Problem setting. The national security system of the state is a single complex of military-technical, informational, economic, social-political, spiritual and other factors. In particular, the spiritual security of society is the basis for preserving the statehood and prosperity of the nation in the global competitive struggle. In such conditions, the role and significance of the spiritual security of society is of particular importance for state-building and nation-building processes in modern Ukraine. Recent research and publications analysis. The issue of spiritual security has become the subject of scientific research in various paradigmatic measures. Thus, V. Baranivsky emphasizes that spiritual security is an important factor in the existence of a nation and a state, and neglect of it can lead to the collapse of the country. The scientist V. Klyus reveals the essence of threats in the spiritual sphere of society, classifying them into two groups: threats that endanger the spiritual world of man and threaten the stable functioning of all forms of social consciousness and mentality. A number of researchers, G. Sitnik, L. Belovetska, B. Bukrinsky, V. Stepanov, S. Ponomarevsky, and others, offer their own interpretation of the essence, functions and classification of national values as the basis of the spiritual security of our people at the present stage of the national state-building. Paper main body. Spiritual security of the society is directed at the protection of national values and development priorities, the mentally-civilized basis of the existence of the Ukrainian people, and the preservation of its cultural identity in the global processes of the present. According to V. Krutov, today Ukraine needs a fundamental and effective theory of ensuring national security through the prism of spirituality as regards individual citizens, people, society, and the state as a whole. Solidifying with the thoughts of the previous author, we note that in our time, any state should be prepared to withstand negative external influences, in particular, information attacks aimed at the spiritual sphere of society's life. According to experts, the first group includes the danger of the destruction of the spiritual world of a person threatening the formation of her consciousness, ideological foundations, freedom of thought, beliefs, intellectual activity. The second group is a threat to the well-established functioning of all forms of social and mass consciousness and mentality. Conclusions of the research. The spiritual security of Ukrainian society is the key to preserving the national identity of our people, an important factor in building a modern democratic, European state. The spiritual security of Ukrainian society is based on national and universal values and aimed at protecting the national and cultural subjectivity of our people.

Problem setting. The analysis of the phenomenon of interpreting of the past history as a factor in constructing reality raises the interest of many contemporary thinkers. At the same time, in the modern world, the innovation is the use of historical memory and modern social myth to explain and construct the picture of the past. The power elites are actively using historical memory to form the image of the state and the nation, creating an official version of history in confronting their opponents in the international arena, seeking self-determination, positioning in the modern world, and most importantly - their own internal self-determination and consolidation. The special relevance of the research is given by the specifics of modern Ukrainian society, when in the conditions of the domination of the social uncertainty of a globalized world, recourse to the origins of national-civilizational identity becomes necessary in order to strengthen social and political stability. The rule of pluralism of ideas of comprehension of the past acts as the foundation for purposeful development of society, as well as stave one of the sources for the formation of new social perspectives. An important factor in increasing the need for a new interpretation of history can be recognized as the "acceleration of time", the distance from the past, requiring its explanation. The search for a "new" historical past, "other" interpretations of known historical facts is offset by mythological design. Recent research and publications analysis. Historiography of the author determined by the problem is large. The basis for understanding the modern myth was the work of M. Eliade, K. Levy-Strauss, R. Bart, B. Malinowski, M. Eliade, C. G. Jung, E. Cassirera. A. Schopenhauer, J. Sorel, P. Gurevich. Досліджені соціальний досвід та правові цінності як виміри-явища та як структурні складові феноменологічної моделі. Вихідним структурним елементом та загальною смисловою рамкою феноменологічної моделі визначений соціальний досвід. Розглянута змістовно-генетична єдність соціального досвіду з поняттям «досвід», «життєвий світ» та «діяльність». Обґрунтовано, що соціальний досвід – це завжди досвід діяльності, узятої з боку проявів суб’єкта. Визначений зв'язок між правовими цінностями та правовими нормами, а також показана відмінність між ними.

Problem setting. A daily occurence plays an important role forming of personality. Definition a daily "occurence" is all more often present on the pages of scientific editions and in the subjects of forums of scientists. Everyday reality is a place of stay of personality, and an everyday idea it his support. A daily occurence is the world of experience, in that an empiric subject operates at the level of mind. Recent research and publications analysis. The general theoretic questions of history of daily occurence are presented in works of західноєвропейських scientists of P. Berger, F. Brodel, G. Garfinkel, E. Guserl, T. Lukman, A. Lyudtke, A. Sikurel, A. Shyuts and other researchers. Paper objective. Research of philosophical sense of concept "measure" is in the context of the vital world of personality and multidimensionalness of daily occurence. Paper main body. In article cross-disciplinary approach to understanding of a concept of multidimensionality of daily occurrence and its substantial filling is used. The phenomenon of a measure arises on crossing of various vital centers therefore has a direct bearing on a problem of integrity of the vital world of the personality. On the basis of the critical analysis of different views on problems of the vital world of the personality, the axiological component of regularity is proved in parameters of daily occurrence and it is reflexed as a component of the vital world of the personality. The philosophy of "regularity" is connected with rubezhny events, change of sociocultural paradigms, marginal situations of various type which express the need of considerably new movement of thinking, of thinking as the creativity capable to throw down a challenge to own stereotypes, inertness, dogmatism, social apathy in which the mobility of borders is especially shown. The present stage of development of a civilization is characteristic not only rapid change of some processes by others, but also the increased level of riskogenny situations in which there is a certain person. An exit from these situations demands from the person of adoption of non-standard decisions, creative approach. Conclusions of the research. It means that the person cannot hide for certain another, he has to act one, at own risk. As for a way of life in virtual the world as new post-human reality, it is worth to remember that everyday life - is initial and main reality, and all other realities only derivative of initial. Need of development of rules of law, morals on a basis to a konventsializm so on feeling of a measure attracts attention.

Problem setting . In the modern methodology, the issues related to the impossibility of fulfilling the general scientific logical requirements of completeness and consistency are actualized: "whitish spots" testify to the inability to achieve the ideal of scientific completeness, and legal conflicts - about the contradiction of legal norms, which is potentially present in the legal system. Therefore, in relation to the problems of modern legal methodology, logical investigations are conducted with the intention of realizing non-classical ways of reasoning. Recent research and publications analysis. In studies on legal methodology, the logical form is used as a "frame", for which the legal form is harmonized. Legal logic has distinct characteristics about traditional and classical logic, which need to be addressed. Researchers in legal logic refer to informal logic. Paper objective. The purpose of the article is to cover the paradigmatic characteristics of logic involved in legal methodology, justification of the logical toolkit in the perspective of the execution of legal tasks. Paper main body. At the legislative level and in the legal theory, lawyers rate a legal subject using the strongest and most effective in terms of achieving the truth and therefore the most influential practices of convincing logical forms and techniques. These, for example, include: modus Barbara simple categorical syllogism, known as litigation mode; modus ponens of conditional categorical syllogism, which is a logical form intended to form qualifications in violation of law (it is called legal syllogism); modus tollens conditional-categorical syllogism, which appears as a logical form as a formally-logical standard of the legal norm, etc. Thus, the logical form of legal qualification has a structure of conditional-categorical syllogism, modus ponens. On the other hand, legal logic differs from traditional and classical logic by the fact that it limits logical possibilities of cognition and implies deviation from logical rules, creating an exception in the logic of a legal subject. Limitation of logical possibilities is carried out from the point of view of the tasks of legal epistemology. That is, not all truths have legal significance. Restrictions and exceptions regarding logical rules are conditioned in particular by doubts as to whether the desired goal is achieved by qualifying concrete facts in terms of the logic of abstract subjects. Qualification from a legal point of view means establishing an identity (full or partial) of the attributes. The question arises: can there be identical signs of an abstract (or generalized on a high level) and specific subjects. In the modern methodology, the issues related to the impossibility of fulfilling the general scientific logical requirements of completeness and consistency are actualized: \"whitish spots\" testify to the inability to achieve the ideal of scientific completeness, and legal conflicts - about the contradiction of legal norms, which is potentially present in the legal system. Therefore, in relation to the problems of modern legal methodology, logical investigations are conducted with the intention of realizing non-classical ways of reasoning. Recent research and publications analysis. In studies on legal methodology, the logical form is used as a \"frame\", for which the legal form is harmonized. Legal logic has distinct characteristics about traditional and classical logic, which need to be addressed. Researchers in legal logic refer to informal logic. Paper objective. The purpose of the article is to cover the paradigmatic characteristics of logic involved in legal methodology, justification of the logical toolkit in the perspective of the execution of legal tasks. Paper main body. At the legislative level and in the legal theory, lawyers rate a legal subject using the strongest and most effective in terms of achieving the truth and therefore the most influential practices of convincing logical forms and techniques. These, for example, include: modus Barbara simple categorical syllogism, known as litigation mode; modus ponens of conditional categorical syllogism, which is a logical form intended to form qualifications in violation of law (it is called legal syllogism); modus tollens conditional-categorical syllogism, which appears as a logical form as a formally-logical standard of the legal norm, etc. Thus, the logical form of legal qualification has a structure of conditional-categorical syllogism, modus ponens. On the other hand, legal logic differs from traditional and classical logic by the fact that it limits logical possibilities of cognition and implies deviation from logical rules, creating an exception in the logic of a legal subject. Limitation of logical possibilities is carried out from the point of view of the tasks of legal epistemology. That is, not all truths have legal significance. Restrictions and exceptions regarding logical rules are conditioned in particular by doubts as to whether the desired goal is achieved by qualifying concrete facts in terms of the logic of abstract subjects. Qualification from a legal point of view means establishing an identity (full or partial) of the attributes. The question arises: can there be identical signs of an abstract (or generalized on a high level) and specific subjects. The logical paradigm of abstract thinking is based on the ratio of gender and form, and the logical paradigm of specific thinking is based on the ratio of the part and the whole.
