PENGEMBANGAN E-MODUL TERINTEGRASI POTENSI LOKAL GUNUNG KIJANG PADA MATERI BIOTEKNOLOGI DALAM BIDANG AGRIBISNIS DAN AGROTEKNOLOGI UNTUK KELAS X SMK X SMK类的农业企业生物技术和农业技术领域的e -模块开发融合了本土潜力

This study aims to develop teaching materials in the form of an integrated e-module of Gunung Kijang's local potential on biotechnology materials in the fields of agribusiness and agrotechnology for class X SMK students, and describe their quality in terms of validity, practicality and effectiveness. This research is a research and development (research and development) using the hannafin and peck development research model consisting of three stages, namely the needs analysis phase, the design phase and the development or implementation phase and each phase involves evaluation. The instruments used were material expert validation sheets and teaching materials experts, teacher and student practicality sheets, pre-test and post-test evaluation sheets, and student learning interest questionnaires after using e-modules. Based on the results of development research, it is known that the assessment of the validity of the aspects of the material and teaching materials is categorized as "very valid". The results of the practicality questionnaire by teachers and students belong to the “very practical” category. The results of the effectiveness through the pre-test and post-test showed an increase with the n-gain value in the high category, the student learning interest questionnaire showed an increase with the n-gain value in the medium category. It can be concluded that the development of an integrated e-module of Gunung Kijang's local potential in biotechnology materials in the fields of agribusiness and agrotechnology for class X SMK students is developed very validly, practically, and effectively so that it is suitable for use in the learning process at school.Kata Kunci: Biotechnology, E-Modules, Local Potential
本研究旨在以整合电子模组的形式,为SMK X班学生开发Gunung Kijang在农业综合企业和农业技术领域的生物技术材料的本地潜力的教材,并描述其有效性,实用性和有效性方面的质量。本研究是一项采用hannafin and peck开发研究模式的研究与开发(research and development),分为三个阶段,即需求分析阶段、设计阶段和开发或实施阶段,每个阶段都涉及评估。使用的工具是材料专家验证表、教材专家验证表、师生实践表、测试前和测试后评价表、学生学习兴趣问卷。根据发展研究的结果,我们知道,对教材和教材方面的有效性评估被归类为“非常有效”。师生实践性问卷调查结果属于“非常实践性”的范畴。学生学习兴趣问卷通过前测和后测的有效性结果在高类别随n-增益值的增加而增加,在中等类别随n-增益值的增加而增加。可以得出的结论是,为X级SMK学生开发的Gunung Kijang在农业综合企业和农业技术领域的生物技术材料的综合电子模块的开发非常有效,实用和有效,因此它适合在学校的学习过程中使用。Kata Kunci:生物技术,电子模块,本地潜力

Insektisida Metabolit Sekunder Daun dan Bunga Kenikir (Tagetes erecta) Terhadap Semut Hitam (Delichoderus thoracicus) Dengan Metode Penyemprotan Dan Penetesan 次级的代谢杀虫剂用于黑蚂蚁(Tagetes erecta)的喷洒和滴管

Di daerah beriklim tropis, semut merupakan hama rumah tangga ketiga setelah nyamuk dan kecoa. Upaya pengendalian hama semut ini pada umumnya menggunakan insektisida sintetis. Akan tetapi, penggunaan insektisida sintetis menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap kesehatan manusia dan hewan sekitarnya serta menimbulkan pencemaran lingkungan.  Oleh sebab itu, tersedianya teknik pengendalian semut yang lebih ramah lingkungan perlu diupayakan. Tanaman kenikir (Tagetes erecta) merupakan salah satu tanaman hias herbal yang potensial untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai agen hayati pengendalian hama semut. Bagian bunga maupun daunkenikir diketahui mengandung senyawa metabolit sekunder alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, tanin, dan triterpenoid yang memiliki daya insektisida.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui daya insektisida yang berasal dari ekstrak bunga dan daun kenikir dalam mngendalikan semut hitam. Percobaan disusun dalam Rancangan Kelompok Teracak Lengkap (RKTL) dengan 3 faktor. Faktor pertama merupakan jenis ekstrak tanaman yang terdiri dari daun dan bunga kenikir.  Faktor kedua merupakan konsentrasi ekstrak yang terdiridari 5 level, yaitu 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% dan 100%.  Faktor ketiga adalahcaraaplikasiekstrak, yaitu cara 1 dan cara 2.  Parameter yang diamati adalah jumlah kematian semut hitam selama periode 1-4 jam. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam (anara) dan jika terdapat perbedaan nyata antar perlakuan, maka dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut Tukey =5%.  Hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi ekstrak bunga dan daun kenikir yang efektif membasmi semut hitam terdapat pada perlakuan aplikasi konsentrasi ekstrak sebesar 100%. Berdasarkan daya toksik ekstrak kenikir menggunakan perlakuan cara aplikasi ekstrak diketahui bahwa ekstrak bunga kenikir dengan cara 2 memiliki nilai LC50 sebesar 47.84, sedangkan aplikasi ekstrak daun kenikir dengan cara 1 maupun cara 2  masing-masing memiliki nilai LC50 50.60 dan 49.45. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan ekstrak bunga kenikir lebih efektif untuk dijadikan insektisida dalam pengendalian semut hitam.

Keanekaragaman Aves di Hutan Kota Serang Banten 野生动物多样性在班顿镇的丛林中

Indonesia merupakan Negara yang memiliki tingkat kekayaan hayati yang tinggi, meliputi flora dan fauna. Salah satu kekayaan fauna yang dimiliki Indonesia adalah aves. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis aves, tingkat keanekaragaman aves, dan status konservasi aves yang ada di kawasan Hutan Kota Serang, Banten dalam upaya mendata jenis burung yang tersebar pada kawasan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Point Count (titik hitung) yang terdiri atas 4 stasiun dan dilakukan pengulangan sebanyak 2 kali. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan burung selama tiga hari di kawasan Hutan Kota Serang, diperoleh sebanyak 5 jenis burung yang termasuk dalam 5 Famili dan 3 Ordo yaitu Columbiformes, Passeriformes, dan Apodiformes. Jenis burung yang ditemukan adalah burung Perkutut (Geopelia striata), burung Emprit (Lonchura leucogastroides), burung Kutilang (Pycnonotus aurigaster), burung Gereja (Passer montanus), dan burung Walet (Aerodramus fuciphagus). Nilai indeks keanekaragaman (H’) burung di kawasan Hutan Kota Serang diperoleh sebesar 1,44 yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Yang artinya kawasan Hutan Kota Serang merupakan kawasan yang mendukung keberadaan burung dalam menyediakan berbagai sumber makanan dan tempat tinggal.

PEMBELAJARAN BIOLOGI BERBASIS LITERASI INFORMASI BERORIENTASI WIKIPEDIA PADA MATERI BAKTERI 以细菌材料为基础的生物素养信息学习

Hasil pretest mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 44,52 dan rata-rata posttest yaitu 83,70. N-Gain pada penelitian ini yaitu 0,69, dengan interpretasi termasuk ke dalam kategori sedang. ABSTRACT One example of a web search that is quite often visited is wikipedia. Wikipedia-based learning can teach students how information literacy skills are used, especially in today's era. By learning biology based on wikipedia-oriented information literacy on bacterial material, it is hoped that students can learn about information literacy so that they can choose the right information. This study aims to determine the application of wikipedia-oriented information literacy-based biology learning on bacteria. The method used is pre experimental, with a pretest - posttest one group design. The test in this instrument was conducted to determine the ability of students before and after being given treatment in the learning process. The instrument used in the form of multiple choice questions with a total of 15 questions and has 5 alternative answer choices. The average pretest score is 44.52 and the posttest average score is 83.70. The N-Gain result obtained in this study is 0.69, this result is included in the medium category.
