Nursing homes were particularly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic during the two waves of contamination in 2020. Caregivers had no previous support and knowledge to think this crisis. The confinement, the sanitary rules came to reinforce the split between the external world and the interior of these establishments. Everyone was active, in an almost maniacal movement, to reject the death's anxiety. It is in a transitional space between inside and outside that the role and the practice of the psychologist have found their full meaning, by trying to maintain a fragile link with the familiar. From a clinical situation illustrating the evolution of the link between an elderly resident in nursing home, Mrs. O. and her daughter, this article attempts to show how the psychologist needs to reorient his intervention framework, by flirting with limits of it. Not only did this crisis provide irrefutable proof of our vulnerability, but it also allowed us to exploit new resources in our practices.

Introduction
The COVID-19 crisis has exacerbated the demand for group arrangements dedicated to healthcare professionals and more widely hospital and medicosocial staff.
Objective
This article attempts to shed light on the issues at stake in the opening of group settings, between supply and demand, as well as their main organizational and psychological contributions and limitations, through the synthesis of multiple feedbacks from group arrangements carried out by clinical psychologists and researchers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Method
Six female researcher-clinicians met to discuss their experiences in setting up group care facilities. The analysis of the feedback used the concepts of work psychodynamics and group psychoanalysis, making it possible to bring out the organizational and psychological characteristics of group arrangements dedicated to professionals in the healthcare sector.
Results
Our results show that the group arrangement, by allowing the sharing of experiences, helps the mutual recognition between professionals, and thus new identifications in order to avoid the fragmentation of work collectives. The most central point seems to be the capacity of group arrangements to deal with the aggressiveness and anger felt when facing the powerlessness to act in crisis situations. The limits of these groups concern their difficulty in allowing individual rather than collective words to be expressed, and the risk of being the site of a repetition of the trauma for the professionals who sometimes attack or flee from these mechanisms, for fear of what they might bring back to the surface.
Conclusion
Several points of vigilance and recommendations from the experiences reported in this article are explained, in order to enlighten and guide future group facilitators when offering group arrangements built with and for professionals in the healthcare field.

Introduction
The Covid-19 pandemic disrupted the organization of work and represented a turning point in the deployment of mediated and remote work. Wherever the continuation of the activity was possible at a distance, telework was imposed. Nevertheless, it is exercised in new conditions and the organization of work modalities is defined according to the evolution of the situation and governmental health measures.
Objective
In this context, the objective of this study is to understand what are, from the point of view of middle managers, the impacts of telework in confinement and then during the progressive re-establishment of the activity on site, on the one hand, on the work, its organization and its conditions of realization and, on the other hand, on the work collectives, the relationship to work and the quality of life of the employees.
Method
In this perspective, we carried out an exploratory and comprehensive study through semi-structured interviews with 17 directors of service in a French public organization.
Results
The lexical and morphosyntactic analysis performed shows that the modalities of work organization/reorganization at different moments of the crisis, their impact on work activity, the psychosocial experience of telework within the services and the managerial practices deployed (3 classes) could constitute opportunities but also generate risks.
Conclusion
The results of this study allow us to identify the benefits but also the potentially deleterious effects of the use of telework in times of crisis and provide elements for consideration in its post-pandemic deployment.

Introduction
The COVID-19 health crisis considerably accelerated the use of telework.
Objective
The present study focuses on the impact of telework frequency on workers’ work-life satisfaction and affective organizational commitment. This study also evaluates the mediating role of satisfaction with work-family balance in these two relationships. Finally, it investigates the moderator role of telework adjustment (i.e., adaptation to changes resulting from the transition to a virtual environment) in the relationship between telework frequency and work-family balance satisfaction, as well as the drivers of this adjustment.
Method
In all, 377 teleworkers replied to an online questionnaire measuring the above-mentioned variables.
Results
The increase in telework frequency is directly associated with a decrease in workers’ work-life satisfaction and affective organizational commitment, due to the degradation of their work-family balance satisfaction. Yet, once workers have made significant adjustments to telework, direct and indirect negative impacts of telework frequency are reduced. Finally, telework adjustment is largely predicted by whether telework resulted from choice or obligation, by the telework environment at home, and by the organizational support provided to workers.
Conclusion
Theoretical and practical implications of these results will be discussed, with potential avenues to best support the deployment of remote work.

Introduction
During the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone was confronted with their finitude, risking a crisis of meaning. Considering with Erikson (1950) that generativity is a great vector of meaning in life, which allows an individual to ensure the continuity of society through transmission and care, caregivers usually have a higher generativity score than the general population (Grossman & Gruenewald, 2017). This study then looks for signs of generativity among caregivers, hypothesising that it was particularly mobilised during this health crisis.
Purpose
The purpose of this study is to explore the experiences of psychologists working in hospitals on somatic wards in order to identify the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and signs of generativity.
Method
In this exploratory, qualitative, prospective, multicenter study, nine psychologists working in hospital wards were interviewed individually to explore their experiences during a semi-structured interview.
Results
The markers of existential crisis linked to COVID-19, such as signs of exhaustion and anxiety, were prominent in their discourse. Strong elements of generativity are also found in the interviews. This reflects the testing of their resources.
Conclusion
Generativity allowed adaptation during the crisis but does not seem to be sufficient to protect against exhaustion and existential crisis.

Introduction
Clinical practice with chronic pain patients, shaken by the reorganization of the health care field, has required a rethinking of pain management. In order to continue the psychological support of patients, individual consultations or distance group workshops have been developed. A practice analysis group bringing together psychologists and psychotherapists shared their clinical experiences and experiences of the crisis.
Objectives
The objectives of this study are to explore the adaptation of clinical practices for chronic pain subjects; the experience of professionals; and to propose recommendations resulting from the collective reflections.
Method
The clinical research methodology was that of a focus group. Three two-hour videoconference meetings were held from September 2020 to May 2021. A thematic analysis of the transcripts was carried out with the NVivo qualitative analysis software.
Results
In all, 9 psychologists and psychotherapists participated in the focus group. The thematic analysis revealed three main themes, namely: (1) impact of the health crisis related to COVID-19; (2) adaptation of practices; (3) process of changing clinical practices.
Conclusion
Professionals report that the use of digital tools has limited the psychopathological impact of the health crisis on patients. The recommendations resulting from the collective reflections suggest maintaining remote care and relying on the support of the teams, the hierarchy, and peer exchange groups.

Context
Aware of the difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic for many families with children aged 6 or under, this study focuses on three contexts of potential vulnerability: single parenthood, children with developmental disorders, poverty.
Method
A questionnaire, consisting of 69 questions, was transmitted nationally during the first lockdown (from 17 March to 10 May 2020). Among the study sample (n = 490), 36 households were single-parent, and 93 families had a child with developmental impairments. From November 2020 to June 2021, a additional qualitative approach was used to reach the most vulnerable groups (n = 23).
Results
The methodology adopted made it possible to identify modes of experience that converge across families in the three contexts (more strengthened intrafamily relationships and investment in protection measures, for example), and others that appear more specific: pressure felt and need for information for single-parent households and those with children with developmental disorders, the burden of home schooling for single-parent households and the poorest, social isolation for single-parent households and difficulties in maintaining the previous food budget for the most precarious.
Conclusion
The various pressures felt, the housing (with or without outdoor spaces) and working conditions, the fear of being sick, the negative feelings, etc. must encourage public authorities to implement psychological support mechanisms, particularly for the most vulnerable parents, in order to avoid subsequent physical and/or psychological health problems or even post-traumatic symptoms for parents and their children.

Introduction
Hemodialysis is associated with dietary and fluid restrictions, which can be a source of frustration, suffering and non-compliance in many patients. Hypnosis, a booming therapeutic tool in the health field, could improve patients’ feelings. The objective of this study is to assess the effect of hypnosis on fluid restrictions experience.
Method
The effectiveness of the hypnotic intervention was evaluated using a single-case protocol (ABA type) with two patients. A protocol in 3 phases of 3 weeks was used with three sessions of hypnosis. Several measurement tools have been used: the KDQoL-36 for quality of life, the Health-Specific Self-Efficacy Scales (adapted for dialysis patients) for self-efficacy, and numeric scales for therapeutic compliance and thirst.
Results
Some significant changes were observed with maintenance of the effects after hypnosis: improvement in the global quality of life for patient 1, improvement of self-efficacy (barrier) for patient 2. The visual analysis showed improvements but without significant effect as alleviation of thirst and discomfort, improvement of perceived compliance.
Conclusion
These preliminary results concerning the effects of hypnosis on the experience of fluid restrictions are mixed reflecting variability between patients. However, these results are encouraging and show the need to continue this evaluation with more patients thanks to the advantages of the single-case protocol method.
