Uji antibakteri teh hitam dan teh hijau kombucha pada methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)

Teh kombucha memiliki aktivitas  antibakteri pada bakteri Gram negatif, Gram positif, dan bakteri yang resisten terhadap antibiotik. Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) merupakan salah satu strain bakteri Staphylococcus aureus yang sudah mengalami resistensi terhadap antibiotika. MRSA merupakan penyebab utama infeksi nosokomial dan berbagai sindrom klinik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antibakteri teh kombucha dan mengetahui perbedaan daya antibakteri teh hitam kombucha dan teh hijau kombucha dalam menghambat MRSA.  Kombucha teh hitam dan kombucha teh hijau dibuat dengan fermentasi cair. Uji antibakteri teh kombucha pada MRSA dilakukan dengan metode difusi sumuran. Perbedaan antibakteri teh hitam kombucha dan teh hijau kombucha dianalisis menggunakan uji-t.  Teh hijau kombucha memiliki kadar asam total yang lebih tinggi dengan pH yang lebih rendah dibandingkan teh hitam kombucha. Teh hitam kombucha dan teh hijau kombucha mempunyai aktivitas antibakteri pada MRSA yang ditunjukkan dengan terbentuknya zona irradikal dengan diameter 14 ±  0,85 mm dan 17,1 ± 0,93 mm. Zona irradikal menunjukkan aktivitas teh hitam kombucha dan teh hijau kombucha dikategorikan lemah.  Oleh karena itu, teh kombucha belum efektif sebagai antibakteri terhadap MRSA.  Hasil uji-t menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan aktivitas antibakteri antara teh hitam kombucha dan teh hijau kombucha pada Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).
康普茶对革兰氏阴性菌、革兰氏阳性菌和抗生素耐药菌具有抗菌活性。耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)是一种发生抗生素耐药性的金黄色葡萄菌。MRSA是引起医院感染和各种临床综合征的主要原因。本研究的目的是了解康普茶抗菌剂的活性,并找出康普茶红茶和康普茶绿茶在抑制MRSA方面的能力差异。用液体发酵制成的康普茶红茶和康普茶绿茶。康普茶对MRSA的抗菌试验采用喷泉扩散法进行。用t检验分析了康普茶红茶和康普茶绿茶之间的差异。[UNK]康普茶绿茶比康普茶红茶具有更高的总酸速率和更低的pH值。康普茶红茶和康普茶绿茶对MRSA具有抗菌活性,形成直径分别为14±0.85 mm和17.1±0.93 mm的不合理区。不合理区表明康普茶红茶的抗菌活性,康普茶绿茶属于弱抗菌区。因此,康普茶对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌没有抗菌作用。t检验结果表明,康普茶红茶和康普茶绿茶对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的抗菌活性存在差异。

Karbon tetraklorida (CCl4) merupakan senyawa kimia yang bersifat toksik, namun masih sering digunakan dalam industri bahan pendingin, alat pemadam kebakaran, dan pestisida. Penggunaan CCl4 secara terus menerus dapat memicu terbentuknya radikal bebas sehingga berpotensi merusak organ hati dan ginjal. Tanaman sirsak (Annona muricata L.) salah satu tanaman yang dapat digunakan sebagai obat alternatif karena mengandung senyawa antioksidan yang dapat mencegah pembentukan radikal bebas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak daun sirsak terhadap gambaran histologi hati dan ginjal mencit (Mus musculus L.) yang diinduksi karbon tetraklorida. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 24 ekor mencit jantan yang dikelompokkan menjadi 4 perlakuan yaitu kontrol negatif (K-) diberi larutan Na-CMC 0,5%, kontrol positif (K+) diinduksi CCl4 0,007 mL/20g BB yang dilarutkan dalam minyak kelapa 0,1 mL, dan dua perlakuan yang diinduksi CCl4 0,007 mL/20g BB serta diberi ekstrak daun sirsak dosis 100 mg/kg BB (P1) dan 200 mg/kg BB (P2). Parameter yang diamati pada histologi hati yaitu degenerasi melemak, degenerasi hidropik, nekrosis, kongesti, serta infiltrasi sel radang. Parameter yang diamati pada histologi ginjal yaitu degenerasi melemak, nekrosis, infiltrasi sel radang, dan pembengkakan glomerulus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi penurunan kerusakan yang berbeda nyata (p<0,05) pada P1 dan P2 dibandingkan dengan kontrol positif (K+) pada sayatan histologi hati dan ginjal, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian ekstrak daun sirsak mampu memperbaiki kerusakan hati dan ginjal setelah diinduksi karbon tetraklorida.

Produk daging olahan adalah salah satu jenis pangan yang mudah mengalami kerusakan. Kerusakan pada produk daging olahan diakibatkan karena adanya pertumbuhan mikroorganisme. Menanggulangi hal tersebut, perusahaan pengolahan daging banyak menambahkan bahan tambahan pangan (BTP) yaitu natrium nitrit (NaNO2). Akumulasi nitrit yang berlebih dalam tubuh dapat menimbulkan efek yang merugikan pada sistem reproduksi. Penelitian oleh Pavlova et al. (2017) menemukan terjadi penurunan berat epididimis dan pengurangan jumlah spermatoa tikus yang diberi paparan NaNO2 tinggi. Rumput laut Eucheuma cottoni mengandung antioksidan yang dapat menetralkan sifat oksidatif yang ditimbulkan oleh NaNO2. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekstrak rumput laut Eucheuma cottoni terhadap kadar Malondialdehid (MDA) dan spermatozoa pada tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus L.) jantan yang diinduksi NaNO2. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari kontrol negatif (K-), kontrol positif (K+), perlakuan dosis 1 (P1), perlakuan dosis 2 (P2) dan perlakuan 3 (P3).  Kontrol negatif (K-) diberikan aquades sedangkan kontrol positif diberikan natrium nitrit dosis 22,5 mg/kg BB. Perlakuan dosis 1,2 dan 3 diberikan metode kombinasi natrium nitrit dan ekstrak rumput laut dosis 150 mg/kgBB/hari (P1), 300 mg/kgBB/hari (P2), dan 450 mg/kgBB/hari (P3). Pemberian perlakuan dilakukan selama 45 hari. Adapun variabel penelitian terdiri dari kadar MDA (Malondialdehid) pada serum dan kualitas spermatozoa meliputi integritas membran, viabilitas, motilitas dan morfologi spermatozoa dari tikus putih jantan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji statistik One Way Anova dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan. . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ekstrak rumput laut dosis 150 mg/kgBB mampu menurunkan kadar MDA (Malondialdehid), meningkatkan motilitas, viabilitas, integritas membran dan morfologi spermatozoa secara signifikan.

INVENTARISASI JAMUR MAKROSKOPIS DI HUTAN LINDUNG BUKIT PENINTIN KABUPATEN MELAWI

A B S T R A C TMacroscopic mushrooms research in this study aims to find the types of macroscopic mushrooms found in the protected forest of bukit penintin melawi regency. Based on the results of the inventory conducted there are as many as 53 types of macroscopic fungi from 19 familles found to come from 2 many as 5 types of 2 famillies namely the family Sarcoscyphaceae and family Xylariaceae while from the phyllum Basidiomycota found as many 17 famillies with the most found namely in the family Polyporaceae ass many as 12 types while the least is the family Clavariaceae, Schizophyllaceae, Ganodermataceae, Meripilaceae, Meruliaceae, Dacrymycataceae, and Lyophyllaceae which each found only 1 type of macroscopic fungus. The application of the Virtual Field Trip method plays a role in providing opportunities for students to be independent in their learning outside the classroom while increasing student motivation, reducing student stress; The important combination of these positive factors allows conceptual learning in Biology especially on biodiversity materials to be more effective in pandemic conditions. The purpose of implementing VFT is to replace conventional field trips, and introduce students to various aspects that are not easy to study directly for safety reasons, such as steep valleys and cost efficiency. Augmented Reality (AR) technology can incorporate 3D objects into a real environment. Biodiversity learning must involve students actively and use the surrounding environment as a learning resource with the ultimate goal of which is to increase literacy in biodiversity conservation. This is because biodiversity conservation literacy is included in scientific literacy which requires objective observation so as to encourage one's ability to understand various biodiversity, conservation efforts and communicate and apply conservation knowledge to solve problems that related to biodiversity issues

To achieve the expected educational goals, a curriculum wass needed that can help the learning process run smoothly. The implementation of a curriculum would certainly had an impact on students, their perceptions on the perceptions of each student, especially in biology subjects. The aims of this study was determine students' perceptions in the biology learning process by teachers related to the applied curriculum. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method which was a descriptive feature to describe the status of a phenomenon and was also a qualitative research, namely to see the perceptions of class XI students including teaching and learning activities that occur in the classroom. Observations show that SMA Negeri 2 Menyuke had implemented the use of the 2018 revised 2013 Curriculum which had four aspects of learning, namely Strengthening Character Education, Literacy, 4C (Communication, Critical Thinking, Creativity, and Collaboration), and HOTS (High Order Thinking Skill) which in total, students' perceptions of biology learning were 74.51% which was classified as good.

The purpose of this research is to find out the feasibility of the biology magazine as the teaching media in sub material interaction in ecosystem for sophomore in high school. This study used research and development (R&D) with the Plomp model. Feasibility test on the biology magazine which display the result of phase one validated by five validator consist of three lecturer and two sophomore teachers in class X from SMA Negeri 1 Sambas and SMA Negeri 1 Subah were selected by purposive. Validation assessment uses a Likert scale and data analysis uses the formula Lawshe (1975). The aspects assessed from the Biology magazine are aspects of language, content, and construction with 22 assessment criteria. The result of the biology magazine as teaching media acquire score 0,99 in CVI (Content Validity Index) which declared as a valid teaching material in sub material interaction in ecosystem for sophomore in highchool.

This study aims to determine the development of ICT Literacy research trends published by leading journals. The data analyzed consisted of 1778 indexed research publications. The data is then processed and analyzed using the R Bibliometric application to find out the bibliometric map of the ICT Literacy. The results showed that the number of publications on the ICT Literacy had increased significantly per year. The most types of documents that analyze ICT Literacy are journaled articles with 1068. The most popular author is Scherer R, and the most popular keywords are ICT, Literacy dan Digital. The trend analysis shows that ICT Literacy need to be developed considering the need for adapted with the demands of a technological world.

The research aimed to explain the feasibility of the flipbook as a learning medium for the Material of Growth and Development in the twelfth grade of SMA/ MA based on the growth rate observation of Cyprinus carpio L. with artificial feed. We used a descriptive method which consisted of two stages, namely instrument and learning medium validation. The instrument was validated by two validators who were lecturers in Study Program of Biology Education of Tanjungpura University (Untan). The flipbook medium was validated by five validators consisting of two lecturers from Study Program of Biology Education and three biology teachers from three different high schools in Pontianak City. The instrument sheet consisted of three aspects and twelve criteria. Data were analyzed using content validity ratio (CVR) and content validity index (CVI) by Lawshe (1975). The results of flipbook media validation showed that all criteria obtained a CVR value of 0.99, therefore, the CVI value obtained was also 0.99. So, it can be concluded that the flipbook is declared valid and can be used as a learning medium for the Material of Growth and Development in the twelfth grade of SMA / MA.

This study determined the feasibility of a submaterial practical guidelines for tissue structure and function in plants of class XI SMA with information of leaf thickness and transpiration rate as teaching materials. The research method was descriptive. Validation of practical guidelines consisted of two stages, namely instruments and practical guidelines validation. Instrument validation was carried out by one biology education lecturer at FKIP UNTAN and one biology teacher for class XI SMA Pontianak. Validation of the practical guidline was conduted by 5 validators including 2 biology educaton lecturers at FKIP UNTAN and 3 biology teachers for class XI SMA Pontianak. Validation use questionnaire with for aspect an 15 criteria filled using likert scale and analised by lawshe method. Researh of validation pratical guidelines often CVR value of 0.88. Practical guidelines requires improvement of material, construction, practicality and performance aspects to be use as learning proses.
