Indonesia is the largest archipelagic country in the world with a potential area consisting of 17,480 islands with a sea stretch of 5.8 million km2 and has the fourth longest coastline in the world at 95,181 km, has a very high level of risk of abrasion hazards, especially considering that more than 60% of Indonesians live in coastal areas. The main purpose of a floating breakwater is to protect an area against unwanted wave heights. One of the most important boundary requirements in port design is allowable downtime. This is a period of time when the port cannot fulfill its function so as to prevent the occurrence of unwanted things from the movement of ships. Downtime occurs when a certain wave height is exceeded, causing unwanted ship movements. This implies that the wave transmitted by the floating breakwater to the port determines the downtime. Of the 7 (seven) types that exist, the box type is taken for research because the box type is more effective and efficient in dampening waves. Then the type of box that is used as a test model is carried out with 2 (two) conditions. The test model to be studied is a floating pontoon with a mooring line and a floating pontoon tethered to a pile.

The development of technology that continues to evolve has given birth to an innovation called artificial intelligence or artificial intelligence which is usually called "AI". The development of AI has sparked an algorithm called deepfake technology. Deepfakes use machine learning and neural network technology, which are methods in AI that teach computers to process data in a way inspired by the human brain. This study aims to determine the regulation of AI as perpetrators of deepfake crimes and to determine the criminal responsibility of AI who commit criminal acts in Indonesia. The research method used is normative legal research using a statutory approach (statue approach), conceptual approach (conceptual approach), and comparative approach (comparative approach). AI is classified as an electronic system and electronic agent which when viewed to the characteristics of AI that has a match with the definition of electronic systems and electronic agents. If AI commits deepfake crimes, it can violate several articles in Law No. 19 of 2016 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions. In California, legislation has been passed to address deepfakes related to pornography, fraud, and defamation: Calif AB-602 and Calif AB-730. There are three AI criminal liability models that commit criminal acts, namely Perpetration-via another model (PVM), Natural-Probable-Consequence Liability Model (NPCLM), and Direct Liability Model (DLM). In Indonesia, AI has not been recognized as a legal subject so that if you commit a criminal act, the person who must be responsible is the creator of AI or AI users

The study of the IAIN Fattahul Muluk Papua Library program in realizing a digital library is a form of adjustment to technological developments in improving its competence as a supporter of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education according to the digital era. The discussion of this study uses the theory of Challenge and Response proposed by Arnold Y. Toynbee. The challenges and responses in the program have reinforced the theory. Some responses are shown by the existence of programs in various components, namely the digital collection component of e-books has held 421 titles, 1,151 copies, developing an institutional Repository as a forum for campus community papers in digital form, and other supporting facilities, such as Turnitin Plagiarism Checker Online. The components of library services, both user services and technical services, also lead to the digitization system. For lending and returning printed books, e-books, free library certificates according to computerized and digitized data. Technical services through the migration program of processing library materials, especially printed books consisting of 5,668 titles, 15,589 copies have been and are being reprocessed to comply with national library standards. Library implementation and management component programs that emphasize reporting systems are a hallmark of good library governance. The Cooperation Program followed up by comparative studies with UIN Mataram and with the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia is a step forward. The existence of additional programs from librarianship organizations implemented such as the Indonesian Higher Education Library Forum (FPPTI), the Indonesian Librarian Association (IPI) of Papua Province shows the level of public trust in the ability of librarians in particular and the IAIN Fattahul Muluk Papua Library in general

Expatriates are individuals who reside outside their country of origin. Their occupation is characterized as high-density, intricate, and more demanding than domestic work (Shin, 2007). In Qatar, expatriates have been employed in the oil and gas industry since 1940. However, in December 2015, Qatar Petroleum, like numerous other organizations in the oil and gas sector, encountered challenges during the period of 2015-2016 due to a sharp decline in global oil prices. The decline in oil prices during this period was primarily driven by a combination of factors, including oversupply in the global oil market, reduced demand, and geopolitical factors. These circumstances exerted significant financial pressure on many oil and gas companies worldwide, including Qatar Petroleum. To alleviate the financial impact of plummeting oil prices, many oil and gas companies had to implement cost-cutting measures, frequently involving layoffs and workforce reductions. These measures were taken to decrease operating expenses and maintain financial stability during low oil prices. In addition to this, Qatar 2008 introduced Vision 2030, which serves as a comprehensive and long-term development plan for the nation. This plan outlines Qatar's objectives and aspirations across various sectors, including economic, social, environmental, and cultural development, with a particular emphasis on sustainability and economic diversification. The leadership of Qatar presented this vision as a strategic roadmap for the country's progress over the next few decades, leading up to the year 2030. Considering these two initiatives, it is imperative for all expatriates, particularly Indonesian expatriates, to prepare for early retirement. According to the database of the Ikatan Ahli Teknik Perminyakan Indonesia (IATMI) commissariat in Qatar, there are currently over 1653 Indonesian expatriates employed in the oil industry. Research findings indicate that the financial literacy of expatriates, which refers to their knowledge, skills, and beliefs influencing decision-making and financial management to achieve prosperity, is relatively low at 46%. Furthermore, there is a weak correlation between financial literacy and preparedness for early retirement

Indonesia is a democratic country where general elections serve as a fundamental pillar in realizing democratic principles and act as a crucial mechanism ensuring active citizen participation in determining their representatives. Given the significance of the election moment as a pivotal point in Indonesia's political dynamics, it brings about a vulnerable risk of security disturbances, including terrorism threats. Indonesia bears a significant presence of terrorism, ranking third in the Asia-Pacific region according to the Global Terrorism Index 2023. The aim of this research is to elucidate the evolution of security strategies implemented by Mako Brimob Kelapa Dua Depok in facing terrorism threats related to the 2024 elections. The research method employed is qualitative, utilizing theories of security intelligence, social construction, and terrorism concepts. The results indicate that the 2024 General Election in Indonesia is a crucial political event, with a primary focus on anticipating terrorism threats due to the perceived intense political dynamics, increased political polarization, fierce competition among political parties, and extensive use of social media. Forms of terrorism leading up to the election include physical attacks, cyber-attacks, voter intimidation, and potential political conflicts. Security intelligence strategies in facing terrorism have evolved to involve prevention, intervention, and recovery. Strategic steps include establishing specialized intelligence agencies, technological advancements, and inter-agency collaboration. The evolution of security strategies related to the 2024 elections encompasses increased intelligence activities, enhanced intervention capabilities, and preparation for post-terrorism recovery. Special task forces, specialized equipment procurement, and collaboration with various stakeholders demonstrate Mako Brimob's efforts to enhance responses to terrorism threats

Efforts to improve teacher performance can be done through educational supervision carried out by school principals using an Islamic values approach in order to provide assistance and guidance to teachers through supervision activities. Guiding and providing assistance to teachers is an Islamic teaching that has existed for a long time and was exemplified by the Prophet SAW to the companions. The approach used in implementing educational supervision to improve teacher performance is based on Islamic values. The provision of supervision must be adjusted to the prototype of the teacher. Supervision must be done wisely, as written in QS. Al-Nahl/16:125. This research is a combination research (mixed methods) using sequential exploratory design method. In this model, the initial stage involves collecting quantitative data which is then complemented by qualitative data analysis. This combination of data serves to link the results of the first stage of research (quantitative data) with the next stage (qualitative data). This study aims to describe the integration of Islamic values in the implementation of educational supervision by the principal at the Muhammadiyah School in Gowa Regency. The integrated values include ihsan, sincerity, exemplary, and tajdid. This study provides an overview of the implementation of the integration of Islamic values and Kemuhammadiyahan in the implementation of educational supervision by school principals at MA Muhammadiyah Datarang, Gowa Regency. This research focuses on four aspects: ihsan, sincerity, exemplary, and tajdid. Global warming can cause climate change and have a broad impact on people's lives. The increase in global temperature is caused by increased carbon emissions due to deforestation in various countries. Forests play a very important role in solving the carbon emissions problem. One source of carbon dioxide emissions throughout the world is the existence of Tropical Forests. One of the countries that has the largest tropical forest in the world is Indonesia. Kalimantan Island is one of the largest islands and has the largest forest area in Indonesia. This research was conducted at PT. Asmin Bara Bronang who runs the company's CSR program. The variables are the implementation of CSR programs, the targets of the CSR programs implemented and their impact on changes in community behavior in forest conservation. This research also discusses the relationship between implementing CSR programs with ISO 26000 and the Sustainable Development Goals. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through interviews with 43 sources consisting of PT Asmin Bara Bronang employees and community recipients of the CSR program. The collected data was then analyzed using the content analysis method. Research shows PT. Asmin Bara Bronang carries out a CSR program contributes to changes in the behavior of the Dayak Ngaju community in efforts to preserve Kalimantan's forests.
