Upaya menggali bakat seni mahasiswa calon guru matematika bukan suatu hal yang mudah. Mahasiswa program studi matematika mempunyai karakterikstik yang berbeda. Sesuai dengan ilmu pengetahuan yang ditimbanya yaitu matematika yang masuk dalam salah satu rumpun pengetahuan eksak, artinya ilmu yang membawa ke pemikiran praktis dan pasti. Asumsi peneliti mahasiswa program studi matematika kurang antusias didalam seni budaya,hal ini disebabkan karena kebiasaan berpikir praktis dan pasti. Untuk itulah perlu diupayakan penggalian bakat seni bagi masing-masing mahasiswa, agar mahasiswa mampu berkarya seni dan dapat memaknai seni bagi kehidupannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Subjeknya mahasiswa pendidikan matematika Angkatan 2014. Untuk terlaksananya penggalian bakat seni mahasiswaa melalui perkuliahan ISBD ini, maka sangat dibutuhkan dosen pengajar ISBD yang juga tangguh untuk mengerti seni dan menjadi praktisi seni. Melalui pengajaran ISBD diharapkan mahasiswa mulai mencintai seni sekaligus menjadi pelaku seni.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakang oleh fakta bahwa anak-anak di grup B mengalami kesulitan dalam mengasah kemampuan mereka untuk mematuhi aturan permainan, empati, bekerja sama, tanggung jawab, bermain dengan rekan-rekan, menunggu giliran mereka untuk bermain dan persaingan yang adil. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan sampel 25 anak berusia 5-6 tahun. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah post test dan pres test. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen uji, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis secara statistik oleh Design One Group Pre-Test dan post test. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian ini adalah t-test. Dari data yang dikumpulkan dan dari hasil perhitungan data dapat diketahui atau menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan sosial setelah diperlakukan dengan permainan tradisional boy-boyan memiliki pengaruh dengan peningkatan 2,95 sedangkan skor sebelum dirawat oleh permainan tradisional boy-boyan adalah 2.62. Dan berdasarkan hasil tes t-count nilai yang diperoleh (7.431) lebih besar dari tabel t (1.711) dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% berarti ada pengaruh signifikan antara permainan boy-boy tradisional pada perkembangan sosial pada anak kelompok B Muslimat NU TK 79 Jemundo Taman Sidoarjo.

Perencanaan strategis dalam dunia pendidikan berfungsi sebagai alat untuk mengarahkan kegiatan pendidikan agar efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran utuh mengenai penyusunan dan pelaksanaan perencanaan strategis tahun 2011-2014 di Madrasah Pembangunan. Bagaimana tahapan-tahapan penyusunan dan pelaksanaan dari awal sosialisasi sampai dengan evaluasi termasuk didalamnya proses penerjemahan dokumen perencanaan strategis menjadi dokumen panduan teknis pelaksanaan program dan kegiatan. Metode penelitian ini adalah qualitatif deskriptif dengan peneliti sebagai instrumen penelitian atau disebut juga sebagai human instrument. Penentuan nara sumber dilakukan berdasarkan rekomendasi dari nara sumber inti secara purposive sampling dan snowball. Teknik pengumpulan data melakukan observasi langsung, memotret tempat penelitian, merekam wawancara dengan nara sumber dan mengumpulkan data-data atau dokumen yang didapatkan dari nara sumber. Temuan dari penelitian (1) Perencanaan strategis Madrasah Pembangunan tahun 2011-2014 telah disusun sesuai dengan standar merujuk pada Permendiknas Nomor: 2 Tahun 2010. (2) Perencanaan strategis Madrasah Pembangunan tahun 2011-2014 telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan telah menjadi acuan dalam setiap kebijakan yang diputuskan oleh manajemen.

This study aims to prove whether or not there are significant differences between of the models of Problem Based Learning (PBL) and Discovery Learning (DL) in terms of increasing the mathematical problem solving abilities of elementary school students. This study is included in meta-analysis research. Based on the data analysis results, the models of PBL increased an average of 19,56% greater than DL of 19,01%. Ancova test results show that there is a significant difference between PBL and DL in terms of mathematical problem solving abilities. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan ada tidaknya perbedaan signifikan antara model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dan Discovery Learning (DL) ditinjau dari peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa SD. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian meta analisis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, model pembelajaran PBL mengalami peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 19,56% lebih besar dari model pembelajaran DL sebesar 19,01%. Hasil uji Ancova menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara PBL dan DL ditinjau dari peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika.

Kinerja sesuatu yang penting dalam kesanggupan melaksanakan tugas. Mahasiswa yang termasuk jenis pekerja ringan, perlu juga memiliki indeks kesanggupan yang baik maupun sedang. Penelitan ini menggunakan metode percobaan terhadap 23 orang mahasiswa. Semua responden berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Percobaan dilakukan di Laboraturium Ergonomi Teknik Industri Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya. Hasil: kinerja ada yang memiliki kesanggupan kurang dengan jumlah 11 orang mahasiswa (47,83%), memiliki kesanggupan sedang 8 orang (34,78% ), dan memiliki kesanggupan baik ada 4 0rang (34,78%). Saran: agar kinerja bagus maka harus pemanasan sebelum tes, makan yang cukup, tidak lelah, jantung beerja baik atau VO2max terpernuhi

Penerapan metode latihan single leg jump dalam penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan pengaruh penerapan metode latihan single leg jump terhadap kemampuan plying shoot pemain bola tangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilakukan secara terstruktur mengenai deskripsi data metode latihan single leg jump pengaruh terhadap kemampuan plying shoot. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan One Group Pretest-Postest Design. Populasi penelitian mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani, FKIP Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya, sedangkan sampel mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani angkatan 2017 diambil secara purposive berjumlah 20 orang. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis uji-t dengan tingkat signifikansi (sign. 0.05) dan derajat kebebasan (dk) = 19 menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 2.26 dan t tabel sebesar 1.73 berartti nilai t hitung > t tabel (> 0.05), artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan penerapan metode latihan single leg jump terhadap kemampuan plying shoot pemain bola tangan. Hasil tersebut memberikan jawaban pada permasalahan penelitian bahwa metode latihan single leg jump memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemampuan keterampilan plying shoot pemain bola tangan

In recent years, consumers are facilitated with online shop applications and websites. They are no longer needed to visit the “brick-and-mortar” shop to satisfy their needs and wants. Consumers can access the online shop as long as they smart phones are connected to internet network. Online shop also offers a great variety of products and services. This is an interesting topics to be discussed and researched. This reasearch is aimed to provide the evidence that there are positive affects among perceived security, ease of payment, trust in application/website, and online shopping intention. 450 respondents are participated in this research. Path analysis is used to examine the six hypotheses. The result shows that most of hypotheses are supported except H1b which states that perceived security positively affects online shopping intention. Local governments play a significant role in the life of the community and the national economy which can be achieved in fiscal health conditions reflected in the low disparity in income structure towards regional expenditure. The inability of regions to escape fiscal dependence is due to the low income, especially from Pendapatan Asli Daerah, which causes fiscal stress which then impacts on policies and implementation of regional spending through spending on programs and activities. This study will examine the relationship between Fiscal Stress and Pendapatan Asli Daerah and expenditure of East Nusa Tenggara Province through simple linear regression testing using secondary data Pertumbuhan Pendapatan Asli Daerah and Belanja Langsung using a sample of six (6) districts / cities in 2014-2016 The results of the study show that the fiscal stress variable does not affect the income structure through Pertumbuhan Pendapatan Asli Daerah and Belanja Langsung at a significance level of <0.05. The results of this study contribute to local budget policies and theoretically to the use of direct expenditure variables that are different from previous studies. Job satisfaction is one of the keys to accomplish optimal performance. Therefore, conditioning the organization to create job satisfaction is very important. This study aims to prove that the optimization of employee performance can be achieved especially if the job satisfaction has been realized, using career development, competence, and compensation as indicators. This research method was descriptive-verification with the collection data using survey that sampling uses saturated sampling and analyzed using the Structural Equation Model. The object research was employees of the Regional Forestry Service work units of Central Sulawesi Province. The results proved that the job satisfaction was a very important factor in mediating (full mediating variables) the variables of career development, competence, and compensation in improving employee performance, which is indicated by a positive and significant effect. Furthermore, it was proven that the biggest contribution affecting employee performance was the variable job satisfaction, with career development contributes to the highest influence on job satisfaction, followed by competence, and compensation. This article provide consideration for the Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards Board that requires a review of Indonesia's Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) 68 concerning Measurement of Fair Value. Fair Value has potential misinterpretation definition between price and value. This potential misinterpretation is indicated to be the rationale put forward in the fair value hierarchy which is indicated unfair. This potential based on claims at each level which can be questioned with the existence of aggressive discretionary issues and the analogy of financial statement analysis. However, this problem had been proven getting down by involvement of independent and professional assessment. Therefore, fair value hierarchy has the same potential of reliability by the third party. If each level has the same potential, this hierarchy can be removed to avoid misinterpretation by users of financial statements. The obligation to disclose the basis of valuation is fairer to be implemented than the hierarchy which is have potensial misinterpretation. This opinion was not without foundation, because this article based on a literature review that starts from: 1) study of the relevance of the Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards concerning fair value with the Indonesian Assessment Standards; 2) fundamental study to interpret fair value based on review literature; and 3) study of allegations of the same potential submitted in the direction of fair value as regulated in PSAK 68.
