Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dispersi pertumbuhan ekonomi, dispersi investasi, dan dispersi Indeks Pembangunan Manusia antar kabupaten/kota Dalam wilayah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur terhadap disparitas pendapatan antar kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Rancangan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Cakupan penelitian ini adalah pada kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dalam tahun 2007-2020. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan bantuan alat software E-Views untuk mengetahui pengaruh variable-variabel yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata disparitas pendapatan per tahun, sejak tahun 2008 hingga tahun 2020, adalah 0,6033. Selama tahun 2008 hingga tahun 2013, disparitas pendapatan yang terjadi berada di atas rata-rata per tahun. Sebaliknya, sejak tahun 2014 sampai tahun 2020 disparitas pendapatan yang terjadi berada di bawah rata-rata per tahun. Secara sederhana dapat dikatakan, bahwa sejak tahun 2008 hingga tahun 2020 disparitas pendapatan ini berfluktuasi, namun demikian disparitas pendapatan cenderung menunjukkan penurunan. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji F-statistik menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama dispersi pertumbuhan ekonomi, dispersi investasi, dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia antar kabupaten/kota berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disparitas pendapatan antar kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Berdasarkan hasil uji t-statistik dispersi pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disparitas pendapatan antar daerah kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, dispersi investasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap disparitas pendapatan antar kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, dan dispersi Indeks Pembangunan Manusia berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap disparitas pendapatan antar daerah kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur.

The goal of this research was to ascertain how accounting students at UPN "Veteran" East Java handled their personal finances in relation to their level of financial literacy, hedonistic lifestyle, and financial planning. Quantitative methodology is employed. The participants in this research were East Java accounting students from the UPN "Veteran" classes of 2019 and 2020. 85 respondents were utilized as samples in this research, and they were selected using the purposive sampling approach and computed using the Slovin formula. The questionnaire approach using the Google form was used for the study's data gathering procedures. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is the data analysis method employed in this work, while SmartPLS 3.0 was used for data administration. (1) Financial literacy has an impact on the personal financial management of accounting students at UPN "Veteran" East Java, according to the study's findings. (2) The hedonistic way of living affects how UPN "Veteran" East Java accounting students handle their own finances. (3) Accounting students at UPN "Veteran" East Java's personal financial management is impacted by financial planning.

Revlon is a cosmetic company from the United States which was founded in 1932 by Charles Revson and Joseph Revson with a chemist Charles Lachman. For this reason, so that the product remains in demand by consumers, the purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of E-WOM and product innovation on purchasing decisions for Revlon products in Jombang Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study are female consumers who use Revlon products who live in Jombang Regency. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 96 respondents. Data analysis technique uses PLS with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that E-WOM has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions and product innovation has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image, and lifestyle on the purchase decision of an Iphone Smartphone. This research method uses quantitative methods. Variable measurement uses a likert scle with a vulnerability scaleof 1-5 through a google form questionnaire distributed to repondents. The population in this study were all 2019. FEB UPN East Java Veterans Students currently using or have used an iPhone. Sampling using proportional stratified random sampling and probability sampling. 100 students have a referee. Partial least squares (PLS) analysis was used to process the data. The results show that factors such as product quality, brand image and lifestyle have a positive and significant influence on the iPhone smartphone purchase decision of the East Java FEB UPN "Veteran" students of the year 2019.

Nasabah produk pembiayaan Mitraguna Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) BSI senantiasa mengalami peningkatan. Penelitian kualitatif ini berikhtiar untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran BSI dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah pembiayaan Mitraguna; serta untuk mengetahui kendala dan solusi yang dihadapi BSI dalam menerapkan strategi pemasaran pembiayaan mitraguna. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan, strategi pemasaran pembiayaan Mitraguna di BSI dengan bauran pemasaran 7P yaitu produk (product), harga (price), tempat (place), promosi (promotion), orang-orang (people), bukti fisik (physical evidence) dan proses (processes). Kendala yang dihadapi dua faktor: Faktor internal yaitu kondisi covid-19 yang membatasi karyawan untuk masuk setiap hari karena aturan WFH (work from home), sehingga pemasaran produk dan pelayanan menjadi kurang maksimal, maka solusinya pemasaran online dilakukan lebih masif serta menyediakan aplikasi BSI Mobile. Faktor eksternal dikarenakan covid-19, nasabah menahan diri untuk pergi melakukan pembiayaan langsung ke Bank dan adanya nasabah canggung karena baru pertama kali melakukan pembiayaan di BSI. Solusinya dengan menggunakan aplikasi BSI Mobile, proses approval yang mudah dan cepat, serta princing yang kompetitif dan aman sesuai prinsip Syariah.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya risiko operasional yang terjadi pada Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Sehingga diperlukan manajemen risiko operasional yang efektif pada BSI. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengkaji secara mendalam terkait implementasi manajemen risiko operasional pada BSI. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder atau studi kepustakaan. Data sekunder yang diperoleh bersumber dari website resmi BSI, buku, jurnal serta artikel yang terkait dengan penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data kualitatif model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah manajemen risiko operasional pada BSI sudah diterapkan dengan efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan rasio BOPO BSI selama tahun 2021 sampai dengan tahun 2022 terus mengalami penurunan.

This study aims to determine the role of professional certification bodies (LSP) in improving the quality of human resource management in information and communication technology vocational schools at BBPVP Bandung. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. The study population was 110 people who were employees at the BBPVP Bandung City office. By using the slovin formula, the number of samples obtained from this pattern is 64 employees with a research confidence level of 90%. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Testing or data analysis using SPSS V23. The analytical method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and simple linear regression test. From all the tests carried out, the results obtained were that there was a role for LSP in improving the quality of human resources in information and communication technology vocational schools at BBPVP Bandung city.

he purpose of this research is to look at the impact of Operating Costs on Operating Income (BOPO), Mudharabah Financing, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Murabahah Financing on the Return on Assets (ROA) of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia from 2020 to 2022. The study's sample consists of Islamic commercial banks whose financial reports are included in Islamic banking statistics. Purposeful sampling technique was used to choose the sample. Utilizing Eviews 12 software, multiple linear regression analysis is the data analysis approach employed in this quantitative research method. The findings demonstrate that CAR, Mudharabah Financing, and Murabahah Financing have a substantial impact on the ROA of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia, however BOPO has no effect on the dependent variable. This study contributes significantly to our understanding of the elements that determine the ROA of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The findings of the study can help bank management make more effective decisions to improve financial performance. Further research could include more variables or prolong the study period to obtain a more complete picture of the factors influencing the ROA of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia.

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of effectiveness, benefits and lifestyle on interest in using e-wallets among accounting students of UPN "Veteran" East Java with the Technology Acceptance Model approach. This type of research is quantitative research. The population of this study were accounting students of UPN "Veteran" East Java in the 2019-2021 batch of 90 respondents. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires via google forms. The sampling technique in this study was Probability Sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Product Service Solutions (SPSS 25) program. The results of this study indicate that the effect of effectiveness has a negative and insignificant effect on interest in using e-wallets, while the effect of benefits and lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on interest in using e-wallets.
