Salah satu jasa pengiriman barang yang banyak digunakan masyarakat Indonesia adalah PT Indah Cargo, dimana cabang Medan merupakan salah satu cabang terbesar sehingga kualitas pelayanan pengiriman pada cabang ini menjadi hal yang harus diperhatikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui level sigma dan memberikan usulan perbaikan kualitas pelayanan pengiriman di PT. Indah Cargo cabang Medan. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode Six Sigma,  data dianalisa dengan metode DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah produksi dari PT. Indah Cargo Medan  sebesar 37.440 pcs dengan jumlah produk cacat yang terjadi dalam produksi sebesar 12.893 pcs. Berdasarkan data tersebut  maka  PT. Indah Cargo Medan  memiliki level  sigma sebesar 1.89 dengan kemungkinan kerusakan sebesar 344.477 untuk sejuta produksi (DPMO). Usulan perbaikan  (improve) yang diberikan  yaitu  memperbaiki setiap elemen yang menjadi penyebab masalah dan menghilangkan kegiatan yang tidak menambah nilai pada proses pengolahan dan pengiriman barang di PT. Indah Cargo Medan.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat getaran yang terjadi pada berbagai variasi tingkat kebisingan mesin forklift dengan dudukan operator dan mendapatkan koefiesien korelasi tingkat getaran yang terjadi pada mesin serta pengaruhnya terhadap tingkat getaran pada daerah tempat duduk operator. Dari hasil penelitian didapat bahwa pada amplitudo arah vertikal pada tingkat kebisingan paling rendah (87 dB) menghasilkan amplitudo paling tinggi 25.5 mm/s pada mesin dan 2.8 mm/s pada tempat duduk dan pada kebisingan 93 dB terjadi amplitudo paling rendah 0.7 mm/s pada tempat duduk, sementara untuk arah horizontal pada kebisingan 87 dB terjadi amplitudo paling tinggi 17.0 mm/s pada mesin dan 4.8 mm/s pada tempat duduk dan pada kebisingan 93 dB terjadi amplitude paling rendah 13.5 mm/s pada mesin dan 0.8 mm/s pada tempat duduk. Sementara untuk nilai koefisien korelasi, didapat nilai paling tinggi pada arah vertikal (rxy = 0.805) dan paling rendah pada arah horizontal (rxy = 0.48). Maka secara umum dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa fluktuasi tingkat geteran yang timbul lebih banyak pada horizontal dibanding vertikal dan tingkat koefisien korelasi getaran yang paling kuat terjadi pada pengukuran arah vertikal dan yang paling lemah korelasinya pada arah horizontal.

 This article elaborates the role of the As'adiyah Islamic Boarding School (Pondok Pesantren - Ponpes) in creating religious moderation in education and preaching in Sulawesi. This research is descriptive. The subject of this research is the As'adniyah Islamic Boarding School in East Sulawesi, Indonesia. The findings of the As'adiyah Islamic Boarding School have implemented religious moderation in the field of education, seen in the objectives of education, educational materials, and educational methods. In contrast, in the field of preaching, it is also seen in the objectives of preaching, preaching materials, and methods of preaching. The preaching of religious moderation includes the emergence of an attitude of openness from the As'adiyah academia and community to accept the differences that occur, the avoidance of the As'adiyah residents from the ideas of the radicalism of terrorism, and the emergence in the lives of the As'adiyah residents a friendly, wise and wise attitude in their life, society, nation, and state.

Sigmun Freud's and Ibn Sina's Viewpoints on Personality and Their Implications on Islamic Education 弗洛伊德和伊本·西纳的人格观及其对伊斯兰教育的启示

The purpose of this research is to examine the notion of personality and its educational consequences according to Islamic and Western philosophies, using Sigmund Freud and Ibn Sina as examples. By tracking several authoritative written sources, this study employs a qualitative method to literature analysis. Following that, data will be picked, studied, evaluated, and presented. The findings indicated that the fundamental distinction between Sigmund Freud's and Ibn Sina's personality conceptions is in their approach to the concept of individual happiness. According to Sigmund Freud, pleasure is achieved when biological requirements are balanced against psychological and social concerns. According to Sigmund Freud, religion acts as a barrier to human fulfillment. Meanwhile, Ibn Sina's thesis presupposes that an individual's pleasure is contingent upon the completeness of his knowledge and reasoning. Happiness is not limited to this world but also extends to the hereafter. To attain near-perfect knowledge and reason, a unique method is required, one that is highly spiritual in character.

The focus of this article reveals the Galesong Observer Forum; this forum aims to instill cultural and religious values ​​so that there is harmony and religious adherents to strengthen the harmony and moderation of religious people. This study uses an ethnographic and sociological approach: Data Collection and Analysis Techniques for participatory observation and visual documentation. This article finds that there are efforts to reduce the degeneration of local cultural values. In the traditional bureaucratic order, community leaders are role models, symbols of adat. Thus, all aspects of their life, behavior, and social relations reflect traditional institutions that have the authority to reduce the degeneration of local cultural understanding. In actualizing religious and cultural values ​​to instill values ​​of religious moderation, FPG acts as a forum for the formation of diversity based on religion and belief to increase harmony between religious communities and followers of religions and contribute to strengthening religious harmony and religious moderation.

Dimensions of Divine Philosophy Education 神圣哲学教育的维度

This research is about the rationality of the "number" of tawhid in Islamic studies; This study has developed in the Eastern and Western Islamic worlds carried out by Muslim scholars. The discussion “number” of tawhid is widely found in classical Islamic literature, such as in the science of kalam, Islamic philosophy and tasawwuf; this indicates that the number of tawhid is significant. This study aims to answer how the numbers in the tradition of Islamic studies; The methodology used is a qualitative method with the type of library research because the data obtained are in the form of documents sourced from a book. The findings of this study indicate that the number one in tawhid implies perfection, so the science of tawhid discusses the model of the Perfect God; the number of tawhid includes its discussion in the three fields of Islamic scholarship fiqh, tawhid and tasawwuf. Issues regarding the tawhid argument understand the “number” of tawhid, which is a relative human construction. In Islam, numerology is not only discussed in philosophical themes, especially in the science of ushuluddin (Islamic theology) and Sufism (Islamic mysticism) as the central theme. The use of number symbolism in the three fields of Islamic scholarship is used as the basis for strengthening Imad ad-din (the pillar of religion), namely the number One (Wahid) as the "number of tawhid".

This study aims to answer how the numbers in the tradition of Islamic studies; The methodology used is a qualitative method with the type of library research because the data obtained are in the form of documents sourced from a book. The findings of this study indicate that the number one in tawhid implies perfection, so the science of tawhid discusses the model of the Perfect God; the number of tawhid includes its discussion in the three fields of Islamic scholarship fiqh, tawhid and tasawwuf. Issues regarding the tawhid argument understand the “number” of tawhid, which is a relative human construction. In Islam, numerology is not only discussed in philosophical themes, especially in the science of ushuluddin (Islamic theology) and Sufism (Islamic mysticism) as the central theme. This research aims to determine the implementation of activities, related factors and what effective models can be applied in forming the independent character of students in the boarding school education system in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendikia, Central Bengkulu. The research method used by researchers is to describe the data obtained in the form of documents or qualitative writings. In this study, researchers became a key factor in obtaining data qualitative so that the data obtained can be accounted for methodologically in order to obtain data. Researchers make students,  teachers and boarding supervisors a source of data. The results showed that an effective model in character building in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendikia Bengkulu Tengah is an integration model correlational, connecting the knowledge, understanding and practice of the values of character obtained with social reality during society

This study aims to determine the transition from conventional learning to digital learning. The research method is Research and Development carried out at IAIN Parepare. The research stages start from FGD, product design, expert validation, product testing, verification, publication and implementation. This research shows that research-based digital learning is very important and must be implemented. Research-based digital learning utilizes digital features in creating content, research as a strategy in implementing learning. The results of the research are made up of content as teaching materials, then setting the evaluation system in the form of assessment tools. Constructivism Approach in The Qur'an: Pedagogic Study on The Story of The Prophet Ibrahim Seeking The Lord 《古兰经》中的建构主义方法:先知易卜拉欣求主故事的教育学研究

The story of the spiritual journey of the Prophet Ibrahim AS in seeking his Lord in the Qur’an contains the seeds of constructivism approach. This article aims to know how the concept of constructivism approaches, how the spiritual journey of Prophet Ibrahim AS in seeking his Lord and how the constructivism approach practiced by the Prophet Ibrahim AS in his journey. This research is a qualitative study with a literature review approach by using primary and secondary data sources and content analysis as a data analysis technique. The results of this research show that the concept of constructivism is a concept of a learning approach that emphasizes the active of learners to build their own knowledge and involve social interactions. Meanwhile, the spiritual journey of the Prophet Ibrahim AS in seeking his Lord was depicted in the surah al-An'am verse 76-79 in which the Prophet Ibrahim AS made the star, moon, sun as God. However, he got to the truth that the true God is the God who created it all. The application of the constructivism approach conducted by the Prophet Ibrahim AS appeared at the prophet Ibrahim's attempt to construct his own knowledge with various sources about the concept of deity that ultimately, he found the true truth.

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi keingintahuan peneliti apakah pengaruh model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) terhadap kreativitas belajar siswa. oleh karena itu peneliti mengadakan penelitian yang  berjudul “Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) Terhadap Kreativitas Belajar Siswa pada Pokok Bahasan Eksponen Kelas X IPA MAS Darul Ikhlas H. Abd Manap Siregar”.Pembahasan penelitian ini berkaitan dengan pengaruh model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) terhadap kreativitas belajar siswa pada pokok bahasan eksponen, sehubungan dengan itu pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah teori-teori yang berkaitan dengan belajar dan pembelajaran, model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray, kreativitas, dan materi eksponen. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode eksperien dengan menggunakan model pretest posttest control grup dsign. Popoulasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X MAS Darul Ikhlas yang berjumlah 34 siswa. Kelas akan dibagi dua kelompok yaitu, kelompok A berjumlah 16 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelompok B berjumlah 18 orang sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen dalam penelitian adalah angket kreatvitas siswa. Adapun teknik analisis datanya yaitu menggunakan rumus chi-kuadrat, uji kesamaan dua rata-rata dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan perhitungan uji-t diperoleh thitung=23,28 dan ttabel= 2,021. karena thitung=23,28  ttabel= 2,021, maka Ha diterima yaitu bahwa rata-rata kreativitas belajar siswa pada pokok bahasan eksponen dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) lebih baik daripada rata-rata kreativitas belajar siswa tanpa menggunakan model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray terhadap kreativitas belajar siswa pada pokok bahasan eksponen kelas X MAS Darul Ikhlas.
