Pemaknaan Hadis-Hadis Jihad dalam Website VOA ISLAM dan Relevansinya dengan Diskursus Islam Indonesia

The Meaning of the Hadiths of Jihad in the VOA ISLAM Website and its Relevance to Indonesian Islamic DiscourseThis paper aims to determine the meaning of jihad hadiths on website and their relevance to Indonesian Islamic discourse. This is based on the phenomenon in which the current era of jihad hadith is often interpreted textually because it only relies on an understanding that is physical or literal. While the actual understanding of hadith is not that simple, it involves checking the sanad (transmission of hadith) and matan. If sanad and matan of a hadith are considered authentic, the next step is the use of fiqh al-hadith as a method for understanding a hadith by involving the socio-historical side and contextualizing meaning. Today, websites often used as references as legal references or solutions to various problems of Muslims. One of them is website which contains a lot of Islamic discourse that contains hadith, one of which is the hadith about jihad. This research is a qualitative research in the form of library research with descriptive analysis method. The meaning applied by website in understanding jihad hadiths is textually (haqiqi), that the word jihad in the hadith is understood more about war. The relevance of the meaning of jihad hadiths on website , especially on the meaning of war jihad, is irrelevant to Indonesian Islam. This is based on the situation and conditions of religious and state life in Indonesia which upholds peace. Moreover, the identity of Indonesian Islam is Islam wasathiyah (moderate), which leans on the principles of tawasuth, tawazun, ta'adul and tasamuh which cover various aspects of life.

Local Context in Interpreting Tolerance Verses in the Book of Tafsir Al-Mishbah by M. Quraish ShihabThe search for the idea of tolerance in the interpretation of the Qur'an which is popular in Indonesia is an important thing to do, given the condition of the pluralistic Indonesian nation. This study explores the local context of Indonesian textually in the interpretation of al-Mishbah by M. Quraish Shihab. This study was conducted through a textual analysis of the interpretation. The focus of this study is on the interpretation of the verses of tolerance in Tafsir Al-Mishbah, especially on five things: the interaction of believers and non-believers, coercion in religion, living together with people of different religions, the existence of people of the book [Ahl al-Kitab], and Islam as a mercy to the universe. This study finds that the local Indonesian context contained in this interpretation is in the translation and interpretation written in Indonesian. Although it is aimed at Muslims in general, it is clear that Muslims in Indonesia are part of the target. In the context of pluralism, the writing of this commentary is also intended to ground the Qur'an to a pluralistic society

The Relevance of the Interpretation of The Qur’an with Qaul Al-Ṣaḥābah as a source of Islamic law in the current era 《古兰经》的解释与古兰经-Ṣaḥābah在当今时代作为伊斯兰教法的来源的相关性

The interpretation of the Qur’an with Qaul al-ṣaḥābah is a product of classical scholars. Interpretation with Qaul al-ṣaḥābah is considered as a very representative explanation of the truth of the understanding of the Qur’an because they are still meeting with the Prophet Muḥammad so that there are not many deviations. But this method of interpretation is often forgotten in the writing of tafsīr. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the process of interpretation of the Qur’an conducted by ṣaḥābah. This article is a research library with a descriptive approach to collect documentation data from various articles, books then analyzed by content analysis. The results of this research are the strengths of Tafsīr al-Ṣaḥābah are that they are neutral regardless of political interests or schools of thought, are free from the history of isrā’iliyyāt, and no difference. While its weakness is not yet interpreted broadly and in detail, it is still partial and free of critical nature. In some instances in the current era, it is possible to make laws based on Qaul al-ṣaḥābah as one of the sources of Islamic law. The similarity of this research with previous research is to discuss the interpretation of Qaul al-Ṣhaḥābah, including the characteristics and instruments and examples of interpretations of the Qur’an carried out by Ṣaḥābah, such as Ibn’ Abbās, Ibn Masʻūd, ‘Āisyah, Abū Hurairah and ‘Alī bin Abī Ṭālib. While the difference is this research found the strengths and weaknesses of the interpretation of Qaul al-Ṣhaḥābah. In the discussion, this article also analyzes Qaul al-Ṣhaḥābah as a source of Islamic law in the current era

Implementasi Pemikiran Hermeneutika Martin Heidegger dalam Studi Tafsir Alquran 解释性思想在研究《古兰经》时的执行

Implementation of Martin Heidegger's Hermeneutic Thought in the Study of Quranic InterpretationThis article examines Martin Heidegger's hermeneutical thinking and its relevance in the discourse on the science of Qur'anic interpretation. This research was designed with qualitative methods and included in library research. The analysis used by the researcher is data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. From the study conducted, it can be seen that: 1) Heidegger's metaphysical deconstruction project begins with a realignment of the most basic of metaphysics, namely the question of being; 2) Heidegger is able to include hermeneutics as part of the study of philosophy, precisely as a form of methodical response in which the subject-object perspective must be objectified through a mode of understanding the world above the consciousness of the subject, so as not to produce a rigid and black-and-white understanding of reality-as stated by Wilhem Dilthey with his Geisteswissencheften and Naturwissencheften; 3) Regarding the integration of hermeneutics into the study of the Qur'an, some of Heidegger's thoughts are considered applicable to open horizons regarding the reality of the interpretation of the Qur'an itself. Regarding the facticity or flux experienced by dasein, it gives us an understanding that the socio-cultural conditions in which dasein lives can affect the formation of human understanding (interpreter), which in the study of interpretation is accommodated with the term pre-understanding or mahaula al-mufassir. The theory about the temporality of dasein at least inspires Muslim thinkers to continue to carry out interpretive activities in order to present religious dictums that have relevance to different social conditions between dasein

Konsep Pemikiran Sayyid Qutb tentang Bai’ah: Studi Analisis Tafsir Fi Zilalil Qur’an 拜德·库特布对百叶雅的思想概念

Sayyid Qutb's Concept of Bai'ah: Analytical Study of Tafsir Fi Zilalil Qur'anSayyid Qutb's thought in the political dimension is the concept of bai'ah. Bai'ah is an oath of allegiance to the leader as was often done by the companions of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This article aims to review Sayyid Qutb's thought on the meaning of bai'ah which describes the promise of allegiance and the difference with the integrity pact. This article belongs to literature research with a qualitative approach. The methodology used is an analytical study of tamatic interpretation of the word 'bai'ah' in the book of Tafseer Fi Zilali Al-Quran. As for the verses of the Qur'an related to bai'ah have been found in Surah Al-Fath: 10, 18, and Surah Al-Mumtahanah: 12. The results of the study conclude two main things, first; Bai’ah initiated by Sayyid Qutb must depart from the right dimension of aqidah (not associating partners with Allah SWT) and be pious by not carrying out various actions prohibited by Him. Second; bai'ah is different from the integrity pact, if the integrity pact is more loyal in terms of work, bai'ah consists more of religious and state loyalty.
