In the article are the newest categories the retailers used such as: Meta verse, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Voice Interface, Block-chain etc. which help the Retail entering in Meta Verse There are no more borders among VR and AR. The results from the research show that consumers can order from their home or offices but they also can do shopping walking through the stores using the applications on their smart telephones. The retailers have own websites active used in virtual selling. Further are viewed the existing problems and the technological trends of retail developing which are seeking their solvation.

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way of life of people in Bulgaria. Consumer expectations show a rapid metamorphosis, adapting to the new reality. The beer market, as part of the country's economy, is a function of the ongoing macro and micro processes in Bulgaria. The worsening demographic crisis, the lack of foreign tourist’s flow and physical restrictions imposed by the government have significantly changed consumer behavior. COVID-19 clearly shows that the role and importance of market research is increasing exponentially. Only through market research the business can create sustainable strategies that lead to growth.

The omnichannel supply chain changes the relationship between vertical and horizontal market agents. The author advocates the thesis that the cooperation between the participants in the supply chain and the cross-functional integration inside the company are key factors for the success of the commercial business in the conditions of digitalization. The aim of the study is to analyze the impact of retail transformations on supply chain relationships in an omnichannel environment. The object of research is the transformation of business models in retail trade through integration and convergence of marketing and logistics operations, symbiosis between online and offline sales and creation of omnichannel models.

ABSTRACT The broad, contested notion of vulnerability is one of the areas of education in which concerns with the mental health and wellbeing of young people come together. This paper examines the theoretical and socio-political development of the ‘vulnerability Zeitgeist’ in recent years and the extent to which it has been applied to both young people and teachers in schools. We outline how the instrumental and negative views of vulnerability, which dominate policy discourse, run counter to the more expansive and ambivalent understandings familiar from sociological and psychoanalytic theory and use two cases drawn from studies undertaken in England and Germany to highlight their deleterious effects. Our analysis suggests that a more relational and collaborative approach, which explores vulnerability from the perspectives of both teachers and students, is necessary to improve support for the most vulnerable young people. We suggest that there are benefits to focusing on the vulnerability of young people and teachers, which research has until now examined separately, together conceptually and in practice to help to build trust and change attitudes to mental health and wellbeing in schools.

The last decade has been marked by several waves of migration related to the military conflicts and wars. The consequences caused by these waves often were named as “crisis”. The aim of the paper is to find the successful measures against the spread of fake news and offensive media coverage by studying the experience of European countries. The comparative analysis of Eurostat data on migration flows and Eurobarometer public opinion surveys will be applied as an indicator for successful social campaigns. Examples can be given of good European practices for ensuring the resilience of fake news and misinformation for migrants and refugees.

The paper examines the issue of the neoliberal nature of Bulgarian health care system, which introduced at once and in non-gradual way, formed varieties of combined neoliberal and anti-neoliberal theses. This is tracked in an analysis of data from ISSP surveys in Bulgaria (2021, 2022) regarding health care inequalities. Since the two surveys use certain identical questions, comparisons were made related to the performance and attitudes towards health care, vaccination, the role of the state authorities, etc. The results defend the thesis that neoliberal attitudes to health care are bend to nonliberal expectations in a way that exemplifies a type of “roll back” neoliberalism (Peck 2002).

The Covid-19 (coronavirus) pandemic upended the global economy. The pandemic has caused various economic and social changes in the world economy, and in particular in the organization of passenger railway transport. The most visible were the reductions in mobility in the transport sector in terms of global constraints, such as travel bans, quarantines, closures of various facilities and services, border restrictions, which led to a reduction in demand for transport services. The objective of the article is to analyze the effects of the pandemic on the passenger railway transport and outline the directions for increasing the competitiveness and resilience of transport in other future crises. The methodology used is based on statistical methods and comparative analysis in the research time period 2011-2021.
