As a country surrounded by oceans, Indonesia has huge potential in salt production, and Sumenep district is one of the districts with the largest salt production in Indonesia. However, the potential and large production results are not in accordance with the economic conditions of salt farmers. This is due to several things, one of which is because the selling price of salt is not in accordance with the HPP (Harga Pembelian Pemerintah) as well as guidance and assistance to increase the productivity of salt farmers who are lacking. This problem will have an impact on the welfare of salt farmers. This study aims to determine how the level of welfare of salt farmers in Sumenep district in the perspective of maqāṣid al-sharī'ah. This research was examined with descriptive qualitative methods. The data was collected through semi-structured interviews with salt farmers in Sumenep district, then analyzed using the maqāṣid al-sharī'ah approach. Thus, the level of welfare of salt farmers is measured in five aspects of maqāṣid al-sharī'ah; hifz al-din (guarding religion), hifz al-nafs (guarding life), hifz al-'aql (guarding thoughts), hifz al-nasl (guarding nasab) , and hifz al-mal (protect wealth). The results of this study are the welfare of salt farmers from the aspects of hifz al-din and hifz al-naslhave been achieved (prosperous), but from the aspects of hifz al-nafs, hifz al- 'aql, and hifz} al-mal has not been reached (not prosperous). This research will discuss about Wamel practice in traditional lease perspective maqashid syariah with the aim to describe how Wamel practice in kedungjajang sub-district is in accordance with maqashid syariah or not. This study uses a qualitative approach because this research will understand the social phenomena about Wamel (Rent Melleh) in Sub District Kedungjajang District Lumajang. How to collect data through two stages of interview and observation. The data in this research consists of two parts, namely, primary and secondary data. From result of research indicate that: In this Wamel Maqashid Perspective still can’t be in accordance with Maqashid Shariah, that is from the aspect of justice and the benefit of all mankind. This study aims to determine the practice of online pricing in the online store instagram Tiw's.id. the method used is descriptive qualitative with field research type. Khiyar right is the choise to cancel or establish a contract for both the seller and the buyer. The right of khiyar is a proof of the perfection of Islam in a business between two people who intend to create mutually acceptable transactions and avoid fraud. On a free purchase or purchase directly in general, you can check the items you want to buy like the disable items or the quality of the items, but its diffrent by buying online, the limited internet makes the khiyar right not noticed by both the seller and the buyer.

The issue of environmental damage caused by industry continues to increase every year accompanied by real conditions that occur, either damage on humans, animals, plants, and the environment. Nowadays people are increasingly aware of the importance of preserving the environment more selectively in the selection of products used. This study was conducted to determine the effect of green perceived value and green brand image on green purchase intention on consumers of Malang Bodyshop. The number of samples study were 141 respondents of The Bodyshop customers in Malang. This study uses a purposive sampling technique with the following criteria: (1) At least 18 years old (2) Domiciled in the city of Malang and once made a purchase at the outlets of The Bodyshop Malang (3) Have used The Bodyshop products at least more than once. Data analysis techniques are performed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of the study shows that it turns outs that trust in green products plays a very important role in the desire of consumers to buy. The result obtained by green trust fully mediate green perceived value and green brand image of the green purchase intention. There is a positive relationship between the green perceived value on green trust and green brand image of green trust. It was also found in this study that there was a negative relationship between the green perceived value on green purchase intention and the negative relationship between the green brand image of the green purchase intention.

The formation of consumer attitudes will shape a person's intention to do or not, and that intention will influence the formation of consumer behavior. The purpose of this study is to fill the gap with previous research by investigating the role of religiosity, an essential part of a person's belief system, in the relationship between environmental variables and the intention to purchase green products / environmentally friendly products. Questionnaire or pre-test testing was carried out by distributing questionnaires to students of State Universities in Malang in more significant numbers to obtain primary data. The method of analysis in research is the method of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study indicate that religiosity is related to spiritual values that influence one's actions in making decisions. Religiosity is very important in one's life. So that generation Z who has a high level of religiosity will think of the environment for the actions they do during the purchase activity. Thus generation Z will choose environmentally friendly products (green products) so that the surrounding environment is safe and avoid environmental damage.

This study aims to determine what factors are considered Muslim entrepreneurs in determining the business performance of a Muslimpreneur in the city of Batam. Techniques of collecting data using kuisoner, observation, and documentation. Test the research instrument by using the validity and reliability analysis. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and confirmatory factor analaisis (CFA). The result of the research shows 4 variables forming the business performance of a Muslimpreneur namely Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, and Production. While the most dominant factor considered by employers in determining the performance of a muslimpreneur in Batam City is the production and human resources with the value of variance of 0.23% and 1.45%.

Bank Thithil is an informal financial institution that offers high-interest loan services to the public. This study aims to determine the external factors considered by coastal Muslim society to use bank thithil financial services. The data were collected through survey with questionnaires and in-depth interviews with bank thithil customers at Bulu Meduro village, Tuban regency and analyzed by exploratory factor analysis methods. The results show that there are eight external factors that are considered by customers to use bank thithil services, namely: loan compensation and accessibility factors, customer parity and service, transaction time flexibility, ease of administration, brand image, location excellence, member advantage, and limited institutional coverage syariah finance. From the results of external factor analysis, then analyzed in depth using interviews with several customers, it was found that there were two factors that became a strong drawer for Muslim society to use bank thithil services, namely the prime service factor of bank thithil and barriers of syariah financial institutions.

Intelligencies have an important role to improve employee performance. There was a research gap related to the role. This research is to analyze the effect of intelligence dimensions on employee performance. The sample of the study consisted of 67 respondents. Quantitative analysis is used. The results showed intellectual quotient, emotional quotient, and spiritual quotient could improve employee performance. Meanwhile, spiritual intelligence had a dominant role.

The study aims to determine the extent of policy effectiveness that comes from the polarization of executive and legislative relations can affect the welfare of the people of Cilegon city. The results achieved from this research is the political policy of law conducted by the City Government Cilegon can encourage the improvement of the welfare of the people, this can be seen from the legislation product endorsed by Parliament Cilegon in quality and quantity is very good so that the product can be implemented properly by executives and provide juridical strength for the City Government Cilegon in improving economic development, as seen from indicators of improving the welfare of the people themselves. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis diliver fulfill customer value serta pengaruhnya terhadap business success. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksploratif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitiannya adalah home industry opak gambir di Kabupaten Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan proportional random sampling dengan responden sebanyak 100 home industry. Teknik analisis data menggunakan structural equation model. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terungkap bahwa terdapat keterkaitan antara diliver fulfill customer value dengan business success. Maknanya, keberhasilan usaha home industry dapat dilakukan dengan mengoptimalkan tata kelola diliver fulfill customer value.
