Digital social innovation has been rapidly emerging around the world and is attracting more and more attention. By collating and reviewing the relevant literature of digital social innovation, the current research status is summarized, and the potential research direction in the future is analyzed. It is found that the role of digital social innovation is influenced by the development level of information and communication technology, the construction level of digital infrastructure and the commitment level of digital technicians at the technical level, the size and type of organizations and the innovation ability of organizations at the organizational level, and the policy, economic and social environment at the environmental level. The role of digital social innovation in more fields, the role of social organizations and the local practice of digital social innovation are future research directions.

This paper explores the impact of leadership styles on the performance of employee relations, using various theoretical frameworks and empirical research methods for analysis. By deeply examining the definition, classification, and role of leadership styles within organizations, it reveals the direct and indirect mechanisms through which different leadership styles affect employee attitudes, emotions, and performance. The study finds that positive leadership styles can significantly enhance the quality of employee relations, thereby promoting overall organizational performance. Additionally, the paper analyzes the mediating role of leadership styles in the process of improving employee relations performance and suggests areas for future research based on current study limitations.

This study deeply analyzes the application of scaffolded feedback in senior high school English writing instruction under the framework of sociocultural theory. Based on Vygotsky’s Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD) concept and Lantof’s 13-level Regulatory scale, this paper constructs a scaffolded feedback model to improve students’ writing ability through personalized instruction. This paper argues that under the framework of this model, teachers should follow the principles of negotiation, graduation and contingency when providing scaffolded feedback to ensure that students gradually transition from dependence on external adjustment to self-adjustment. In conclusion, the research finds that scaffolded feedback model can effectively promote the development of students’ self-correction ability and stimulate their independent learning and critical thinking. And the research can also provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for English writing teaching in high school.

An in-depth study of Chinese bureaucracy and its characteristics is an inseparable research topic in the field of social science in contemporary China. The historical lineage of Chinese bureaucracy shows a development from monarchical bureaucracy to cadre system. The Chinese bureaucratic organization is regarded as a cadre system with Chinese characteristics, characterized by hierarchy, centralization, political loyalty, meritocracy, and personification; the pressure system, administrative contract system, and project system are its operation mechanisms. China's bureaucracy has been transformed from a revolutionary group to a modern bureaucracy, and has now entered a period of adjustment and improvement. Chinese officials pay attention to moral cultivation and character building, and their selection and appointment emphasizes the principles of both virtue and talent, and puts virtue first. The structure of Chinese officials represents a hierarchical pyramid structure, and relationship is the core concept in understanding the interpersonal network of Chinese officials. The emphasis on informatization, transparency, specialization, and innovation is the focus and trend of future research on Chinese bureaucracy.

Happiness is people's eternal pursuit of the goal, but in the pursuit of the road, some people will lose themselves because of the arrival of setbacks and difficulties, forget their original heart, or because of the pressure of modern social life leads to a variety of psychological problems. People should keep their positive and optimistic attitude to achieve their goals in today's society. Through the collection and analysis of literature review, this paper mainly introduces several theories related to happiness from the perspective of positive psychology by Martin Seligman, the father of positive psychology, with the purpose of allowing people to understand how negative thinking patterns are produced and some measures can be taken to improve their positive thinking. At the same time, this paper also points out the limitations of these theories and some critical thinking and makes an in-depth exploration of the emergence and formation of these theories.

In American criminal law, criminal intent is an essential element of crime, which determines the precise accusation of this crime or that crime, and even the total difference from guilt and innocence. In criminal law legislation, criminal intent is usually divided into general intent which is the least requirement to accuse a crime, and specific intent which is only necessary for some particular crimes. As for the conviction and sentencing of murder, there was no such general or specific crime intent requirement in early common law, that is, as long as the actor illegally caused the death of others even with no intent to kill, he could be prosecuted of murder. With the development of criminal law in the United States, the actor’s intention and motive when the crime committed gradually stand out and become an important factor of sentencing, which produces a series of special provisions on criminal intent. On the basis of general intent of American criminal law, this article mainly analyzes the specific intent and its special provisions of murder laws, and points out that premeditation and malice aforethought are the important criterions for judging the type and severity of murder in most American states.

The behavior of transferring land use right in the form of equity transfer is to realize the substantive control of the target land use right in the form of equity transfer. Using this way to replace the ordinary land use right transfer can reduce the tax cost which occupies a large proportion in the whole transaction. This method conforms to the provisions of China's company law, and has the advantages of simple procedures, low taxes and fees, concealment and so on. It has become a common practice in the real estate industry. There is no clear provision in the national law on whether this behavior should be levied land value-added tax, the policy calibre of the tax department is different, and the judicial precedent has not formed a unified standard.

"Divas Hit the Road: Silk Road" transcends the conventional framework of official media in constructing the Chinese image. It shifts from a communication approach primarily focused on "self-construction" to prioritize "other-construction," while still incorporating "self-construction" in a secondary role. This shift presents a more diverse perspective of the Chinese image. Additionally, the presences of well-known actors and celebrities with a huge fan base also play important roles in international communication and the construction of the Chinese image. The show has received unanimous praise from audiences and has a wide-ranging overseas influence. It is broadcast across various social media platforms worldwide, achieving remarkable reach and impact. Upon investigation, it is observed that frame theory is mainly utilized in analyzing news events rather than variety shows. Therefore, this study adopts a case study method along with a text analysis method, employing a three-level analysis that categorizes frames into high, medium, and low levels, to analyze the Chinese variety show "Divas Hit the Road: Silk Road." The research found that the program represents a successful transformation of travel variety shows, not only breaking the "homogenization" dilemma of variety shows but also broadening the international audience's understanding of China, playing a positive role in the construction of the Chinese image.
