This research aims to find out about the influence of training and work environment on employee performance at PT. Kreasindo Jaya Tama Sukses Bekasi. The method used in this researchthe is the quantitative method. This research was conducted at PT. Kreasindo Jaya Tama Sukses. The sample collection technique uses all employees of PT. Kreasindo Jaya Tama Sukses with a total of 105 employees. To determine the total of samples used, use the slovin formula with a margin error of 10% and there were result 52 employees who were used as respondents. The analysis model used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the f-test and t-test with a significance level of 5%. The research results show that there is a partial influence between job training on employee performance and the t table value (3,739 > 1,676 atay thitung > ttabel). Meanwhile, there is a partial influence of the work environment on employee performance with t table (2,329 > 1,676).

This research was conducted to determine the influence of financial literacy (X1) and e-money (X2) on consumptive behavior (Y) in management students at Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang. The research employed a quantitative approach, utilizing multiple regression analysis for data analysis. The data processing was conducted using SPSS 24 software. The primary data source was gathered through the distribution of questionnaires to management students at Buana Usaha University, Karawang. The population chosen for this research was management students at Buana Usaha Karawang University, totaling 350 students with a sample of 186 students using the Slovin Formula as a sampling technique. The findings indicate that the variable of financial literacy has a favorable impact on consumptive behavior. Similarly, the variable of e-money also has a positive influence on consumptive behavior. Furthermore, when considering both financial literacy and e-money together, they collectively have an impact on consumptive behavior. The consumer behavior variable is influenced by the financial literacy and e-money variables by 50%.

This study aims to explain the effect of location and promotion through Instagram social media on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously using quantitative analysis methods with a verification descriptive research type. Determination of the number of samples using the Cochran formula with sampling techniques using purposive sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire and analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS27 software. The results showed 1) Location for Uwak Coffee consumers obtained very good criteria 2) Promotion through Instagram social media for Uwak Coffee consumers obtained very good criteria 3) Purchase decisions for Uwak Coffee consumers obtained good criteria 4) Location partially had positive and significant effects on purchasing decisions of Uwak Coffee 5) Promotion through Instagram social media has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of Uwak Coffee 6) Location and promotion through Instagram social media simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of Uwak Coffee with a value of 27.1%.

In an effort to make the nation's life more intelligent, one of the activities that KKN students need to carry out is activities in the field of education. KKN students are expected to be able to develop various community service activity programs, one of which also touches on educational aspects. One of the locations chosen was Purbasari Village, Tapian Dolok District, Simalungun Regency as a KKN location. Judging from the type of information, the research approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. This research shows that the KKN-32 group plays a good and influential role for village communities and for educational institutions in the village in improving children's education in the village and empowering the community. In this case, the KKN-32 group in Purbasari Village, Tapian Dolok District, Simalungun Regency has a good role in helping the community and village educational institutions in improving education.

Human resources are an important part of the business, so companies provide opportunities to develop the potential of their human resources to maximize employee performance, to be able to create maximum employee performance cannot be separated from the competencies possessed and work environment conditions in an organization where to work. The research was conducted to determine the effect of employee competence (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT. M. Quantitative methods were used in this study with multiple regression analysis and using SPSS 24 for data processing, primary data sources were obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. M. The population selected for the study were all employees of PT. M totaling 230 with a sample of 146 employees using the Slovin formula used as a sampling technique. The results obtained are that there is a partial effect of employee competence on the performance of PT. M employees of 0.372 or 37.2%, there is a partial effect of the work environment on the performance of PT. M employees of 0.523 (52.3%) and there is a simultaneous effect of employee competence and work environment on the performance of PT. M employees of 0.663 (66.3%) and the remaining 33.7% are influenced by other variables.

The purpose of this research is to find out how PT BPRS Gebu Prima manages risks related to mudharabah financing and problematic financing. This research is qualitative in nature, and data was collected through direct observation and interviews. The analysts obtained the exploration results directly by following mudharabah support exercises conducted at PT BPRS Gebu Prima. Board risk at this bank is resolved in three stages, the first is the planning stage which includes the exercise of ending the connection and actually looking at the client's upcoming reporting needs. The next stage is the execution stage which contains study exercises and supporting examinations by the Bookkeeper who pays attention to the 5C standards (Character, Limit, Capital, Assurances and Conditions). Apart from that, the control stage which includes monitoring activities on the use of financing and installments is the third stage. Many studies have been published regarding the risks associated with profit sharing schemes, one of which is the result that a normative approach to risk management in profit sharing systems is needed.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of the quality of leader-member exchange towards organizational commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable on employees of The Central Statistics Office (BPS) in Bali. This study collects primary data via a self-enumerated questionnaire with 7-points Likert scale ranging from "Strongly Disagree" to "Strongly Agree." With a population of 264 employees, the sample method employed is saturated sampling or census. This study's sample had 173 respondents, with a response rate of 65.5% of the population. The SEM-PLS method was used to analyze the data with the Smart PLS 3.0 tool. The findings revealed that job satisfaction fully mediates the influence of the quality of the leader-member exchange on organizational commitment. The findings indicate that the quality of leader-member exchange may not necessarily boost employee’s organizational commitment if they are not satisfied with their jobs. As a result, in order to boost employee commitment, leader must be able to build quality relationships to increase the job satisfaction of his/her subordinates.

This article discusses determining the amount of profit deposits by banks for musyarakah financing. Financing activities are the provision of facilities for providing capital or funds to meet the needs of parties who lack funds/capital or have a unit deficit. This activity is carried out to achieve a profit where the entrepreneur will get business capital and the bank will get a profit. This article also examines the legal basis through the Al-Quran, hadith and DSN MUI fatwa. This research involves a case study at PT. Bank Sumut Capem Syariah Binjai which will provide information to the Bank to pay more attention to everything in accordance with the MUI DSN Fatwa. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with collection techniques through observation, documentation and interviews. The results of the research show that PT Bank Sumut Capem Syariah Binjai has not fully implemented the Musyarakah financing agreement in accordance with the DSN MUI Fatwa, including still determining the amount of profit deposit at the beginning when executing the contract, which is stated in the DSN MUI Fatwa NO 08 DSN-MUI/IV/2000 You should determine the profit deposit at the time of payment each month.

The franchise concept is an agreement between the franchisor and the franchisee. This means that the franchisor, as the patent owner of the trademark, has the right to receive a certain amount of royalties or fees to be paid by the franchisee based on legal provisions. Franchise agreements are regulated in Indonesian civil law with regard to special rights to trademarks. While in Islamic law, the franchise agreement is actually a development of a form of cooperation (syirkah). This research uses the library research method, where data sources come from laws and other secondary data. The results of this study indicate that a franchise agreement under civil law, which refers to Article 4 of Government Regulation No. 42 of 2007 on Franchising, states that every franchise agreement of any kind must be made in writing by the parties. The existence of a franchise agreement is an innominaat contract. Innominaat contracts are contracts that arise, grow and develop in practice. From the perspective of Shari'ah economic law, franchise agreements belong to the group of shirkah (partnership) and the law is permissible. In addition, the franchise agreement involves the cooperating parties, namely the franchisor and the franchisee. Meanwhile, the franchisor's capital consists of intellectual rights in the form of company names, logos, systems and methods, which are owned and developed by the franchisor.
