[ADEQUATE OF NUTRITION TO STUNTING TODDLERS] Currently, Indonesia has problems with the nutritional intake of children under five which can increase the risk of childhood morbidity. This research is a phenomenological study with a qualitative descriptive approach to assessing the nutritional fulfillment of stunting toddlers. The number of samples used was 5 mothers of stunting toddlers as the main informants, 1 cadre, and 1 midwife as data triangulation. The results showed that inadequate nutrition was the strongest factor influencing the incidence of stunting in Kincang Village. The pattern of feeding with MP-ASI also affects the incidence of stunting. Most of the respondents provide food that is not by the nutritional needs of children.

[KATUK LEAVES STEAMED SPONGE CAKE AS AN EFFORT TO INCREASE BREAST MILK PRODUCTION] Insufficient milk production in breastfeeding mothers is caused, among others, by lack of nutritional intake or lack of nutrition, cracked nipples, mothers who are stressed so that little milk comes out or mothers who work so they cannot breastfeed regularly. One of the efforts to increase breast milk production is through improving the quality of food for breastfeeding mothers which has a direct effect on milk production, such as green vegetables, one of which is katuk leaf (Sauropus Androgynus). The purpose of this community service is to increase knowledge and skills in making preparations from katuk leaves, namely steamed cakes from katuk leaves in Balongdowo village, Candi district, Sidoarjo regency. Research-based community service methods through training targeting posyandu cadres. The results of the training showed that 30 participants had mostly poor pre-test knowledge (83,3%) and mostly good post-test knowledge (73,3%). For the value of skills, before training mostly less and after training mostly good. The conclusion of the training to make steamed katuk leaf cake was successful in increasing the knowledge of posyandu cadres on how to increase breast milk production and being able to make steamed katuk leaf cake that could help nursing mothers increase breast milk production.

[ANALYSIS OF SANITATION CLINIC MANAGEMENT FOR ARI CONTROL DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC] Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is an environmental-based and to be considered normal by the community, while ARI that is not handled properly can end up with pneumonia or death. Sanitation clinic is a solution to overcome environmental-based diseases through promotive and preventive efforts. This study aims to analyze the input and process aspects in the implementation of a sanitation clinic for ARI control during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Puskesmas Kedung Badak, Bogor City. This research method is qualitative-descriptive, by conducting field observations and in-depth interviews with selected informants using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that there were no SOPs for sanitation clinics that were adapted to the pandemic situation, schedule discrepancies with applicable regulations, human resources that are not equipped with training related to sanitation clinics, no IEC media about ARI, also no counseling, inspection, and environmental health interventions for ARI patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on these issues, there are things that are still not optimal both in the input and in the process aspect in the management of the sanitation clinic at the Puskesmas Kedung Badak, Bogor City.

Delays in returning medical records can hamper management activities and risk the loss of medical records. One of the factors causing delays in returning medical record files is being late due to incomplete files. So that it can be done, it is necessary to motivate nurses with the timeliness of returning inpatient medical records at the hospital. This study uses a descriptive analytic correlation approach with a cross sectional research design. The population in this study amounted to 46 nurses with a sample of 32 nurses using proportional sampling with univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. Based on the results, it was proven that 86% of nurses with poor responsibilities were not punctual, 71% of nurses with self-development were proven not to be on time

[TECHNOLOGY-BASED COMPLEMENTARY VILLAGE INNOVATION AS AN EFFORT TO IMPROVE FAMILY RESILIENCE DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC] One of the ways to optimize family resilience is by using a complementary therapy, but this therapy is not well known by the community. Apart from that, seeing the advances in technology and easy access to the internet in Tirtomartani Village, comprehensive information is needed on educational media about complementary therapies. This community service activity aims to form a complementary village with the concept of developing community or area-based complementary therapies so that it is expected to be closer to the community so that it can be used optimally. The method of activity is in the form of training complementary cadres as the driving force for complementary villages and innovating by optimizing digital technology for educational media for complementary therapies, in addition to providing assistance and monitoring and evaluation which is carried out periodically for the sustainability of the complementary village program. The results of this activity are the formation of complementary villages and an increase in community knowledge, insight and skills regarding complementary therapies to improve health status that can be applied to individuals, families and communities. Partners get an increase in knowledge in the good category with an average of 50.66% and a decrease in knowledge in the less category than previous knowledge, namely 17.71%.
