Maintaining collaboration across the whole catfish fisheries supply chain to achieve sustainability is difficult. All participants in the activities must prioritize their financial gains while also considering social growth and environmental responsibility. Jember's catfish fisheries actors come from various educational, social, and psychological backgrounds. Because of this diversity, it is challenging to apply traceability to Jember catfish fishery goods, resulting in a lack of competitiveness in the worldwide market. This study aims to examine current research in the catfish business on sustainable supply chains, collaborative models, and traceability on a large scale. The economic, environmental, and social aspects of sustainability are investigated and a model for a sustainable supply chain. Collaboration in the sustainable catfish supply chain is examined from vertical and horizontal perspectives. According to the findings, few studies have focused on integrated collaboration to establish a long-term supply chain system. The best feature of power to develop the drafting of search data is knowledge. The correctness of the meeting point of upstream search data with downstream traceability can be designed using simple and applicable information that spreads across all lines and is imprinted in consumers from an early age

Economic growth in Indonesia cannot be separated from the development of micro-enterprises. One indicator that shows the development of a micro-enterprise is performance. The growth of micro-enterprises in Indonesia, especially in Pasuruan, is very rapid. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial support (entrepreneurship training, financial support, entrepreneurial marketing and entrepreneurial networking) on the performance of MSMEs in Pasuruan. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a total sample of 150 SMEs in the food and beverage sector in Pasuruan. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the variables that affect the performance of MSMEs in Pasuruan are entrepreneurial networking, entrepreneurial training and financial support. The most influential variable is entrepreneurial networking with a loading factor of 0.556

On the other hand, this ecotourism business is more capable of providing social impacts for many communities. This study uses a qualitative method; conduct in-depth interviews and field observations, field observations and examine secondary data on the tourist destination of Gunung Gambir Jember Agrotourism. The findings of this study found that ecotourism is able to become a business alternative as independent form core business and tends to be profitable. This ecotourism business has a different market segment from its core business. This ecotourism business is able to absorb labor better, separate of labor plantation. The involvement of community groups both directly and indirectly in this business cycle shows that the empowerment model is happening and continues to run. It concludes that the management of ecotourism tourism by involving community groups around plantations to some extent is a business model that is not only profit-oriented. But this business model accommodates many people involved and is not abandoned.

The purpose of this article is to describe and analyze: 1) the importance of multicultural education in a plural nation-state; 2) government policies on the application of multicultural values in educational institutions, and 3) multicultural values as the embodiment of the Pancasila philosophy. This type of research used descriptive qualitative research design, while the form of research used content analysis as the foundation of analysis procedures. The results of the study concluded that: 1) multicultural education needs to be understood by the community because the values of multiculturalism can be an alternative means of solving the national socio-cultural conflicts; 2) government policies on the application of multicultural values in educational institutions can be "entrusted" in the subjects of History, Civics, Religion, and Guidance and Counseling teachers other than through extracurricular activities; and 3) multicultural education needs to continue to be comprehensively deepened, because it contains social values as a source that is not stagnant, only limited to discourse, but these values are in line with the precepts in Pancasila.

The application of online learning is a learning method carried out by the Early Childhood Education unit in the Semarang city area during the covid-19 outbreak. This refers to the Information Letter published by the Minister of Education and Culture Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Education Policies in the Emergency Period for the Spread of the Corona Virus. Since its implementation, several problems have arisen in the implementation process. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, namely photographing the situation that occurs in the field and interpreting it as a factual event with all the backgrounds and goals that arise and then analyzing it through ethnographic theory so that it becomes intact and provides an overview of the solution. The research locations were three schools from 3 different sub-districts in Semarang. The subjects observed consisted of 9 teachers, 45 students, and 45 parents of students selected as representatives of distance learning conditions in Early Childhood Education units. A random sampling technique was used to determine schools and research subjects. This study indicates that 78% of teachers experience learning technology unpreparedness; 87% of students have learning difficulties; 91% of parents do not understand how to provide learning that instills the value of responsibility. This study concludes a learning loss on responsibility character education in distance learning for early childhood in Semarang.

Hydroponics has various potentials to be developed as a means of education and tourism. The potential of hydroponics has not been fully understood by the public. The purpose of writing this article is to examine hydroponic opportunities as a tourist attraction and education based on the results of research and community service. The method of compiling this article review is done by conducting a literature study with primary data sourced from journals. The results of the article review show that the potential of hydroponics lies in the education of hydroponic systems, the use of electronic media and technology, modification of hydroponic installations, environmentally friendly plant care and the use of organic pesticides, education on hydroponic farming calculations, and vegetable picking tours and culinary tours. Research related to the use of renewable and environmentally friendly technologies needs to be investigated further and continuous community assistance activities are carried out to support the sustaina-bility of hydroponics.

The purpose of this study was to increase the creativity of kindergarten children through the activity of making food creations made of cassava. This research used classroom action research (CAR). The research subjects were 18 students of Kindergarten Dharmasiswa, Jepara, Indonesia. The research was conducted from November 2021 until February 2022. The research consisted of two cycles. Each cycle conducted through the stages of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Data collection used observation techniques of children's activities and documentation of children's work, data analysis techniques used percentage comparison techniques for each cycle. Children's creativity in the pre-cycle was only 36%, then increased to 60% in cycle 1. The increase in children's creativity was shown in the child's ability to make timus (Indonesian traditional food made from cassava, coconut, and brown sugar) according to the child's will. The revised action was carried out in cycle 2, the teacher asked the children to make getuk creations (Indonesian traditional food made from cassava and sugar). In cycle 2, children could make more varied forms of food. Children's creativity reached 79% after participating some activities in cycle 2. The results showed that children's creativity increased in each cycle. Based on the results, this study concluded that the children's creativity can be increased by making cassava-based food.
