This research examines the Analysis of Troubled Financing Restructuring and the Urgency of Post-Covid-19 Agreement Renewal at BSI Aceh. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of post-covid-19 problem financing restructuring at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Aceh Branch, and to find out the urgency of renewing the post-covid-19 financing contract at BSI Aceh, to find out the Handling of Post-Covid-19 Financing Restructuring at BSI Aceh. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research took place at BSI Aceh branch. The data sources used in this research are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analytical technique. The results showed that BSI in Aceh in providing financing restructuring to customers due to the Covid-19 Pandemic is based on Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 16/POJK.03/2014, which can only be given to customers who have difficulty fulfilling their obligations to the bank due to their business being affected by Covid-19. The stages of restructuring are rescheduling, re-conditioning and re-structuring. All these stages are carried out in order to fulfil the purpose of the initial contract of a customer with the bank, namely to give birth to a legal effect or mutual intention that is intended and which the parties want to realise through making a contract.

Education in the 21st century demands the use of technology to make innovations in the learning process, this results in social changes in the scope of education. In addition to the demands of the 21st century, the Covid-19 pandemic situation requires educators and students to be adaptive in the technology-based learning process. One of the successes in the learning process is the teaching materials used by educators. Problems that arise with partners (East Java Sharia Banking MGMP Teachers) are teaching materials that are less complex in learning, so far partners only use teaching materials in the form of printed teaching materials and pieces of each chapter of material uploaded in google classroom. Therefore, the PKM team wants to provide training to teachers who are members of the East Java Province Sharia Banking MGMP for the use and development of teaching materials. The teaching materials used in this training are e-modules assisted by the Flip PDF Professional application. The method of implementing this training activity is carried out in three stages, namely: needs analysis, implementation of training activities and evaluation of activities. The results of the questionnaire show that respondents are very interested in the training activities carried out and this activity is very useful for participants to be able to compile teaching materials in the form of E-Modules which can later be used in online learning.

OJK melakukan kajian yang memperlihatkan bahwa produk tabungan syariah merupakan produk keuangan syariah yang masyarakat paling dikenali sebesar 18 persen dan digunakan sebesar 9 persen mengandung arti bahwa hanya 18 orang dari 100 penduduk yang mengerti tentang tabungan syariah dan hanya setengah persen orang dari yang mengerti tersebut menggunakan tabungan syariah.Oleh karena itu, Kecamatan Simpang Kanan yang merupakan sebuah kecamatan di Provinsi Riau, dengan mayoritas islam yang dapat dilihat dari jumlah masjid 96 buah dan musholla 105 buah, maka peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti apakah literasi pemahaman perbankan syariah sudah dikenal ataupun dipahami dan dijalankan di kehidupan sehari-hari msyarakat Kecamatan Simpang Kanan. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menegtahu apakah literasi perbankan syariah sudah dikenal, dipahami, dan diaplikasikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei melalui kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data.Teknik yang digunakan dalam Non Probability Sampling adalah teknik Purposive Sampling. Kuesioner memakai skala Likert sebagai penilaiannya. Fhitung (22,012) > Ftabel (3,94) dan Sig (0,000) < 0,05, maka disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman literasi perbankan syariah (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Animo masyarakat bertranksaksi di perbankan syariah. literasi perbankan syariah (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Animo masyarakat bertranksaksi di perbankan syariah.

The Nawacita agenda, a priority agenda for President Joko.Widodo and his cabinet, consists of 9 flagship initiatives, and the power to implement them has been delegated to the National Family Planning Coordinating Board (BKKBN). According to the provisions of Law No. 23 of 2014 on Regional Government, specifically in the Division of Concurrent Government Affairs between the Central Government, Provincial Regions, and Regency/City Regions. in letter N (Division of Government Affairs in the Field of Population Control and Family Planning), a Family Planning Village Program (KB Village) policy was drafted in an effort to realize the development priority agenda. Decree of the Sintang Regent Number: 476/500/KEP-DKBP3A/2021 Concerning the Formation of a Regional Working Group (District Working Group) on Population, Family Planning, and Prosperous Family Development in Sintang District, particularly in Teluk Kelansam Village, Sintang District, mandated the establishment of the KKBPK in order to implement the KB Village Program at the district level. The goal of this research was to use the Charles O. Jones Theory to identify, describe, and evaluate the steps taken by the residents of Teluk Kelansam Village, Sintang District, Sintang Regency, as they implemented the KB Village Program policy. First, the findings indicate that the organization in question has the necessary institutional framework, personnel, financial resources, and physical facilities to function effectively. Second, application/application, which involves having a defined work program, work processes, and schedule of activities; third, interpretation, which includes compliance with rules, technical instructions, and implementation instructions.

Stunting has been designated as a national priority issue. The target to reduce stunting by 27.6% in 2019 is expected to be 14% in 2024. Based on the 2021 Indonesian Nutrition Status (SSGI) results, Sintang District has the second largest stunting prevalence rate in West Kalimantan, which is 38.2%. So that the high prevalence of stunting can hamper efforts to improve public health and develop the quality of human resources. With the issuance of Presidential Regulation Number 72 of 2021 concerning the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction, where the BKKBN is the Chief Executive, it certainly has an impact on the need for program coordination and convergence in the field. So that this automatically results in the Office of Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Sintang Regency, which is an extension of the West Kalimantan Provincial BKKBN Representative, responsible for accelerating the reduction of stunting in Sintang District. Hence, the Office of Family Planning, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection in Sintang Regency are making endeavors to expedite the reduction of stunting through diverse strategies. The aim of this research was to comprehend the execution of measures for accelerating the decline of stunting at the Sintang District Office of Family Planning, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection, guided by the principles established by Donald Van Meter and Charles Van Meter. This research employs a case study approach, employing a qualitative descriptive research framework. The data collection techniques by way of interviews, observation and documentation/documentary studies. The results of this study are that in 2022 based on the results of the Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI) conducted by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, the prevalence rate of stunting in Sintang District shows a very significant decrease. The study's outcome reveals that the execution of the strategy aimed at expediting the reduction of stunting in the context of Sintang Family Planning has been observed, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Services has been going well and has been successful in efforts to deal with stunting by reducing the prevalence of stunting from 38.2% to 18.7%. One of the suggestions given is the need to carry out community empowerment activities in an effort to fulfill balanced nutrition for families at risk of stunting, namely families with prospective brides, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, toddlers and stunted toddlers, especially from underprivileged families.

The contribution of MSMEs is quite large for the national economy because, with a large number of existing MSMEs, more jobs will be created for people who need jobs and become the biggest contributor to Domestic Product Value (Gross). Therefore, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) need special attention in this sector. The research was conducted to analyze the development of MSME entrepreneurs in the city of Bandung after the Covid 19 pandemic for MSME entrepreneurs. The number of MSME entrepreneurs who were sampled was 110 respondents from several types of businesses. The type of research conducted was survey research with descriptive and verification data analysis methods. The results of the study partially show that the Entrepreneurial Character variable has a positive influence on MSME business development, while the Business Capital variable does not have a positive effect on business development. And the marketing strategy variable partially has a positive effect on business development. Business capital that does not have a positive effect on business development does not mean that MSME players do not need venture capital in developing their businesses. Even though MSME entrepreneurs have sufficient capital without strong and positive characteristics of MSME entrepreneurs, business development will not work While the simultaneous test results obtained results of Entrepreneurial Characteristics, Business Capital and Marketing Strategy jointly affect Business Development. This illustrates that with strong entrepreneurial characteristics and supported by the availability of business capital and marketing strategies that are in accordance with market conditions, business development carried out by MSME entrepreneurs will certainly run well

Rural Banks are a financial institution that plays a role in the community's economy by collecting excess funds from the public and lending them to people who need funds. Every company, both bank and non-bank, reports at a certain time the company's financial performance in the form of annual financial reports. Financial statements show the financial performance of a company in running its business, what are the weaknesses and strengths of the company. The company's financial performance is a representation of the company's financial position over a certain period of time. Banks with good financial performance can create a good Indonesian economy and help improve the standard of living of the Indonesian people. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return On Assets (ROA). This study uses secondary data obtained from the website of the Financial Services Authority, with a sampling technique using purposive sampling, namely the sampling technique by selecting data sources based on criteria and based on certain considerations so that a total sample is obtained 135. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation), multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (partial, simultaneous and coefficient of determination). The results of this study indicate that partially Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), while the Non Performing Loan (NPL) have no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). Furthermore, it is known that simultaneously the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Talang Ubi Kabupaten Pali. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 52 orang pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampek pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan program Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa penempatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Talang Ubi Kabupaten Pali. Upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, pimpinan hendaknya mempertimbangkan terlebih dahulu sebelum menempatakan pegawai berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan, pengetahuan kerja, pengalaman kerja dengan job description yang akan dibebankan kepada pegawai pada posisi yang baru.

This research investigates the role of Baitul Maal Wattamwil (BMT) UGT Sidogiri Branch in Sawangan Depok in enhancing the productivity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and its impact on local economic development. The study employs a descriptive analysis method based on quantitative data collected from BMT's financial reports and MSME members who received financing in the form of Barakah Business Capital (MUB). Additionally, insights into BMT's role in empowering MSMEs were obtained through interviews with BMT management and MSME members. The findings reveal that BMT UGT Sidogiri Branch significantly contributes to enhancing MSME productivity. Providing MUB financing offers substantial benefits to MSMEs, helping them improve their businesses and support local economic development. BMT successfully facilitates collaboration among members, strengthens economic synergies, and places special emphasis on the welfare of MSME members through a profit-sharing system based on Sharia principles. Despite its positive contributions, the research identifies several challenges faced by BMT Sidogiri, including members who are urban dwellers or newcomers, competition with daily banks/usurers, and technological limitations. Nevertheless, BMT UGT Sidogiri has implemented strategic measures, such as a family-oriented approach and technology integration, to address these challenges.
