The International Monetary Fund watches over the international monetary system and analyzes issues that could incite instability. It does this through a system called surveillance, by which it monitors, studies, integrates and evaluates data and provides advice on economic policies to its members. This paper explains what surveillance is, its function, importance, and legal regime, it analyzes recent reforms to the system and proposes recommendations on how The Fund should take advantage of these reforms to better influence countries’ decisions and therefore positively affect members´ engagement with Surveillance.

This article presents the results of research conducted in ten banana farms in the northern of the Los Ríos, Ecuador. The objective was to identify the occupational hazards to which workers are exposed that affect the safety and health of agricultural workers. The methodology used was a mixed approach; the Matrix of Labor Risks of the Ministry of Labor Relations of Ecuador (MRL) was applied to 298 workers, which establishes the guidelines to identify, evaluate and control risks. Also, the matrix GTC 45 was applied, to identify from the care of cultivation, harvesting and packing of twenty-four jobs.

The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between healthy lifestyles and the psychological well-being of students from public educational institutions in the City of Huánuco, in 2022. The research was quantitative, analytical, observational, cross-sectional, prospective and correlational, with a sample of 350. The hypotheses were verified using Pearson's Chi-square test with 95% confidence and p≤0.05. The results indicate that there was a significant relationship between the dimensions of lifestyles: eating habits, physical activity, organization of sleep and free time, and habit of consumption of harmful substances with psychological well-being..

The integration of a social approach into the public management modernization process is essential for progressing towards a results-oriented and efficient administration. In this study, a quantitative and correlational investigation was conducted using a validated questionnaire administered to 154 users. The relationship between modernization initiatives and their impact on the efficiency of resource management was examined in a municipality in the northern region of Amazonas. The results revealed a positive impact, as indicated by the Spearman correlation (Rho = 0.397). However, it is noteworthy that there remains a limitation in the ability to fully meet social needs.

Co‐existing within colonial histories, the artificial and lived are bound up with intractable violence and inequities driven by capitalist, militarist, and anthropocentric trajectories. Our collaborative article examines the 30‐year practice of the non‐binary, Gamilaraay/Wailwan/Biripi artist r e a. As we contend, r e a's experimental media arts practice pivots on sensory and affective truth‐telling of the “artificial”. Their work is a re‐Indigenization of country, body, and experience, specifically because digital art represents an “unoccupied space” for counter‐historical transformation.

This study evaluated the Rosenberg Scale, which measures self-esteem in university students in Peru, using Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The results confirmed a good fit of the model and the subscales presented high reliability. Convergent validity was confirmed. The Rosenberg Scale, focused on positive and negative self-esteem, is reliable and valid for this population. This tool is crucial for understanding self-esteem in the educational and psychological setting, influencing well-being and academic success, and offers a complete view of self-evaluation, considering confidence and self-doubt.

Given the growing unwanted social stages such as the abandonment of human beings and the growing social passivity to help them, the goal was established to Design and implement a socio-training program based on the Solidarity Learning and Service methodology, to strengthen the low citizen competence present in 36% of students at a private Peruvian university. Under a mixed approach, in a sample of 815 students from cycles I, II and III, the program obtained positive results by generating deep introspection, as well as clear commitments in the participants.

While studies in psychology frequently relate work stress to climate and work satisfaction, in this study, we sought to relate administrative management, when it is inadequate, as the generator of the negative work environment that causes workers to become physically and mentally ill when they fail to adapt. The result was that there is a very significant relationship between administrative management and work stress, as well as that coordination and control have a high correlation with work stress.
