Soil elements, based on their abundance in the earth's crust and petrogenetic analysis aim to divide soil elements into several groups, namely major elements, trace elements and rare earth elements (REE). The research location is located in the Beruang Kanan area, Tumbang Miri District, Gunung Mas Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. The major elements and trace elements of the host rock were obtained from X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis and Plasma-Coupled Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) methods. Volcanic rocks from the Kanan Bear prospect The volcanic magmatic affinity in the study area is calc-alkaline this chemical characteristic is clearly reflected by the type of volcanic rock which is determined based on its chemical classification, which is generally igneous rock of the calc-alkaline magma series type so it is interpreted to originate from a convergent tectonic environment continental edge.

This research was conducted to analyze the performance of governance in implementing BLUD and provide recommendations for financial governance at Al Ihsan Hospital, West Java Province. This research uses a post-positivism paradigm using a balanced scorecard (BSC) approach using primary data and secondary data obtained from interviews and documentation studies. The analytical tools used are for financial performance including financial ratios and operational cost ratios to operational income (BOPO) as well as compliance aspects of financial management. Meanwhile, service performance includes customer aspects, internal business processes and learning and growth aspects. So, this research will depict the transformation conditions of BLUD management in the field in terms of financial and service performance aspects. The research results show that the growth and learning perspective has the best value compared to the other four perspectives. Therefore, in order for RSUD's to be able to implement better BLUD governance so that they can improve performance, this can be done through adjustments to regional regulations to accommodate the flexibility needs of BLUD's and implementation conditions that continue to develop in the field.

This study aims to analyze the performance of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) at the Tanara Community Health Center in Serang Regency using the Balance Scorecard approach. The Balance Scorecard emphasizes the importance of balancing various aspects such as financial and non-financial, short-term and long-term, as well as internal and external factors. The performance analysis of the BLUD is viewed from four perspectives: growth and learning, internal processes, customer satisfaction, and financial perspectives. This research adopts a quantitative approach. Data collection is conducted through surveys to gather insights into the growth and learning perspective, the internal process perspective, and the customer satisfaction perspective. Secondary data is used to analyze the BLUD's performance from the financial perspective. The results of this study indicate that the health center has not yet met the target scores set by the government. Although some indikators have been achieved, there is still a need for improvement, particularly in internal processes and customer satisfaction. To enhance the performance of the BLUD at this health center, integrated efforts are required, such as improving services and internal processes as well as fostering innovation.

Identity politicization became popular in areas of Indonesia after the 1998 reform. Political candidates use this practice to increase electability and acquire power in electoral political contestation. This condition also occurred at the 2020 Regional Head Election (Pilkada) in the East Sumba Regency. The study aims to investigate identity politicization in various forms and its impact on the 2020 Pilkada in the East Sumba Regency. This research used a qualitative method with a case study approach. The findings indicate politicized identities during the Pilkada, including candidates' religious and ethnic identities, areas of origin, social stratification, and government bureaucracy. An interesting finding in this study is the politicization of the various identities existing in society and was carried out simultaneously to gain voter support to increase the candidates' electability. The academic contribution of this research is to exploit the full potential of identity simultaneously, including kabihu identity, to respond to the candidates' practical political interests to gain power despite the impact on segregation and polarization in society and diluting Sumba cultural values. Furthermore, this study advises the government on how to improve the quality of future Pilkada.

This condition also occurred at the 2020 Regional Head Election (Pilkada) in the East Sumba Regency. The study aims to investigate identity politicization in various forms and its impact on the 2020 Pilkada in the East Sumba Regency. This research used a qualitative method with a case study approach. The findings indicate politicized identities during the Pilkada, including candidates' religious and ethnic identities, areas of origin, social stratification, and government bureaucracy. An interesting finding in this study is the politicization of the various identities existing in society and was carried out simultaneously to gain voter support to increase the candidates' electability. The academic contribution of this research is to exploit the full potential of identity simultaneously, including kabihu identity, to respond to the candidates' practical political interests to gain power despite the impact on segregation and polarization in society and diluting Sumba cultural values. Furthermore, this study advises the government on how to improve the quality of future Pilkada.","PeriodicalId":513076,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Social and Humanities","volume":"14 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141021532","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
