Asesmen pembelajaran IPA dapat ditingkatkan menjadi soal HOTS untuk peserta didik saat kemampuan berpikir kritis masih rendah. Relevansi asesmen dengan jaman teknologi saat ini, guru dapat memanfaatkan asesmen digital berupa Quizizz. Tujuannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pendapat peserta didik seberapa pentingnya Quizizz sebagai asesmen digital pada soal HOTS IPA. Penelitian menggunakan jenis kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil dari wawancara maupun angket diperoleh bahwa peserta didik menyambut baik penggunaannya dan rata-rata menjawab penting adanya asesmen digital Quizizz. Sehingga soal HOTS IPA berbasis Quizizz merupakan hal penting. Banyak manfaat dari Quizizz ini, guru dapat mengembangkan atau menggunakan asesmen digital untuk soal HOTS IPA pada peserta didik kelas V di sekolah dasar.

Mathematics is a subject that is considered not easy for student. The use of conventional learning methods such as lectures and the infrequent use of instructional media are considered to be the cause of the lack of interest and motivation of student to learn mathematics. The aims of this study is to develop an audiovisual learning media for mathematics on two-dimentional figure for class II elementary schools. The method used in this study is the Reseach and Development (R&D) method. The development model used is the ADDIE which consists of five stages, those are Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects in this study were students from class II of SD Negeri Smanan 04 Pagi. The validation test results of mathematical audiovisual media on two-dimentional figure were declared very valid with the validity percentage value is 90-94 percents.

Desa Lebani Suko termasuk daerah kawasan Gresik Selatan yang merupakan daerah yang memiliki potensi tinggi terhadap banjir. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana karakteristik banjir di Desa Lebani Suko dan bagaimana pendekatan konsep Water Sensitive Urban Design dalam penanganannya. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis skoring dan komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik genangan terdapat di RW II dan RW IV dengan nilai rendah sebesar 62.5. RW I dan RW III dengan nilai sebesar 85 yaitu RW I dan RW III. Lokasi yang mengalami genangan tersebut memiliki topografi lebih rendah daripada lokasi lainnya, sehingga diperlukan penanganan banjir dengan konsep water sensitive urban design (WSUD). Karakteristik WSUD di Desa Lebani Suko yaitu buffer strips, filtration, networked public open spaces, drainage Corridors, natural drainage, setbacks, buffer zones, road alligment, dan roadside detention. Dari karakteristik tersebut, maka konsep WSUD yang dapat diterapkan di Desa Lebani Suko adalah dengan mengembangkan vegetasi yang dilengkapi dengan jalur pejalan kaki, pembangunan taman dan lapangan, pembangunan ponds pada muara drainase, normalisasi sungai dan himbauan larangan membuang sampah di sungai, penggunaan permeable pavement, perlebaran jalan, detention pond (kering) dan parit filtrasi.

This study aims to see the relationship between empowerment and job satisfaction on employee performance in Majalengka Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, with survey methods and path analysis techniques. The sample in this study was employees in the Majalengka environment with a sample size of 80 employees. The data collection technique in this research is by using a questionnaire containing several lists of statements. The results showed that (1) employee performance was directly affected by empowerment. Increased empowerment would result in an increase in performance of 3.2 percent. (2) Increased job satisfaction will result in an increase in employee performance by 19 percent. (3) job satisfaction is directly affected by empowerment, increasing empowerment will result in an increase in satisfaction by 12 percent.

This study aims to improve the ability to recognize the concept of patterns in early childhood through differentiation learning at Pembina State Kindergarten, Mojokerto City. This type of research is action research carried out in two cycles. The subjects in this study were children aged 5-6 years with a total of 16 children consisting of 10 girls and 6 boys. Data collection techniques in this study used performance, while data analysis in this study used descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in the ability to recognize pattern concepts through differentiated learning, namely the percentage of completeness in cycle I is (33.3 percent) with information that children are still confused about and often ask about the sequence of patterns that have been explained by the teacher. The increase in cycle II was (85.42) percent, with information that children were faster, precise, thorough, and independent in drawing up patterns. The conclusion from this study is that the activities of the differentiated learning model can improve the ability to recognize the concept of patterns in early childhood.

This study aims to find out anxiety in the Dangdut novel. This study uses physcopragmatic studies to reveal anxiety in the novel. The research approach used is qualitative. The data analysis technique used hermeneutic and heuristic methods. The results show that there are anxiety such as: Assertive Realistics Anxiety and Assertive Neurotics Anxiety. Assertive Realistics Anxiety is an anxiety represents the speechform that occurs in realistics anxiety symptoms. It is reflects characters experienced anxiety based on struggle for something. Something that is meant can be a a realistics problem. Assertive Neurotic Anxiety refers to conflicted and emotional characters that lead to an inability to control themselves. Characters who experience these symptoms will appear frustrated, nervous, and unable to control their behavior.

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) dr. Zainal Umar Sidiki, North Gorontalo Regency. This study uses quantitative methods with data analysis techniques used is financial ratio analysis. The results of the study using the cash ratio approach, current ratio, debt collection period ratio, fixed asset turnover ratio, return on assets, return on equity, inventory turnover ratio, and POBO ratio, it is obtained that the financial performance of RSUD dr. Zainal Umar Sidiki, North Gorontalo Regency, for the last three years has experienced fluctuations and it can be said that it is not yet in the good category based on standards

This Study aims to improve fine motor skills in early childhood through labeling activities at TKIT At-Taqwa Surabaya. Action research is the method used in this study. It is important to remember that each cycle used includes planning, action, observation and reference. The ten children who participated in this study all experienced difficulties in their fine motor skills. The data collection techniques used were field notes and documentation. The study relied on Mills' 71 percent success rate. Fine motor skills in children were found to increase by 21 percent when participating in labeling activities, according to the results of this study. The hypothesis that labeling activities in early childhood improve fine motor skills was confirmed by this increase.

In COVID-19 pandemic, many activities cannot be carried out as normal, especially in the field of education. Therefore, the government has determined that offline learning is temporarily suspended and learning is carried out online. However, E-learning has many conveniences, there are also obstacles that give rise to various student perceptions. The purpose of this study was to describe student perceptions of E-learning during the COVID-19 period at the university level in Surabaya. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research. The informants in this study were 17 English students in the year 2020 from classes A, B, and E, at PGRI Adi Buana University, Surabaya. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and interviews. The analytical technique used is the descriptive analysis technique. The results of the study revealed that most of the students had negative perceptions at first. This is due to constraints in infrastructure and connectivity such as poor internet, limited internet data and lack of suitable devices. Students have difficulty understanding the material because unstable connections affect their understanding of the material. The purpose of this study was to describe student perceptions of E-learning during the COVID-19 period at the university level in Surabaya. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research. The informants in this study were 17 English students in the year 2020 from classes A, B, and E, at PGRI Adi Buana University, Surabaya. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and interviews. The analytical technique used is the descriptive analysis technique. The results of the study revealed that most of the students had negative perceptions at first. This is due to constraints in infrastructure and connectivity such as poor internet, limited internet data and lack of suitable devices. Students have difficulty understanding the material because unstable connections affect their understanding of the material. Evaluation or assessment of learning is one part of a series of learning processes. A quality assessment device is able to measure what will be measured. In fact not all teachers do an analytical test first before the manuscript test is used. Analysis of question items is a series of activities carried out in assessing the quality of question items. Validity provides an idea which the assessment tool can measure exactly what is to be measured. The reliability of an assessment tool is to measure the extent to which the measurement results with the assessment tool are stable or consistent. Anates is an application or software developed to help carry out the analysis of question items quickly and practically. A study was carried out with the title "Analysis of Multiple Choice Test Items Using Anates in the Midterm Assessment of Class VII D of SMP Negeri 1 Ngajum, Malang". The use of the Anates application version 4.0.9 has proven effective in making it easier for educators to analyze multiple choice test quickly. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the correlation of question number 4 compared to the total score is very significant, while the correlation of questions number 6, 7, and 8 is significant. The differentiating power of questions number 1, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 10 is very good, acceptable while question number 9 the differentiating power needs to be improved. Questions number 1, 2, and 5 are very easy, questions number 3 are easy, questions number 7, 8, 10 are medium, questions number 4, 6, and 9 are difficult. Distractors numbered 1B, 1D, 3B, 3D, 4D, 5D, 6D, 7B, 8B should be replaced, while distractors numbers 1C, 6B, 7A, and 7C need to be revised.
