Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai dengan bulan Agustus di Desa Nagur, Kecamatan Tanjung Beringin, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai, Provinsi Sumatera Utara pada ketinggian tempat ± 15 m dpl dengan topografi datar. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh beberapa jarak tanam legowo dan rekomendasi pemupukan terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi padi (Oryza sativa L.) pada musim kemarau. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Petak Terpisah (RPT) dengan 2 faktor yang diteliti, yaitu Faktor Jarak Tanam Legowo (J), dengan tiga taraf, yaitu J1 = Jarak Tanam Legowo 2:1, J2 = Jarak Tanam Legowo 3:1, dan J3 = Jarak Tanam Legowo 4:1 dan Faktor Rekomendasi Pemupukan (R), dengan tiga taraf, yaitu R1 = Kebiasaan Petani, R2 = PuPS versi 1.0, dan R3 = PUTS versi 1.1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jarak tanam legowo berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan per rumpun, jumlah anakan produktif per rumpun, produksi per tanaman, gabah berisi per malai, gabah hampa per malai, produksi per plot, produksi per hektar, dan berat 1000 butir. Rekomendasi pemupukan berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman tetapi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap parameter jumlah anakan per rumpun, jumlah anakan produktif per rumpun, produksi per tanaman, gabah berisi per malai, gabah hampa per malai, produksi per plot, produksi per hektar, dan berat 1000 butir. Interaksi kedua faktor berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap semua parameter pengamatan.

Tanah ultisol memiliki kemasaman dan kejenuhan Al yang tinggi, kandungan hara dan bahan organik rendah, dan tanah peka terhadap erosi. tanah ultisol mempunyai potensi yang besar untuk dikembangkan bagi perluasan lahan pertanian untuk tanaman pangan namun harus di imbangi dengan pengelolaan tanaman dan tanah yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik biologi tanah ultisol setelah diinkubasi dengan kompos limbah buah dan sayuran. Penelitian ini dilakukan Di Desa Kampung Bilah, Kecamatan Bilah Hilir, Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, Sumatra Utara. Analisis biologi tanah dilakukan di laboratorium biologi tanah Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sumatra Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non Faktorial dengan dua ulangan yaitu P0 (Kontrol), P1 (1 kg tanah Ultisol + 500 gram kompos), dan P2 (1 kg tanah Ultisol + 1 kg kompos). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kompos limbah buah dan sayuran pada tanah Ultisol dengan perlakuan dua dapat meningkatkan total bakteri sebesar 10 × 105 cfu/ml dan respirasi CO2 sebesar 1,885 (mgCO2/ hari).

Peace Efforts in the Divorce Cases: An Analysis on Verstek's Decision at the Religious Courts 离婚案件中的和平努力:对宗教法院Verstek判决的分析

Indonesian  national  legal  regulations  requires  judges  to  seek  reconciliation  between  the parties effectively and optimally in each trial to prevent a divorce. However, in reality practice, these efforts have not been carried out optimally, so that some divorce cases increased from time to time in particular of verstek decisions, especially verstek decisions. This study aims to determine the implementation of peace efforts in divorce cases at the Parepare Religious Court, and to uncover the causes of non-achievement peace efforts so that a panel of judges decides in a verstek manner. This research applied empirical juridical method. The results of the study shows that the implementation of peace efforts at the Parepare Religious Court has not been effective and optimal in preventing divorce cases, especially in verstek case due to the judge's performance has not been maximized in seeking peace for every trial. In addition, the absence of one party with the intention to facilitate the divorce process as well as the desire of the parties to divorce has conducted a peace more difficult to achieve, in the end the judge set a verstek divorce decision.

Issuance of Family Cards: An Overview of Maslahah Against Legitimacy of Marital Status for Sirri Married Couples 发放家庭卡:反对西里已婚夫妇婚姻合法性的Maslahah综述

This study aims to comprehensively describe the issuance of Family Cards in the perspective of maslahah (social benefit) and justice for the legitimacy of marriage for sirri married couples in Bengkulu Province. This research is a qualitative empirical research with a statutory approach, a case and field approach, and a concept approach. This study found that the issuance of Family Cards for marriages of unmarried couples is a form of upholding justice in a social (commutative) framework where everyone has the same rights over marital status. On the other hand, the issuance of a Family Card for unmarried couples can be categorized as maslahah al-khassah (special benefit) which benefits only a few parties, not maslahah al-ammah (general benefit) which applies to the whole community. This study also found that the impact of including the statement "Unregistered Marriage" in the issuance of Family Cards for unregistered married couples can lead to maslahah al-mulghah in the form of legal confusion regarding the legality of one's marriage while at the same time hindering the updating of centralized data which is on the government's agenda.

The Construction of Islamic Law on the Law on Halal Product Assurance from the Maqashid Sharia Perspective (Law No. 33 of 2014 and Law No. 11 of 2020 Article 48) 从伊斯兰教法的角度构建伊斯兰产品保证法(2014年第33号法律和2020年第11号法律第48条)

This article describes the construction of Islamic law on the halal product guarantee law that applies in Indonesia. The shifting of operators in halal product guarantees from private institutions to the government has strong legitimacy, which requires business actors to comply. The status of halal certification has increased from voluntary to mandatory in line with the 1945 constitution, and Sharia principles should be achieved. However, the weakness of this law is that there are no strict sanctions for business actors who need to certify their products. This type of research is an explanatory qualitative with a mashed Sharia approach and a review of Islamic law. The research findings show that Sharia obligations that do not contain legal sanctions cause individuals or groups not to comply; this has implications for Muslim consumers being unprotected from the need for halal products because there are still many products that are not halal certified. In conclusion, the construction of Islamic law regarding the guarantee of halal products in Indonesia is still weak but better than before.

Traditional Islamic Religious Practice Arguments: Criticism of The Concept of Bid'ah of Islam Salafi-Wahabi 传统伊斯兰宗教实践争论:对伊斯兰教比德观念的批判

This paper discusses traditional Islamic criticism of the concept of heresy in Salafi Islam, categorizing every new act in religion as iconoclastic heresy. Based on this concept of heresy, ritual ceremonies and practices of traditional Islamic religious traditions are classified as acts of heresy. Through literature research based on literary document sources using abstractive inductive logic methods and content analysis, this study found that ritual ceremonies and practices of traditional Islamic religious traditions are not acts of heresy because they are based on theorem (al-Quran, hadith and allegiance) it is new. New actions (mutants) are categorized as bid'ah if they conflict with the Quran, hadith, and a tsar. Traditional Islam criticizes the concept of heresy in Salafi-Wahhabi Islam for being ahistorical because several traditions show that the innovation of a friend, tâbi'u tâbi'uttab'în, while this innovation was not ordered and practiced by the Prophet; instead, was carried out by the generation of the Salaf.

New actions (mutants) are categorized as bid'ah if they conflict with the Quran, hadith, and a tsar. Analyzing the Practice of Hibah in Lieu of Inheritance among the Indonesian Muslim Community 印尼穆斯林以继承代替Hibah的实践分析

This study aims to explore the patterns of Hibah practice as a substitute for inheritance in Indonesian society and the reasons they do so. The research locations include Gayo, Aceh, North Sumatra, Jambi, Madiun, Kediri and Surabaya. In this qualitative study, data were collected through interviews. The participants consisted of ulama, academics, and the community who practice Hibah as a substitute for inheritance. Interviews were transcribed and analyzed through content analysis. This study indicates three patterns of Hibah practice as a substitute for inheritance. First, the Hibah is given at the beginning with a portion of 2:1, which is also considered an inheritance when the parent dies. Second, the Hibah is divided equally as well as the surviving parent gets a share. When someone dies, the assets owned by the parents are divided equally. Third, the Hibah is divided unequally, and after the parent dies, the property becomes a portion of the inheritance calculation. This study concludes that the practice of Hibah is becoming more popular among the people in distributing the inheritance, while Islamic inheritance is increasingly insignificant. The position of religious law which is so important in Indonesian Muslim society is critical.

Unlocking Tolerance in a Diversity through Hadith: 通过圣训解锁多样性中的宽容:

Tolerance among religious adherents in Indonesia as a plural state is necessary. Therefore, this current research aims at seeking religious tolerance among people in Manado, classifying and analyzing the implementation of hadith on religious tolerance in the city of a thousand churches. This research is qualitative descriptive research using the social-phenomenon approach. Primary and secondary data were collected through a literature review supported by empirical research. Empirical research data were collected through interviews and observation. Data were analyzed descriptively using an interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which covers data collection, data reduction, data display, data verification, and conclusion. This research shows that hadith related to tolerance in diversity are classified into five categories, i.e., giving and taking gifts or food to and from non-Muslims, trading interaction with non-Muslims, non-Muslim allowance praying at the mosque, respecting non-Muslims' corpses, and eating allowance with non-Muslims containers. Among those five categories, the only third category is not shown explicitly in the daily life of Manado people. It could be caused by the church's numbers quantitatively in Manado being more than the mosque numbers. The hadith implementation for tolerance indicates that the diversity of the Manado people does not always affiliate with the act of intolerance. Moreover, tolerance acts among 'different' people are commonly found in their daily life. It can be easily found during a public religious celebration, e.g., Ramadhan month, Idul Fitri, Christmas day, new year, and other religious ceremonies.

Da'wah and the Dynamics of Modern Communication “达瓦”与现代传播的动态

This article discusses the adaptation of da'wah strategies in modern communication dynamics, The method and approach used in this study is library research with a descriptive qualitative approach through literature study, content analysis, and meta-analysis, to obtain a comprehensive understanding. Based on the study in this paper, it is found that da'wah needs to be adapted to the development of modern communication. Social media platforms become very important as one of the effective media in da'wah by referring to ethical/moral values and professionalism while still paying attention to the social and cultural context to maintain quality and harmonious communication with all parties.

Hurriyah Al - Insan and its Implications for the Development of Social Life 伊斯兰教及其对社会生活发展的影响

This article seeks to discuss the crisis faced by the Islamic community and its inclination towards fatalism. Various factors, such as Western hegemony and a conservative mindset among certain Muslims, have contributed to the decline of Islam. The concept of unrestricted freedom, known as free will, is being advocated as a solution. The researcher employed a mixed method approach, combining quantitative and qualitative data, to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the subject. The research findings demonstrate a positive aspect, wherein individuals possess a dynamic and optimistic outlook towards the future. Humans are expected to adapt to the evolving environment, which necessitates change. To prevent fatalism, the concept of human freedom, referred to as hurriyah al-insan, is proposed as a viable option for the Muslim community.
