This research paper presents a comprehensive exploration of the digitization, preservation, and dance narrative exploration of Hebei's red music cultural heritage. The study investigates the multifaceted relationship between red music, digital technologies, and dance narratives, aiming to contribute significantly to the theoretical underpinnings and practical strategies for preserving and reinterpreting this unique musical tradition. Through a multidisciplinary lens, the research delves into the theoretical foundations, historical significance, and innovative methods employed to safeguard and transmit the rich narratives embedded within Hebei's red music.Drawing on existing literature, the paper highlights the pivotal role of digital technologies in preserving red music artifacts, including high-resolution audio recording, 3D scanning, and digital archiving systems. It also explores the application of dance narratives as a means to vividly recreate historical contexts and emotional depth inherent in red music compositions. Moreover, the study identifies gaps in current research, emphasizing the need for comprehensive studies addressing the intersection of digital preservation, musical heritage restoration, and dance narrative strategies within the context of China's red music culture. The research findings underscore the effectiveness of innovative choreographic approaches in recontextualizing red music narratives, as well as the potential of multimedia, virtual reality, and augmented reality technologies in designing immersive experiences that enrich audience engagement with this cultural heritage. The implications for practice and policy emphasize the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration, advanced digitization projects, and educational initiatives to ensure the continued vitality and relevance of Hebei's red music cultural heritage.

With the trend towards globalisation and increasing economic, political and cultural interconnectedness, the need for regional integration has become more pressing. However, cultural differences between member states, including differences in ethnicity, background and values, often pose an obstacle to regional integration. The European Union (EU) and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) are two very important regional organisations, although they both aim to promote regional integration and thereby develop regional economies and provide the region with international competitiveness. However, the different historical backgrounds, economic structures and political formations between the two regions have led to different models and objectives for regional integration, and thus the challenges of cultural diversity are similar as well as different in many ways. With the trend towards globalisation and the prominence of cultural diversity issues in the region, comparing the challenges and opportunities of cultural diversity in the regional integration process between the EU and ASEAN, both regions, helps to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the different models of regional integration and why policies related to cultural diversity need to be tailored, rather than copied, to the local context.

This paper studies how the movement elements of Chinese dance are integrated into sports dance, and discusses the path of integration. By analyzing the characteristics of traditional Chinese dance and the requirements of sports dance, it is found that there is a certain fit between the two. In the context of cultural inheritance and innovation, this article proposes some feasible paths, including cultivating the cross-domain ability of dance coaches and athletes, strengthening the cross-integration of dance and physical education, and promoting innovative dance creation. These paths are expected to promote the better integration of Chinese dance movement elements in sports dance, and provide new ideas and methods for the development of Chinese sports dance.

Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars on the carbon finance market, this article summarizes the development history and model innovation of domestic and EU carbon markets, and compares similarities and differences. Finally, based on the case of the EU carbon finance market, this paper summarizes experience from several aspects such as market mechanisms and supporting measures, and proposes an innovative model for promoting the development of carbon trading markets through carbon finance markets. By organically combining the two, countermeasures are proposed to promote the sustained and high-quality development of China's carbon trading market, and to fully play a role in realizing China's carbon neutrality vision.

School-enterprise cooperation is a model for vocational colleges and enterprises to jointly cultivate high-quality professional talents, which is beneficial for enhancing students' vocational abilities and competitiveness and promoting the development of vocational education. In recent years, school-enterprise cooperation has achieved certain results, but there are still many problems, School-enterprise cooperation faces constraints such as mismatched talent training mechanisms, uncoordinated talent training content, and inconsistent talent training goals, resulting in low enthusiasm among students in enterprise practices, poor adaptability, limited career development, and affecting the effectiveness and quality of school-enterprise cooperation. This article proposes strategies in four aspects: integration and co-construction of school-enterprise culture, sharing and complementing educational resources, enhancing the quality of talent training, and establishing an achievement evaluation system. These strategies aim to strengthen communication and collaboration between schools and enterprises, achieve consistency in talent training objectives and content, enhance students' core competencies and professional ethics, and promote the sustainable development of school-enterprise cooperation.

Xi Jinping stressed that party members and cadres must be politically strong and strong, and the party organization must have superb leadership ability to provide a strong political guarantee for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. The problems in the organizational construction of rural party branches are mainly manifested in the imperfect selection mechanism of branch members, the loss of a large number of outstanding local talents, and the weak economic awareness of rural party members. Therefore, how to build a complete organizational mechanism of rural party branches around the three aspects is the core of improving the leadership ability of rural party branches, and it is also the key to giving full play to the leadership of rural party branches to lead the people to achieve rural revitalization.

In today's era of rapid urbanisation and increasingly prominent ecological and environmental problems, creating a good living environment and building eco-cities to implement sustainable development has become the key to urban development in China. Based on the literature statistics and Citespace data analysis, this paper analyses the research papers on eco-city in CNKI database during 2001-2021, and analyses and summarizes the current situation and trend of eco-city research in China. The study shows that: ① the research and construction of eco-city still has great value. ② The research hotspots of eco-city have five major aspects: ecological civilisation, urbanisation/ urbanisation, indicator system, eco-city construction and sustainable development. ③ The directions of ecological civilisation construction, eco-city construction and sustainable development still occupy a place in the future direction of research and development. ④ The cooperation of scholars in the field of eco-city research is not close enough. ⑤ The field of eco-city research is in the stage of multidisciplinary cross-discipline, covering a wider range of dimensions. The research perspective, research content, and research methods and technical means are all characterised by obvious multidisciplinary intersection.

This manuscript conducts a nuanced exploration of the ramifications associated with the adoption of neoliberal development theories in Latin America, with a particular emphasis on the Chilean experience. It delves into the comprehensive implementation of neoliberal reforms under the auspices of the Washington Consensus during the 1970s, charting the trajectory of Chile's economic hardships, its subsequent period of growth, and the enduring challenges of socio-economic inequality and insufficient social welfare systems. Despite Chile's transformation into one of the region's most affluent countries, the analysis exposes the intricate relationship between economic advancements and the overarching well-being of society. The widespread protests in 2019 against entrenched neoliberal policies serve as a poignant critique of the tangible disconnect between macroeconomic success and the populace's quality of life. Through this case study, the paper advocates for a recalibration of development theories to equally value human rights and social progress as indispensable counterparts to economic prosperity, proposing a more integrated framework for sustainable development.
