With the “One Belt and One Road Initiative” (BRI) initially launched in 2013, Chinese outward foreign direct investment (OFDI) has obtained a further growth, which has had an unavoidable effect on the local economic activities of recipient countries. In order to weigh the potential and long-term impact of Chinese OFDI on local economy, this paper determines to test the correlation between Chinese OFDI and changes on local industrial structure via establishing a series of indicator. Relying on the data from countries along BRI from 2013 to 2021, the paper obtain two conclusions: (1) Chinese OFDI affects and improve the industrial efficiency of countries along BRI. (2) There are not obvious evidences on the correlation between Chinese OFDI and the proportion of different industries and the rationalization of local industrial structure, which needs a extensive study.

The system of declaration of death leads to a series of changes in civil legal relations, such as the annihilation of marital relations and the creation of inheritance. China's civil code stipulates that can apply for the declaration of natural person's death for the interested party, but have the right to apply for the declaration of death of the order of the interested party is still debated in the academic community, the controversy lies in the applicant should have the order of the applicant. This paper analyzes the jurisprudence on whether the applicant for the declaration of death should have the right of precedence, and finds that the focus of the debate on the right of precedence is on the protection of property rights and interests or identity rights and interests, and finally proposes that the identity relationship of spouses be separated from the property relationship in the declaration of death, and that the declaration of disappearance be made as a pre-procedure of the declaration of death, in order to protect the legitimate interests of the interested parties.

The value of this study is to discuss the feasibility of physical education under the vision of life education by combining the life education in physical education. The author thinks that the life education in physical education can be classified into three aspects: (1) natural life perfect education (survival education, physical health education, mental health education). (2) social life adaptation and development education.(3) spiritual life promotion education. Physical education should be carried out by combining the three aspects covered by the above life education, so as to enhance the height of physical education and the quality of physical education.

In this work, Engels put the concept of equality based on materialistic view of history with extremely pungent strokes, used scientific criticism as a weapon to counter Dühring's concept of equality, and took "elimination of classes" as the logical destination of the proletariat, thus forming the logical progression of the idea of equality, which constitutes the basic content of the Marxist concept of equality.

A good image of a tourist destination is the core competitiveness and a strong factor to attract tourists. The large use of new media in life and the popularization of the Internet make the online text gradually become an important means for tourists to obtain the tourist destination information. Taking Lu 'an as an example, based on the online travel notes collected by Ctrip, Qunar and Hornet' s Nest tourism websites, this paper uses ROST Content Mining6 to perceive the tourist destination, and found that tourists have a strong perception of natural tourism resources and low experience of transportation, accommodation and other tourism reception facilities. Lu 'an should develop targeted tourism products with local characteristics, improve tourism service facilities, design diversified tourism routes to improve tourists' satisfaction and improve the image of a tourist destination.

The effective classification and recycling of rubbish has become a widely discussed topic in the society. This paper studies the economic and social benefits of sorting and recycling urban household waste. It also analyses the status quo and challenges associated with sorting and recycling urban household waste in China. To address these challenges, the paper puts forward several improvement strategies and suggestions to enhance the promotion and implementation of sorting and recycling urban household waste in China. These strategies aim to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the economy and society.
