This study aims to investigate the relationship between product quality and price to the interest in buying rice at Batang Gadis rice agents in Karawang, with customer satisfaction as an intervention variable. Nonprobability sampling techniques were used in this study, where 60 Karawang rice agent consumers were chosen as samples. The test was carried out using the validity, reliability, mediation, and hypothesis testing devices with the help of the WarPPL program version 3.0. Hypothesis test results show that product quality (X1) has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (Z), with a path coefficient of 0.93 and P value <0.001. In addition, R-Square of 0.87 shows that product quality has a large influence of 87% on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the results of hypothesis testing show that the price (X2) also has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (Z), with a path coefficient of 0.83 and the value of P <0.001. R-Square of 0.78 shows that the price has a large influence of 78% on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the results of the hypothesis testing show that customer satisfaction (Z) has a significant positive effect on the interest of repurchasing, with a path coefficient of 0.98 and the value of P <0.001. R-Square of 0.97 shows that customer satisfaction has a very large influence of 97% of the interest in repurchasing. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that product quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, which in turn has an impact on the interest of repurchasing

The Dangerous Goods course is a compulsory course followed by cadets of the Diploma 3 Airport Management study program. Providing Dangerous Goods material aims to discover how to handle and pack dangerous goods under predetermined regulations, not to endanger flight safety and security. However, the cadets felt that the Dangerous Goods course was challenging due to the lack of modules and difficulty understanding the very thick Dangerous Goods book. Problem-based learning used in this study was chosen because this learning model trains the Critical Thinking skills possessed by cadets under the Dangerous Goods course material, which requires a lot of practice. This research method uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) research and development approach, which is a research method used to produce specific products and test the effectiveness of these products. The subjects of this study were 48 cadets of Palembang Aviation Polytechnic cadets who managed the airport. Researchers conduct research first to collect the data needed, then system development is carried out, and the system is tested and evaluated. This study showed that the results of media expert validation were obtained by 90.% with valid categories and material expert validation results by 91.% with valid categories. Based on the validity and product effectiveness results, problem-based learning e-modules on the developed Dangerous Goods material are valid and effectively used by teachers and students in the learning process.

PT BSM has become one of the institutions providing financing to the MSME sector in the North Sumatra province. There are 2.8 million MSMEs in North Sumatra targeted by PT BSM; however, the actual number of MSMEs choosing PT BSM is relatively small, despite the considerable Muslim population in North Sumatra. The study involved 300 MSME customers of PT BSM in North Sumatra, aiming to investigate the impact of learning and memory on financing decisions, with brand equity as a mediating variable. The study also incorporates the Maqasid Shariah perspective. This research adopts a quantitative descriptive approach, employing quota sampling techniques for sample selection and utilizing primary data collected through questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. Respondents' perceptions are measured using Likert scales. The research method utilizes the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach, with a significance level of 5%. Data processing is conducted using Smart PLS 3.0 software, and references are managed through the Mendeley 7th edition program. The findings reveal that customer motivation affects financing decisions in PT BSM's micro-financing. Customer perception does not affect financing decisions in PT BSM's micro-financing. Customer learning does not affect financing decisions in PT BSM's micro-financing. Customer memory does not affect financing decisions in PT BSM's micro-financing. Customer motivation does not affect brand equity. Customer perception affects brand equity. Customer learning affects brand equity. Customer memory affects brand equity. PT BSM's brand equity influences microfinance decisions. Brand equity mediates the influence between customer psychology on microfinance decisions at PT BSM in North Sumatra. The implications of this study encourage PT BSM to enhance awareness of Shariah banking services, emphasizing the importance of Shariah banks in achieving Maqasid Shariah.

This research is to analyze and answer the phenomena of Foreign Portfolio Investment (FK), Global Risk (Rwf), Small minus Big (SmB), High minus Low (HmL), Win minus Lose (WmL) as determinants of Foreign Ownership (FO) which have implications for Excess Return (ER). The formula is to maximize the value of Excess Return through Portfolio Ownership, the object of research for companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. First results; an increase in FK can explain the impact on an increase in FO, these results confirm the prevailing theory. Other results are not like the existing theory, namely a decrease in SmB can explain the impact on a decrease in FO, while Rwf, HmL, and WmL cannot explain its effect on FO. Second result; the increase in HmL, WmL and FO can explain the impact of the increase in ER. Another thing FO can also explain its function as an intervening variable. Rwf can also explain the impact but it is not in line with the negative correlation theory. The FK has no impact on ER. These results are expected to help as a guide for foreign investors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange to obtain maximum excess returns.
