The Neural Mechanism of Positive Emotion and the Effect of AI + Education on It 积极情绪的神经机制及人工智能+教育对其的影响

Cognitive psychology, represented by the expansion-construction theory, believes that positive emotions can broaden the scope of cognition, promote cognitive processes such as creative problem solving, executive control, cognitive flexibility, attention and decision-making. However, they cannot explain the phenomena in some experiments that are contrary to this conclusion. Thus, the motivational dimension model came into being. The theory believes that the effect of emotion on cognition is related to the motivation of emotion rather than its valance. After combing the literatures, it was found that dopamine mediates the positive emotions promoting cognitive activities. The activation of frontal lobe, anterior cingulate cortex, orbitofrontal cortex, hippocampus and amygdala are all the brain mechanisms for positive emotions. Looking ahead, further research on neurophysiological mechanisms will promote scholars’ more comprehensive and profound understanding of positive emotions. AI + education refers to the deep integration and development of artificial intelligence and education, taking the application of artificial intelligence based on education scenes as the path to promote education equity, improve education quality and realize education personalization. It can better perceive students' dynamic learning path and emotional change, and the teaching effect is better.

A Research for Feasibility Analysis and Model Building of e-Tourism Industrial Value Chain with Cooperation of Industry, Government and University in Taiwan 台湾产、政、学合作的电子旅游产业价值链可行性分析与模型建构研究

This paper investigates the technical resources of cooperation of industry, government and university, and how industrial value chains (IVC) in e-tourism industry develop in such collaboration. First, the chance of cooperation between small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in tourism industry and information technology developers were discovered inside the national industry policies of Taiwan, and local technological universities could play a key role inside as an official resource importer. Then, theoretical feasibility of industry-government-university cooperation in e-tourism and IVC were testified to build the core concept of e-tourism IVC model with cooperation of industry, government and university. Furthermore, based on prospective framework in e-tourism, the research team, consisting of professionals in various fields, put the concept into practice by endeavoring to collaborate with enterprises in tourism and information and communication technology (ICT) industry. After complying with requirements of grant applying programs, the team acquired funds of 570,000 NTD from Ministry of Education (MOE), companies and universities, making this cooperation model preliminarily practical. As stated above, e-tourism IVC model with cooperation of industry, government and university is an applicable university-industry cooperation (UIC) model technological universities can utilize to enhance competitiveness of ICT and tourism industries, as well as SMEs.

Strategic Approach to Implementation and Integration of Routing-Based Tasks in Warehouse Management Information Systems 仓库管理信息系统中基于路由的任务实现与集成的策略方法

One of the frequently occurring tasks during the development of warehouse management systems is the implementation of routing algorithms of some kind. Whether it is for routing workers during order picking, delivery vehicles or company representatives, this task has proven to be challenging in the technical as well as the social sense. In other words, the task is heavily dependent on various general and company-specific constraints and it directly dictates the way employees should do their job. This paper describes a strategic approach to the development and gradual integration of such algorithms which makes sure that all constraints are satisfied and, more importantly, ensures that route suggestions are viewed by the employees as a helpful tool rather than a threat to their job. In the first part of this paper, the approach is described and evaluated on a warehouse representative routing problem through a real-world case study in a medium-to-large warehouse. In the second part, the same approach is adapted to a delivery vehicle routing problem for a smaller retailer company. In both cases, routing efficiency almost doubled in comparison to previous approaches used by the companies. The most important factors of the implementation and integration stages as well as the impact of the changes on employee satisfaction are aggregated, analysed in detail, and discussed throughout different stages of development.

Electronic Business and Trust – Anything is Possible 电子商务与信任——一切皆有可能

Electronic Business is based on trust between the seller and the buyer. Trust is not an issue if seller and buyer know each other, and they have an existing business relationship. However, when there are no earlier experiences, when the customer is not familiar with the vendor or the products and services are new – trust can be challenging. If there is no knowledge whether the vendor is trustworthy, the buyer is trying to find different kinds of reviews and experiences from other customers to make sure the buying decision is right. Here we look at how these cues could be made available, and in this way adding value to both vendor and buyer. Ultimately, better information increases trust and helps in developing successful business.

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Agricultural Products Cross-Border e-Commerce Development in Yunnan Province of China 云南省农产品跨境电子商务发展的影响因素分析

With the rapid development of e-commerce in China and the “one belt and one road” construction, cross-border e-commerce has blowout in China. In recent years, Yunnan Province has vigorously promoted the development of agricultural products cross-border e-commerce from the government level. This paper investigated cross-border e-commerce enterprises and foreign trade enterprises in Yunnan Province, and collected reliable data through expert consultation. Then using the “SWOT + AHP” analysis method, found out the influencing factors of cross-border e-commerce development of agricultural products in Yunnan Province. Results showed that in the development of agricultural products cross-border e-commerce in Yunnan, there are location advantage, policy support and further deepening of economic and trade exchanges with ASEAN three main advantages, and pressure from competitors, weak brand awareness and lack of professional personnel three main constraints. The study provided theoretical reference for e-commerce enterprises and government to promote the development of agricultural e-commerce.
随着中国电子商务的快速发展和“b一带一路”的建设,跨境电子商务在中国已经井喷。近年来,云南省从政府层面大力推动农产品跨境电子商务的发展。本文对云南省跨境电商企业和外贸企业进行调查,通过专家咨询收集可靠数据。然后运用“SWOT + AHP”分析方法,找出云南省农产品跨境电子商务发展的影响因素。结果表明,在云南农产品跨境电商发展中,存在区位优势、政策支持和与东盟进一步深化经贸交流三大主要优势,以及竞争对手压力、品牌知名度弱和专业人才缺乏三大主要制约因素。研究为电子商务企业和政府推动农业电子商务的发展提供了理论参考。

Evaluation of the Implementation of C2B, B2C, B2B, A2C and A2B Models of e-Commerce in Excellence Education System of Academic Institutions Using AHP and Fuzzy AHP 运用层次分析法和模糊层次分析法评价高校优秀教育系统中C2B、B2C、B2B、A2C和A2B电子商务模式的实施情况

In this study, an innovative adoption of E-commerce models including C2B, B2C, A2C, A2B and B2B for excellence education systems regarding the thesis definition and examination is proposed. Prioritization of these models is performed by considering the imminent strength and potential of each model itemized by some criteria using AHP and fuzzy AHP. Results revealed that the first preferable model is C2B by which the most effective results can be obtained in academic systems. So, this model can be useful not only as a business model for the academic institutions and worldwide universities to manage their financial affairs and enhance their relations with industrial and commercial societies, but also as a preventing method for ill-managed projects or even as a prohibiting tool for plagiarism.

Stock Movement Modeling Based on the Analysis of Negative Correlation 基于负相关分析的股票走势建模

This research presents the data-driven modeling method to derive a combined trading model from the analysis of negative correlations among the top-five active stocks from each sector of the Thailand stock market. The negative movements are computed from the closing price direction of major stocks in the eight biggest sectors. The highly negative correlated stocks among market groups are then used to build predictive trading models with three algorithms: regression analysis, generalized linear modeling, and chi-square automatic interaction detection. An ensemble from the combination of the best two models is then created. The experimental results reveal that the proposed method of trading based on negative movement analysis can accurately predict closing price of the active stock with low error rate around 1.86%.

The highly negative correlated stocks among market groups are then used to build predictive trading models with three algorithms: regression analysis, generalized linear modeling, and chi-square automatic interaction detection. An ensemble from the combination of the best two models is then created. The Impact of Educational Technology Tool Usage in Teaching in Raising the Academic Achievement of Teachers and Students: A Study in East Jerusalem Schools 教学中使用教育技术工具对提高教师和学生学业成绩的影响:对东耶路撒冷学校的研究

This study investigates the impact of the use of modern technology in supporting the educational process in schools in Jerusalem and the implications for the academic achievement of both teachers and students. First, the types of technological tools used in education are introduced and then their relative importance, availability and use in schools in Jerusalem are examined. Next, a descriptive analytical approach is used to explore the importance of employing technological tools in the educational process from both the teachers’ and the students’ perspectives. From this analysis, it is concluded that the use of technological tools plays an important role in the success of the educational process and that their use is reflected positively in a raising of the competence level of teachers. In addition, the use of technological tools improves the educational activities of the students, and their use achieves many of the desired educational goals due to their features and characteristics. This study therefore recommends that the level of interest in technological tools and their use in the educational process needs to be increased and that attention needs to be paid to the continuous training of teachers on how to use these tools effectively in the educational process.

Developing SDL Culture Using CAI and Feedback Learning 利用CAI和反馈学习发展SDL文化

This article demonstrates the Self-directed Learning (SDL) culture development using e-learning based on learning module called Extended Computer Aided Instruction (Extended-CAI) and feedback learning model called Gamma Feedback Learning Model (GFLM). In the Indonesian context, there are two main problems in Self-directed learning culture development, the technological challenges, and the cultural issues. The e-learning implementation in Indonesia mostly uses a Learning Management System (LMS) to manage learning activity outside the classroom. The uses of LMS cannot develop SDL culture because of passive learning culture still dominant, the internet technology not fully support, and the content is not unusual. Students had long and been comfortable attending classes in the classroom. Students from primary school until the second year in higher education have been familiar with face to face model. In Indonesia, the majority of students say the internet is very slow, especially when accessing video. Students think not easy to get an internet connection when outside the campus, mainly if they are living in rural areas. The other side, the materials considered less impressive because most of it is only power point and e-book. Easy to understand that students not willing to use the e-learning facilities, this condition causes SDL culture development failed. In this research, the Extended-CAI modules designed to solve a technological problem. Students can use Extended-CAI online or offline. The module contents are videos, concepts, e-books, and tasks. Besides that, the Extended-CAI module can record student activities and work then forward it to LMS. Lecturers can monitor, conduct the evaluation, and provide appropriate learning treatment when student need it. This way is to solve a cultural problem which teacher can applied feedback learning model.

The Effect of Enterprise Resource Planning Sustainability on Operational Performance through Planning and Control 通过计划和控制,企业资源计划可持续性对经营绩效的影响

The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between enterprise resource planning (ERP) and its impacts on operational performance. The population is 98 manufacturing companies, ranging from medium to large size, domiciled in industrial area district of Sidoarjo East Java, Indonesia. Data collection used a questionnaire designed with a five-point Likert scale and each company represented by a middle manager. 38 questionnaires are considered correctly completed and valid for the data analysis. Data were then analyzed using partial least square (PLS) technique with smartPLS software. The result indicates that ERP sustainability results in improved operational process integration. The ERP sustainability has not strong enough influence to improve planning and control integration. Operation process integration affects planning and control integration. ERP sustainability has no effect on operational performance directly. And Operational process integration has no effect on operational performance directly. These findings contribute to the current research on the relationship between enterprise resource planning sustainability and operational performance with the inclusion of the operational process integration. The manufacturing company can adopt this finding to improve their operational performance
