New Media Abuse and Hoax in Ma'nai Harfi and Ma'nai Ismi Perspective: A Study of Badi'uzzaman Sa'id Nursi Thought 哈非派和伊斯米派视角下的新媒体滥用与骗局——巴迪乌扎曼·萨伊德·努尔西思想研究

This article aims to examine the use of the ma'na-yi harfi ‎(Indicative Meaning) and ma'na-yi ismi ‎(Nominal Meaning)‎ concept of ‎Badiuzzaman Said Nursi in preventing hoaxes caused by new media abuse. The approach offered ‎by Nursi is important because it can be considered as the basis of Islamic media communication ‎in which moral values in media are prioritized over only material aspects. New media ‎characterized by openness and freedom, in a certain condition, enable the hoax to spread. Hoax ‎often occurs because the media does not prioritize morality values but leads to materially self and ‎group fulfillment. Using the qualitative method with library data in the form of Said Nursi's ‎ Risale-i N u r , we explore Nursi's views related to ma'na-yi ismi and ma'na-yi harfi in the media ‎field. We then use his view as a basis for analyzing media hoaxes. The result is that the ma’na-yi ‎ ismi perspective tends to be a worldly material orientation in which communication phenomena, ‎such as events, news, and information themselves, are understood based on the visible social ‎contexts where media practitioners are working and oriented to fulfill self-desires. Meanwhile, in ‎the ma'na-yi harfi perspective, the communication phenomenon is interpreted, constructed, and ‎displayed with self-consideration (individual or collective self), but it is built in the full ‎awareness that phenomena belong to the absolute Ruler (God), and humans as the giver of ‎meaning to those phenomena must translate the greatness of God in them. The phenomenon of ‎communication is considered a part of the greatness of God in the universe so the hoaxes and ‎negative messages can be avoided. The ma’na-yi harfi perspective can be considered as a solution ‎to solve the social problems of hoaxes.

Pendidikan Adab Menurut Imam al-Nawawi dan Implementasinya di Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Qur’an SahabatQu 伊玛目·纳瓦维的教育及其在Tahfidzul Qur SahabatQu的寄宿学校实施

Konsep pendidikan terdiri dari empat; tujuan, kurikulum, program dan evaluasi. Pendidikan merupakan suatu proses penanaman nilai-nilai adab untuk menjadi manusia yang baik. Sehingga pendidikan dapat dikatakan untuk mempersiapkan nilai-nilai adab melalui berbagai strategi pencapaian nilai adab. Nilai-nilai pendidikan adab perlu dipahami oleh pendidik dan peserta yang akan menjadikannya sebagai pedoman selama proses belajar. Adab merupakan proses penanaman pendidikan pada diri seseorang. Studi ini didasari oleh pemikiran Imam Abu Zakaria bin Syaraf al-Nawawi (Imam Nawawi) dalam kitabnya Al-Tabiyian fi Adabi Hamalatil Qur’an . Kitab ini membahas adab-adab seorang pelajar dalam menuntut ilmu, memahami serta mengajarkan ilmu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen pendidikan adab di Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Qur’an SahabatQu berdasarkan pada pemikiran Imam Nawawi dalam kitabnya Al-Tibiyan fi Adabi Hamalatil Qur’an . Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian pustaka ( Library Research ) dan metode analisis isi ( Content Analysis ) yang digunakan untuk menganalisis strategi pencapaian nilai-nilai adab pendidik dan peserta didik berdasarkan pemikiran Imam Nawawi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa didalamnya  mengandung konsep manajemen pendidikan adab yang tediri dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan serta pengawasan adab yang tidak membutuhkan waktu yang lama.

The Concept of Education Planning in an Islamic Framework 伊斯兰框架下的教育规划概念

This study aims to explore the scientific treasures of Islam, especially in the Qur’an, Sunnah and Sîrah Nabawiyah in formulating the ideal Islamic education planning concept along with examples of Islamic educational institutions that have been successful in planning so that they can become references for other Islamic educational institutions. This research is a qualitative research, the results are written with descriptive-analytical method, while the data are collected from Islamic literatures. The results show that planning is a systematic and rational process by analyzing alternatives and any developments in Islamic education in an organization in order to achieve optimal goals in accordance with the worldview of Islam. Islam teaches that all aspects of life must be sourced from primary sources, in several verses of the Qur’an, Sunnah and Sîrah Nabawiyah, it has been explained about the core concepts of a comprehensive Islamic education planning. Therefore, planning for Islamic education must be aimed at the interests of society and oriented towards the world and the hereafter.

This paper analyzes the implementing concept of curriculum in Indonesia which is consideredable to improve the quality and education system. However, the concept has not showed positive results. On the one hand, integrated character education in the government curriculum has not been able to solve the problem of the moral degradation of the younger generation. This study is a literature review busing qualitative data. The method used is content analysis by analyzing the concept of character education and the concept of ta’dîb (adab). As the result, it was found that there were fundamental differences between the concept of character education and the concept of adab. Character education aims to create good citizens (good society), while concept of adab aims to create good people (good individuals). In contrast to that, character education has a fundamental difference to the concept of adab. The concept of adab is considered capable of being an alternative solution for educational theaching in Indonesia because it is in accordance with the objectives of national education which is based on faith (al-îmân), devotion (al-taqwa) and noble character (al-akhlâq al-karîmah).
