of Prose Appreciation teaching materials was developed based on the Dick and Carey development research model. Prose Appreciation teaching materials based on the Experiential Learning approach are valid and practical to use.

This research aims to look at the effect of credit interest rates and credit guarantees on credit-making decisions on financing companies in Batam. The respondents in this study were customers who borrowed from financing companies. The number of respondents in this study was 96 respondents. Data acquisition is done by disseminating questionnaires to respondents. Data that has been obtained, tabulated and analyzed using the SPSS program. From the results of the study, it was obtained that credit rates have a significant effect on credit decision-making, credit guarantees have a significant effect on credit decisions, lifestyle has an insignificant effect on credit-making decisions,and credit interest rates, credit guarantees and lifestyle simultaneously have a significant effect on credit-making decisions. The R square value in this study was 53% which means that the decision on credit making can be explained by the loan interest rate, credit guarantee and lifestyle of 53%, while the remaining 47% is explained by other variables not included in this study

The tourism sector has a major contribution in increasing state and regional income. Therefore, it is important to make efforts to develop tourism in Indonesia. Water Blow Nusa Dua is one of the tourist destinations on the island of Bali which has a unique attraction and can be visited by tourists. One effort that can be made to increase the number of visits is through digital tourism by utilizing technology as a promotional medium. Based on this review, this research aims to determine and analyze the development of digital tourism in Water Blow Nusa Dua as a tourism development effort. The method used to develop a digital tourism strategy with SWOT analysis uses an internal factor evaluation (IFE) and external factor evaluation (EFE) matrix to determine the attractiveness of tourists at Water Blow Nusa Dua Bali internally (strengths and weaknesses) with external analysis ( opportunities and threats) that are taken into account in developing digital tourism in Water Blow Nusa Dua. This study aims to examine and determine whether promotion and tuition fees partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the choice of college for new students of the 2020/2021 class of Informatics Management study program, State Polytechnic of Banjarmasin. The location of the research was conducted at the Banjarmasin State Polytechnic Informatics Management Study Program. This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The variables in this study consist of promotion variable, tuition fees variable and choice selection variable. The location of the research was conducted in the Banjarmasin State Polytechnic Informatics Management study program with a new student population of 2020/2021 class of Informatics Management study program, Banjarmasin State Polytechnic. Sampling using a non-probability sampling technique in which carried out using a convenience sampling technique of 60 respondents. Analysis using multiple linear analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis carried out, it shows that there is a significant effect of the two variables, namely the promotion variable of 2,909 and the variable of tuition fees of 4,007 on the choice of higher education. Simultaneously, promotion and tuition fees also have a significant effect on the choice of higher education, amounting to 41% (Adjusted R square = 0.408).

This study aims to describe the perception of character education through the heroism of ethnic Lembak folklore characters in the form of values of self-sacrifice (RB), never giving up (PM), love of the motherland (CTA), and solidarity (KK). This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique was carried out by reading carefully the entire Lembak ethnic folklore, understanding the samples on the research object, coding the data, compiling the results of the analysis, and making conclusions. Based on the results of the analysis, the researcher found the value of heroism willing to sacrifice in the form of a willingness in possessions, goods, time, energy and one's own life which is carried out by the characters in order to create happiness for the common good. The value of never giving up which includes a never-ending struggle without a sense of despair that is carried out to achieve the dreams and desires of the characters. The value of love for the motherland is shown in the nature of characters who respect each other, dedication to the power they have, defending against good threats, and sacrificing to defend against foreign domination and occupation in order to create a group sovereignty. The aim of the research is to produce a Self-Directed Learning model based on independence with a differentiation approach to improve the higher order thinking skills of State Vocational School students in North Bengkulu. The research uses the Research and Development method with a 4-D development model design consisting of definition, design, development and dissemination. The sample was chosen randomly and purposively sampling. Data collection uses questionnaires, interviews, validation and documentation. The results obtained in the research are an independence-based Self Directed Learning model that suits the needs of students at SMK Negeri 2 and SMK Negeri 5 North Bengkulu. The feasibility of the Independence-based Self Directed Learning model was validated by expert validators, vocational basics subject teachers. The expert validation results obtained an average of 0.92 so it was declared valid and suitable for use. The effectiveness of the independence-based Self Directed Learning model in the knowledge transfer aspect of the N Gain Score analysis obtained a score of 0.49. The N-gain Score category was in the medium category, so it was declared effective. The results of the t test analysis were 1.6686, which shows that there is a difference between the experimental class and the control class, namely that the Self-Directed Learning model is better than the previous learning model. The percentage results for the critical thinking aspect before the Self-Directed Learning model was implemented was 58.05%, while after the independence-based Self Directed Learning model was implemented, it increased to 81.45%. In the problem-solving aspect it increased from 55.91% to 67.20%.

In the Juvenile Justice System Law, what is called a child in conflict with the law, hereinafter referred to as a child, is a child who is 12 (twelve) years old, but not yet 18 (eighteen) years old who is suspected of committing a crime. Meanwhile, children who are victims of criminal acts, hereinafter referred to as child victims, are children under the age of 18 (eighteen) years who experience physical, mental, and/or economic losses caused by criminal acts. With the existence of the Juvenile Justice System Act, juvenile justice is distinguished from general justice so that law enforcement against children is not the same as that of adults/general courts. Cases involving children as criminals are a different phenomenon from adult criminals. Children as perpetrators of criminal acts who are sentenced to be fostered in Child Correctional Institutions, need to receive special treatment in serving their criminal period. There are many cases of criminal acts involving minors lately, one of which is narcotics abuse. Narcotics are substances or drugs that are natural, synthetic, or semi-synthetic which cause a decrease in consciousness, hallucinations, and excitability. Meanwhile, according to the Narcotics Law Article 1 paragraph 1 states that narcotics are artificial substances or those originating from plants that have hallucinatory effects, decrease consciousness, and cause addiction. Based on this, the author tries to find and to obtain the purpose of punishment and the implementation of diversion in an integrated juvenile criminal justice system carried out by law enforcement officers, symbolizing the Golden Chain as a symbol of humanity and human rights. Based on regulations to determine criminal policies in accordance with the values of people's lives, the regulations for determining criminal policies are contained in the Criminal Code as a general provision and specifically the criminal provisions of Law no. 35 of 2009 as a special crime that regulates narcotics Based on the background of the problems described above, the problems that will be discussed in this paper are as follows: How is the monodualistic principle in the diversion of narcotics abuse crimes committed by children in conflict with the law associated with Law no. 35 of 2009 and Law No. 11 of 2012?
