Structure of riparian vegetation in Bongkasa Pertiwi Village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency – Bali 巴厘岛巴东县Abiansemal区Bongkasa Pertiwi村河岸植被结构

Ayung river is the longest river in Bali. The middle part of the river is frequently utilized as rafting for tourism, such as in Bongkasa Pertiwi Village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency – Bali. To preserve the river’s ecological function, the information of riparian vegetation as the dynamic component in river is highly required. This research aimed to study the structure of riparian vegetation in Bongkasa Pertiwi Village. The plot method was used and the study site was divided into three stations. Each station was composed by three replications with four plot variations: trees (20 x 20 m), poles (10 x 10 m), saplings (5 x 5), and herbs-shrubs (2 x 2 m). The data was analysed using vegetation analysis that completed with Importance Value (IV), Shannon-Wiener Diversity Index (H’), Index of Dominancy (C), and Index of Evenness (E). This study found that the structure of riparian vegetation in Bongkasa Pertiwi Village was in good condition which was indicated by the high abundance of local tree species. The floristic composition of riparian vegetation comprised by 18 species of trees, 18 species of poles, 21 species of saplings, and 29 species of herbs and shrubs. Cocos nucifera, Pterospermum javanicum, Bischofia javanica, Cananga odorata, Elaeocarpus serratus, Artocarpus heterophyllus, Coffea canephora, and Nephelium lappaceum were the species with the highest Importance Value (IV). The floor vegetation in form of herbs and shrubs was dominated by Sphaegneticola trilobata, Oplismenus burmanni, and Diplazium esculentum. Based on the Diversity Index (H’), Index of Dominancy (C), and Index of Evenness (E), diversity of riparian vegetation in Bongkasa Pertiwi Village was classified as medium category, without any dominated species, and the vegetation composition was equivalent.

Potential Rhizopus spp. in control the growth of Aspergillus flavus FNCC6109 in broiler chicken concentrate feed 根霉控制黄曲霉FNCC6109在肉鸡精饲料中生长的潜力

Aspergillus flavus contamination of agriculture in Indonesia can cause problems to animal health and productivity. Some factors can support the appearance of contamination in feed, especially temperature and humidity. The main objective of this research was to investigate potency of Rhizopus spp. on inhibit A. flavus FNCC6109 in broiler chicken concentrate feed. The experiments were conducted dual culture method and the inhibition test of the Rhizopus spp. filtrate culture was incubated for 3, 4 and 5 days on in vitro. The in vivo test was directly applied in broiler chicken concentrate feed which added Rhizopus spp. filtrate culture concentration at 10% (v/v), 20% (v/v), 30% (v/v), 40% (v/v), dan 50% (v/v). The results showed that the Rhizopus spp. filtrate culture significantly (P?0,05) to inhibit the growth of A. flavus FNCC6109 both in vitro and in vivo. The percentage inhibition of Rhizopus spp. filtrate culture incubated for 5 days showed 67,47±2,10% relatively better results than 3 and 4 days, and therefore was used in the in vivo. Application of 50% (v/v) Rhizopus spp. filtrate culture to the broiler chicken concentrate feed significantly reduced 82% population of A. flavus FNCC6109 after 15 days incubated relative to that of negative control (concentrate feed without addition Rhizopus spp. filtrate culture and A. flavus FNCC6109).

Pertumbuhan rumput laut (Eucheuma cottonii) dengan berat bibit awal berbeda di Pantai Pandawa, Bali 在巴厘岛的潘达瓦海滩上,生长着不同种子重量的海藻(Eucheuma cottonii)

Rumput laut Eucheuma cottonii merupakan salah satu jenis rumput laut yang sering dibudidayakan oleh masyarakat adalah Eucheuma cottonii.  Berat awal bibit yang ditanam dapat berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan rumput laut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berat bibit rumput laut yang baik digunakan berkisar antara 50-150 gr, namun belum ada penelitian secara detail pada E. cottonii yang ditaman dengan metode rakit apung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berat bibit awal rumput laut yang baik untuk pertumbuhan E. cottonii pada metode rakit apung dengan bibit diletakkan di dalam kantong. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 perlakuan yaitu perlakuan A dengan berat bibit 50 gr, perlakuan B dengan berat bibit 100 gr, dan perlakuan C dengan berat bibit 150 gr. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pantai Pandawa, Bali, dari bulan Maret-April 2021, dimana data diambil sekali dalam seminggu selama 7 minggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan rumput laut meningkat setiap minggunya dan berbeda antar perlakuan. Berat akhir rumput laut pada perlakuan A adalah 558,83 gr, perlakuan B sebesar 552,167 gr, dan perlakuan C sebesar 529,67 gr. Pertumbuhan rumput laut pada perlakuan A lebih tinggi dibandingkan perlakuan B dan C. Rata-rata Specific Growth Rate (SGR) pada perlakuan A adalah 4,92 %, perlakuan B sebesar 3,48 %, dan perlakuan C sebesar 2,57 %. Hasil terbaik dari bibit yang digunakan ditemukan pada bibit dengan berat awal 50g, dibandingkan dengan berat bibit yang lain (p<0,002).

Analisis kandungan Timbal (Pb) dan Kadmium (Cd) dalam kangkung air (Ipomoea aquatica Forks.) di rawa yang dialiri limbah cair rumah tangga 家用流体流动拭子水容器(Ipomoea aquatica Forks.)中铅和镉含量的分析

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kandungan timbal (Pb) dan kadmium (Cd) dalam tanaman kangkung air (Ipomoea aquatica Forks.) di rawa yang dialiri limbah cair rumah tangga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui uji logam berat di laboratorium. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bagian tanaman yang mengakumulasi logam berat paling tinggi adalah bagian akar, lalu batang, sedangkan daun tidak terkandung logam.  Organ akar mengandung logam Pb sebesar 0,0146 mg/kg dan logam Cd sebesar 0,0018 mg/kg.  Bagian organ batang mengandung timbal sebesar 0,0012 mg/kg dan logam Cd sebesar 0,000867 mg/kg. Semuanya masih di bawah batas maksimum cemaran logam untuk bahan pangan sehingga masih aman untuk dikonsumsi masyarakat.
本研究的目的是测定家用液体经营的草地中水生叉(Ipomoea aquatica forks.)植物中铜(Pb)和镉(Cd)的含量。这类研究是通过实验室重金属测试,采用描述性方法进行的观察性研究。结果表明,植物积累重金属的最高部位是根部,其次是枝条,而叶片不是金属。器官根含有0.0146 mg/kg的Pb金属和0.0018 mg/kg的Cd金属。[UNK]茎器官部分含有0.0012 mg/kg的重量和0.000867 mg/kg的Cd金属。所有东西仍然低于食品的最大金属污染极限,因此公众食用仍然安全。

Aplikasi fungi mikoriza arbuskula Glomus sp. dan Trichoderma sp. sebagai pupuk hayati dan biostimulator pertumbuhan tanaman tomat (Solanum lycopersicum L.)

Tomat (Solanum lycopersicum L.) merupakan komoditas hortikultura yang memiliki banyak manfaat dan potensial untuk dikembangkan. Permintaan pasar terhadap buah tomat meningkat, namun produksi tomat di Bali mengalami penurunan karena faktor biotik dan abiotik. Upaya untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman tomat yaitu menggunakan FMA Glomus sp. dan Trichoderma sp. yang berfungsi sebagai pupuk hayati dan biostimulator. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada November 2020 sampai Februari 2021 dan bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian FMA, Trichoderma sp. dan kombinasinya terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman tomat. Lokasi penelitian di Greenhouse dan Laboratorium Taksonomi Tumbuhan Prodi Biologi Fakultas MIPA Universitas Udayana. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan dua faktor dan tiga kali ulangan. Faktor pertama dosis FMA Glomus (0, 100, 150 dan 200 spora per tanaman), faktor kedua dosis Trichoderma (0, 10 dan 20 mL per tanaman). Data dianalisis menggunakan Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) dan dilanjutkan dengan analisis Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi FMA Glomus sp. 150 spora per tanaman dapat meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, panjang akar, jumlah kuntum bunga per tanaman, berat kering total tanaman dan mendapatkan persentase kolonisasi FMA tertinggi sebesar 35% (kategori sedang).

Permintaan pasar terhadap buah tomat meningkat, namun produksi tomat di Bali mengalami penurunan karena faktor biotik dan abiotik. Upaya untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman tomat yaitu menggunakan FMA Glomus sp. dan Trichoderma sp. yang berfungsi sebagai pupuk hayati dan biostimulator. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada November 2020 sampai Februari 2021 dan bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian FMA, Trichoderma sp. dan kombinasinya terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman tomat. Lokasi penelitian di Greenhouse dan Laboratorium Taksonomi Tumbuhan Prodi Biologi Fakultas MIPA Universitas Udayana. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan dua faktor dan tiga kali ulangan. Faktor pertama dosis FMA Glomus (0, 100, 150 dan 200 spora per tanaman), faktor kedua dosis Trichoderma (0, 10 dan 20 mL per tanaman). Data dianalisis menggunakan Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) dan dilanjutkan dengan analisis Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The mosses growth is generally influenced by temperature, habitat humidity, light intensity, and soil acidity. This study aimed to determine the level of diversity of bryophytes species on various substrates in the Nenek Hills Natural Tourism Park of Mount Permisan, South Bangka Regency. The methods used in this study were exploration and observation. The results of this study are the types of mosses (Bryophytes) found Nenek Hills Natural Tourism Park of Mount Permisan, South Bangka Regency, are from the families Calymperaceae, Dicranaceae, Fissidentaceae, Leucobryaceae, Rhizogoniaceae, Sematophylaceae, Calypogeiaceae, Geocalyceae, Lejeuneaceae, Lepidoziaceae and Plagiochilaceae. The dominating family is Leucobryaceae, Lejeuneaceae and Calymperaceae. The type of substrate that moss prefers to grow is rock. Abiotic factors consist of light intensity with a value of 0,2-7,2 Klx (low), air temperature with a value of 25-29°C (medium-high), humidity with a value of 34-68% (medium-high), soil acidity with a value of 5,9-6,9 (slightly-neutral) and soil moisture with a value of 52-65% (moist).

Struktur komunitas mangrove di perairan pantai Desa Sehati Kabupaten Maluku Tengah 马鲁库区沿海水域的红树林社区结构

Sehati merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kabupaten Maluku Tengah yang memiliki kawasanmangrove dengan luasan 66.5 ha dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu objek wisata lokal. Sarana pendukungpariwisata dibangun untuk meningkatkan estetika kawasan akan tetapi berimplikasi pada alih guna lahanmangrove. Tutupan mangrove menjadi berkurang karena adanya penebangan oleh masyarakat setempatdan intensitas sampah plastik dalam kawasan mengalami peningkatan seiring dengan rendahnya kesadaranpengunjung. Aktivitas pariwisata tersebut memberikan tekanan yang cukup berarti bagi ekosistemmangrove di Desa Sehati. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis struktur komunitas serta kondisilingkungan substrat dan perairan pada kawasan hutan mangrove di Desa Sehati, Kabupaten MalukuTengah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode transek liniear kuadrat. Transek yang digunakansebanyak 5 buah dengan kuadrat berukuran 3x3 meter sebanyak 10 buah, serta didukung denganpengukuran berbagai parameter fisika kima perairan. Jenis mangrove yang ditemukan diperairan pantaiDesa Sehati sebanyak 5 jenis. Nilai indeks keanekaragaman tergolong sedang (0,965), indeks dominansitergolong tinggi (0,893), dan indeks kemerataan tergolong sedang (0,348). Rhizphora apiculata memilikinilai kerapatan (12,78 ind/m2), kelimpahan (23 ind/m2), frekuensi kehadiran (0,96%), dan indeks nilaipenting (103,56) yang paling tinggi. Kondisi faktor fisika kimia perairan masih berada dalam keadaan yangbaik bagi pertumbuhan mangrove.
