[Application of c-kit+ Cardiac Stem Cells in Cardiac Regeneration and Repair]. c-kit+心脏干细胞在心脏再生与修复中的应用

The epidemic of cardiovascular disease (CVD)is a global phenomenon,and the morbidity is increasing rapidly in China.The loss of cardiomyocytes has not been solved yet ,which is the critical issue of CVD.And stem cell transplantation may be a new potential therapy.The therapeutic potential of c-kit + CSCs in cardiac diseases has been proved by plentiful preclinical and clinical studies.But ,for the absence of direct and sufficient evidence that either endogenous or exogenous adult c-kit + CSCs differenti-ate into a relevant number of mature functional myocytes,the therapeutic mechanism is still controversial. Meanwhile,the clinical application of c-kit + CSCs is still facing a number of issues,such as the optimal delivery and source of cells,the proper number of cells and the regulation of cell defferentiation.

[Protective Effect of Hydrogen Sulfide in the Secondary Renal Disease and Renal Transplantation]. [硫化氢在继发性肾脏疾病和肾移植中的保护作用]。

The prevalence of kidney disease was increasing,which has become an important threaten to the health of the population.Hydrogen sulfide is the third gas signaling molecules after CO and NO.It has toxic effect at high concentration,but plays an important role in relaxing blood vessel ,antioxidation anti -inflammation and anti-apoptosis at physiological concentration.Kidney disease,especially seconda-ry kidney disease such as obstructive nephropathy,renal transplantation,diabetic nephropathy and hyper-tensive kidney lesion are closely related to vascular leision,oxidative stress and inflammation.Then what's the relationship between hydrogen sulfide and kidney disease?This article will review the relationship between hydrogen sulfide and kidney disease.

[Advances in the Pathogenesis of Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms and Inflammation]. 【腹主动脉瘤发病机制及炎症研究进展】。

Abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA)is one of the most catastrophic arterial disease,with the severe outcome of sudden death due to the aortic rupture of weak arterial wall.Currently there is a lack of effective drug therapy for AAAs.Since the aging population situation is worsening,the prevalence of AAAs is rising constantly in China.There has already been plenty of factors known,which could led to AAA,however,the mechanism of AAA has not been very clearly.It has been recognized that many risk factors contribute to the development of AAA such as smoking,reactive oxygen species,matrix metallo-proteinase,and atherosclerosis,however,the mechanism of AAA formation has not been well under-stood.With the recent progressions in researches on inflammation and AAA,the role of inflammation in the pathogenesis of AAA has drawn increasing attention..This review will summarize recent advances in the investigations of leukocyte related mechanisms of aneurismal initiation and progression.
